Gave me a coupon for free liquid soap but it was runny and powerless. It’s located near Walgreen’s in Edina. Doesn’t sell cigarettes and thinks it’s righteous that they’re not open all night and only offer nicotine gum. Thinks they have safe boundaries. They have no clue what safe boundaries are. Tried to get me to buy photos from them. I was heart broken. Entraps me at the last minute. Pretends to care. Doesn’t even know what it means to care.

It is obvious that this pharmacy is severely understaffed and not very organized. The worst part is it that they will tell you that your prescription is ready and then you get there and they still make you wait 45 minutes. I called ahead to make sure my prescription would be ready when I came in, and they said that it was a good thing I called because they had not even put it into the system. And then they proceeded to tell me that would be ready in half an hour. Just to make sure, I went in the next day and, not only could they not find my prescription, but when they did find it (15 minutes later) they told me that it would take 20 minutes to fill it. After 40 minutes they told me they were closing for lunch. I simply took my prescription somewhere else and transferred all my medications to another pharmacy.

Prescription was in progress online for 2 days. Call was picked up after 20 mins wait. Told me will be ready in an hour. Stopped by after 3 hrs and the tech did not know how to enter my pharmacy benefits. Worked on my prescription for another 45 mins. Found 2 overdosed flies with suspicious q tips next to needle disposal box (which was sealed off for use)

I went to pick up a prescription and the drive through had been changed to COVID only. Went inside and there were 8 people waiting. Only saw 2 staff.Never enough staff and they seem to lack training and/or ability to be efficient. Worse all the time.

The worst. Always behind. Takes on average 30-45 minutes to stop in and pickup a prescription that is supposedly already ready for pickup. Counter worker doesn’t speak English and is quite abrupt and rude which creates lots of delays. Didn’t used to be this bad. Finding a new pharmacy today.

Its impossible for me to state enough how much this CVS location absolutely sucks. My high risk, on oxygen 24/7, fully vaccinated relative had tried coming here several times to pick up her prescriptions and the pharmacy drive up was closed each time for COVID testing. Because of the new CDC mask guidance re: Delta variant COVID, and at her doctors direction, my relative didnt feel comfortable going in the CVS, she asked me to help go in and get her meds while she waited outside.1. I saw multiple employees not wearing masks, including in the pharmacy area, and despite this new CDC mask guidance being out almost a week already.2. I was the only customer I saw in the store wearing a mask.3. Although only 4 people were ahead of me in line, it took 25 MINUTES before I was able to get the prescription for my relative.4. I saw another customer ahead of me in the line complain that she had been waiting in line 40 MINUTES to pick up her prescriptions and couldnt wait any longer or she would be late to something else.5. For those with fragrance allergies, the store is heavily fragranced/perfumed with synthetic chemical fragrances that hit you from the moment you step foot inside.6. My relative informed me that none of this scenario was anything new, that they are this horrifically slow EVERY SINGLE TIME she has been at this CVS.7. Its now 5 hours later and because Im one of those people who has allergic reactions to synthetic fragrances, I had to dip into my allergic reaction kit that Ill be taking every 4 hours for the next 3 days now.My relative is going to transfer her meds to another pharmacy since this happens to her every time (for years), and I obviously cant go inside to pick up her meds again after this reaction.

9/1/2021 This review is for pharmacy only. Drive-through blocked off, pharmacy disorganized, boxes all over, staff sloppy, (wear jeans and street clothes), long lines, staff rude, give out inaccurate info. Went to pick up prescription, the clerk said “we don’t have it” —went to another CVS who looked it up for me and said it was in process at that location.

Wow!!! What has happened to CVS?? I have used their pharmacy for years and was always pretty satisfied. The occasional mishap here and there, but any place is going to have that over years of monthly and bi-monthly visits. Lately, it’s nothing but “mishaps” from we ran out of that one, to not having enough, last month i was shorted 3 pills. Clearly the bottle says 30 I only counted 27. This time, I called to have something filled as usual, they told me it would be a couple hours. No problem, I said. That was 2 DAYS ago and I’m still waiting. I’ve called 4 times over two days “we are working on it, I’ll put it to the front” they say. Tonight, they just tell me I have to wait till tomorrow. Really, I’ve already been waiting two days, but who cares at CVS??? How hard is it to grab a box off the shelf and put it in a bag. That’s all they need to do, can’t even miss count that one!

Thank you so much to the pharmacist, this nice gentleman got me my meds quickly as I was heading home after a tooth extraction. I was starting to feel yucky and just wanted to go home and he got me out of there as quickly as possible. You can tell he really cares. Thank you.

How do they not allow you to give zero stars, if any place is worthy of it, it’s this location. Have never once had a reasonable experience here with staff or how they handle their business. Get calls that medication is ready and show up and they tell you it’s out of stock for up to a week. No one seems to have a clue or care to know why the business they work for is run so poorly. Please please please someone from higher up make CVS a better place to go. Worst part is my insurance only allows CVS so I’m stuck....wish I could go back to Walgreens!

I waited over 15 min for them to even greet me in the drive thru. I had to call the store to even get them to acknowledge me while waiting. This is the slowest service and has been very insulting. This location has had issues for a long time with speed, having prescriptions ready as indicated by the app or texts and also sometimes not filled correctly on repeating (refills) prescriptions.

The last 3 months my recurring prescriptions have not come on time. My doctor called in an antibiotic for me last week, and it still has not been filled 1.5 weeks later. They told me since it wasnt high priority they hadnt gotten to it yet. Ive been calling, been on hold for hours at this point, get no return on the messages I leave...

Stay far away from this place they will shut the gates on you after letting you stand in line for 30 minutes and tell you that they closed without telling you that youre standing in line for no reason drive-thrus always closed and when you wait in line there will be 10 people in front of you at any time of day slowest most incompetent service in management I have ever seen in my life maybe Im venting from one too many horrible visits here regardless its the truth stay away slow incompetent service rude attitude and nothing ever works

The pharmacy excuse for prescriptions never being ready for pick up is that they are understaffed. While I do believe that to be absolutely true, I ask why this has been the excuse ever since I switched to them when Byerly’s closed - at least six months ago! Why can they not hire the staff that is so desperately needed?! HIRE THE PEOPLE NEEDED TO SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS OR YOU WONT HAVE CUSTOMERS FOR VERY LONG. Or maybe that’s what you want.

Every time I come here, it takes an extraordinarily long time to get my prescriptions. I also frequently have to come back more than once because even though I get a text telling me my prescription is ready, I get there and it’s actually not.I’m currently in the drive thru line and have been here for 20 minutes with only one car ahead of me the entire time. This is the worst pharmacy! The staff is rude and undertrained. By staff I mean everyone from the male pharmacist (I think his name is Brad but can’t remember for sure) to the tech’s. Twice now within the past month they did not have enough to fill my prescription in its entirety and told me to come back another day to get the remaining doses. I’ve been trying to reach them for two days to see if they’ve received a new supply and no one answers the phone!! I’ve even left a message and never got a call back. Avoid this location if at all possible!!

Wheres the zero star option? I had a scheduled pick-up, pre-paid, and received my email notice to come and pick up my order at the drive-through lane because it was ready. This was October 2, 2020. I promptly arrived at CVS only to wait 15 minutes in the far right lane. I was then told I had to be in the OTHER lane to pick up my item. THERE ARE NO SIGNS ABOUT THIS. So I had to awkwardly back up and WAIT AGAIN. When I was finally getting help, I didnt get what I paid for, and the person helping me had to scrounge around for it, causing more waiting. She then asked me if I paid for the items (she found them somewhere) -- how can so many things go wrong? This was a 25-minute wasteful ordeal. I felt bad for the other people. Someone needs to evaluate and improve the signage and customer training.

Terrible customer service; take your business to another location. Staff is rude and they are not willing to go even a centimeter out of their way to help you. I experienced this personally, and observed it with two other customers while I waited. Person working the pick up counter offered short, one or two word answers, was not friendly, and pushed you off on someone else whenever he could. I heard him tell another customer to get in line for drop off counter and ask them instead of simply working with his team behind the counter to offer some support. Will not return, highly disappointed, CVS corporate needs to intervene.

Only foreigners are allowed to work at CVS. If you think this store is bad, you should go to the CVS at Target. The worst service - one person working at the counter that doesnt understand English very well HIGH TURNOVER. PHARAMACISTS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. No one standing in line over there either because everyone is going to another pharmacy now - lost a lot of business. Hopefully they will lose all of their business and Target will buy them out.

Got a prescription from minute clinic. was going to have it filled at the CVS. They told me they dont accept blue cross and blue shield. So I wanted them to fax it over to Walgreens. This was at 12.01 PMFinally drove back to CVS at 2.30 PM. I told them that they need to fax that prescription over. She apologized and she told me that it was fax a hour ago. Went back to Walgreens. Still No fax. Walgreens tried to call and was put on hold.It is now 3.50 PM still waiting.I mean how long does it take to fax a piece of paper. THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS!! If youre here for a covid test, I recommend arriving at least an hour (or more) early if you want your test on time. I arrived at 10:40 for an 11oclock appointment... got in line as car #5. Its now 11:25 and Ive moved 1 space...Edit: Its noon. Weve moved 1 more car....Its 12:20... calling the pharmacy to see whats going on... wish me luck... 😭😭Actually got through rather quickly. Apparently theyre having a system glitch and labels arent printing... so this is not normal wait times. But, fail on CVSs side for not letting peolle know.

I have been on hold to speak with the pharmacy for an hour. They told me they dont have tracking numbers, and the Post Office told me they do and that they cant help me with my missing delivery without the numbers. Now nobody will take my call. I tried to call the front store and speak to a manager, but it just rings and rings. Terrible!

I meant to send my prescription to the CVS in the target, but I sent it here, which was fine. I walk in, and they tell me they dont have it, since the order was placed at 6:41, and the deadline is 6:30 in order to have it the next day. I called long before that, so it probably should have been ready, but I was fine. I come in the next day, when they say it would be ready, and they still dont have it, which was super frustrating since they said they would. Luckily the person helping me was friendly and was able to send it somewhere that had it.

We have been using this pharmacy for about six years. In the past few months, service has declined significantly. Prescriptions do not get filled in a timely fashion and when you try to get a status update, the standard answer is “we are working on it”. We have been waiting over two weeks for prescription eye drops. How hard can this be? This is just one of many examples. We are looking for another pharmacy at this point.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This pharmacy... wow. Attitudes galore! I’ve had many issues with the staff here as they seriously lack patience and customer service skills. College must not fund those skills.90% of the time the drive thru for the pharmacy is closed. I’d assume due to staffing but honestly this place is a serious mess. They no longer answer the phones, prescriptions are not ready when they said they are, tech compl scattered, long irritated (for good reason) lines of people. Went to the CVS pharmacy a week ago and they where in the process of filling the two prescriptions i needed advised the person helping me i will need them buy the following week so went back this week 7 days later and the person i spoke with placed the prescriptions on hold and they where never filled so i waited 40 minutes in the drive through lane and then was adv i would need to come back in twenty minutes to get the prescriptions, their was only two people working not enough help poor customer service really poor customer service try not to go their if you do not have to and these prescriptions where sent their over two weeks prior and took this long to fill them how sad

There are two people who are truly great here, and I hate to only give it one star. But even their great customer service can’t compensate for the truly awful, horrific way this CVS is run. 30 minutes on hold. Being told the prescription will be ready the next day, only to come there and the prescriptions aren’t ready that day. “come back tomorrow,” they say. The shuffling CVS tech that goes as slow as molasses rolling down the hill. On a cold MN morning. In January. It’s really that abysmal. So abysmal that had the close the drive thru window because they had “no one to work it!” This place is a serious med error waiting to happen.

Did you know the Minute Clinic is CLOSED 1:00-1:30 everyday? NO. Thats because in all the information online and on the Very Long voicemail message, this is never mentioned. This is a very good service and of course the one provider has to have a break sometime, but this fact should be noted everywhere there is information about the clinic.

My mother went into that store today and she had the worst experience of her life because she tryed to make a return on a purchase where she had used a coupon that coupon was valid for CVS what she understood .CVS was not going to give her the CVS bucks. but what she didn’t understand is why both the employee and the manager wanted to take away her coupon that she had found in another magazine for the same product ?and not only did they do that but they also made sure to call the other CVS where my mom was going to go and get a second opinion and when she got to the other CVS they treated her the same disrespectful way I am really ashamed of this .

After waiting 30 minutes for service at the pharmacy my friend was sent to another window. There were 2 staff and 1 pharmacist. There was only one other client. My friend was ignored by everyone. He waited another 10 minutes before leaving. CVS should be embaressed by the lack of concern and the level of incompetence witnessed within their pharmacy.

I went online and ordered a refill. I got a message that they would contact my Dr. Never received notice that it was ready so I called. After 1 1/2 hrs. on hold, I gave up. Next morning I called right at 9:00 when they opened. Gave up after 1 hr. 45 minutes. Took a Lyft to store. Prescription I ordered a week earlier wasnt ready and there were 19 ahead of me so it would be at least 90 minutes. As I waited, I could hear the phone; Six calls waiting, Eight calls waiting, but not one call was answered. The employees were obviously frazzled and working at break-neck pace. My Lyft driver home was a former CVS store manager who told me that when they were a 24 hour pharmacy, they could catch up at night, but now that corporate had cut back the hours, they were impossibly understaffed. This is a set up for medication errors. Im moving my prescriptions out.

Awful, awful, awful customer service. They used to be a 24-hour pharmacy, then practically changed to banker’s hours. They are SEVERELY understaffed, with one person often handling all in-person, drive-thru and call-in customers. I’m currently in my 50th minute on hold as I type this, desperately trying to talk to the pharmacist to get my son’s epilepsy medication refilled immediately after their automated system botched things yet again.Avoid them at all costs.

Ordered $20 of 5x7 photos online to pick up in store. I get home and find out they were printed on 6x8 paper and had a white border around them (not what I ordered). I called and asked if there was a mistake and they explained that this store doesn’t actually stock 5x7 paper (they only carry 4x6, 6x8 and larger), despite it not being mentioned anywhere online, and there was nothing they could do. Still giving them 2 stars because the woman on the phone was apologetic and admitted this problem has come up before and she doesn’t agree with the fact that they’re not transparent on the website (but isn’t that a red flag if your employees don’t agree with it either???).Anyway, ended up trying to trim the border off with scissors, but some of them didn’t come out great with my DIY trimming. Next time I’ll just get my prints at Walmart...

Their hours dont work with my schedule and they randomly changed them one day I seriously needed something. They were closed at 6pm (still light outside) what great luck for me, not 10pm like normal, when I have usually picked up my meds I just noticed the sign. So now Im anxiously waiting for them to open at 8 am to head right over. Also if I go inside to get my meds filled, I get harassed by the manager causing more anxiety.

DONE using the walk in clinic. 1st time, wrong diagnosis (sent home/no antibiotics and ears ready to burst) so I went to a different walk in and instantly got meds (double ear infection), 2nd time reserved spot online, showed up on time only to wait 50 minutes and then not a single word and they post going to lunch - so my reserved spot turned into a 2 hour wait, and the 3rd time I felt the worst after a week of being sick, had fluid in ears and know when I have a sinus infection and was told if I need antibiotics in 2 days, then I can have them. I have worked in healthcare for 10+ years, this is unacceptable!

Minute Clinic is incredibly unprofessional. I held my place in line via their website. I arrived to complete my registration. The kiosk said I had less than one minute wait time. While pressing the last button the clinician skipped over me and saw the next patient. She did not even both to ask if I was the person who was next. This is not the first time Ive been disappointed in the lack of care, compassion or professionalism with these clinics. I look forward to spending my money elsewhere.

Horrible horrible horrible pharmacy staff! I am a pharmacist and I have never and never will treat a patient like we were treated. They happened to have tamiflu in the strength my son needed. We called about 10 other pharmacies before this one. They close at 10pm, they got the tamiflu prescription transferred over from Walgreens at 9:47pm but refused to fill it because they were closing in 12 minutes. Tamiflu is a time sensitive medication, it’s most effective if taken within 24 hours of symptom onset. What I have done when I am in this situation, as a pharmacist is stayed late and filled the prescription. It is the right thing to do. The technician didn’t even bother to have the rx filled at a 24 hour cvs pharmacy. To make matters worse she did not enter it in the computer. So when we called a 24 hour cvs, they couldn’t see the prescription. The prescription was stuck at this location and they were closed. Horrible pharmacy! Horrible patient care!

Dropped off my script at 6am, came back 13 hours later, had to wait 40 minutes just to be told they hadnt started filling it yet. pharmacy cant seem to count 30 pills in 13 hours 40 minutes. I am going to edit my review, that night I went back at midnight, and found out that the pharmicist on shift when i came in was new, from a different store due to staffing issues.I went back today to pick up a script, and the difference was night and day. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I had a minor issue with my script, the pharmicist was able to resolve it in just a couple minutes. staff was friendly.

So disappointed. We dont mind waiting for an RX. However once it was done, the pharmacist tossed the bag at us, didnt give us an ounce of direction on when to take it, how to store, etc... And he gave us a large bottle of liquid medicine with an ill-fitting cap that does not seal shut - which is really important since the medicine is for a child who thinks it tastes like candy and would drink the entire bottle in one sitting if he could. So hurried. Zero customer service.

Just as I arrived back at CVS, got text that prescription was ready.John couldnt (wouldnt) process with new insurance information. Claimed he needed a Vin number and another code that Blue Cross Blue Shield had never heard of. Very odd. Was using HSA debt card so didnt make an issue. Just seemed lazy or poorly trained.Pharmacist reviewed the prescriptions with me and explained not to take one that night other it could keep me from sleeping. Really saved me from further discomfort and loss of sleep. This is why pharmacists are required!

OK, even if a company policy is to blame how can they not allow giving out the availability info of my hard to find prescription over the phone? I thought waiting in line and on the phone with Walgreens was inconvenient but making me drive all the way there to say, No. Were all out. would really irritate me so Im calling everyone else first and none of the 5 others have hesitated in telling me they were out.

Almost bought a generic Azithromax at CVD Ednia for 39.99 for 6 tabs but Costco sells a generic at 12.00 and made in Croatia, not India (the boxes in which they came instilled more confidence in me that the drug sold from Costco was a better quality than that sold from CVS. The other prescription I needed filled (Oxycodone) was not even in stock. Ill pass on shopping at CVS even though they did the right thing by ending tobacco sales.

Extremely unorganized and slow. Today the pharmacist I talked to lied to my face and told me my insurance company doesnt allow auto refill when I asked why my prescription was not ready. That must be his standard response because he fired that excuse back at me immediately without even looking. My wife has two scripts there on auto refill, we are on the same insurance plan and I have been getting it auto refilled for years.
