Christina is PHENOMENAL!! She provides some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. She is very attentive, sincere, and always is willing to help no matter what. She had to order an item for me from another store and told me to come back with it when I received it so that she could gift wrap it for me. Christina wanted to make sure it was perfect and I felt that no matter what happened, she was going to take care of me. Thank you Christina and keep up the great work!!

Dont get me wrong I love Michael Kors but the people who work at this location make it so thatyou almost wouldnt want to purchase from them if their items were only $1 however with the amount they charge for the high-quality items they definitely should provide excellent customer service

I placed a phone send with my local MK store to order a pair of boots. This store happened to have my size. They sent me a email receipt of my purchase, but no tracking info. I called the next day and the sales associate was rude, she said they don’t normally give out tracking numbers, but asked for my name and email so she could send it. I didn’t receive it after a hour later. Luckily I have UPS my choice to locate my packages. I think that sales associate could use a course in customer service.

Super nice and clean, I was able to choose out a bag that my girlfriend would like for her birthday and the staff here was very successful at making her happy. Wonderful relationship with Sara Gintz as she would point out different styles that best fit my girlfriends aesthetics. I offered to show her pictures of my girlfriend via facebook in her favorite attires and Sara was willing to take on the challenge(very busy at the time). I suggest if you dont know what product to buy for your loved one, figure out there favorite brand and go to the nearest store with this procedure. I was hesitant to ask the favor at first but Sara made things smooth, comfortable, and very clear that the struggle is real. I was very amazed as to how passionate she decribes each bag and I learned a lot of new designs and meaning behind each product. After a good amount of time spent on deciding Sara remained by my side and I felt no rush to come to conclusion. Even though I was just here to buy a bag for my girlfriend I also bought a watch to add to my collection and to show my appreciation for the time i had. I recommend staff like her that have the drive for fashion, that will always have a smile even when given a difficult situation and will not show any signs of annoyance, even though I was expecting it due to the amount of questions I had. Hope I made things clear that Michael kors Southdale Edina has very good employees and my money is definitely well spent!
