I walked in needing silicone mats that had templates in them. Found them in 5mn and was out. Its ridiculously expensive here, but if you need something fast that isnt in big stores chances are theyll have it.

I showed up wanting a new frying pan and within minutes I was helped and had found the perfect one. I believe the woman who helped me was donna. She was so knowledgeable and found me exactly what I was looking for. I would love to go back sometime for future kitchen products. The quality is top notch for the price you spend. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for higher end kitchen products.

Both of the store associates that helped us were extremely knowledgeable and did not lead us to the most expensive product based off of sales instead they listened to what we had and what our needs were and directed us to the best product that suited us. We really appreciate their knowledge and williness to help.

Loved all our visits & purchases from this store since 2010 until today.Mary was just too rude. Terrible customer service from her. Pls choose someone else in the store to talk to if you need to return or even have a question about anything you have purchased. She will not listen to anything you have to say.Just terrible.

I don’t think I have enough characters to write on how much I appreciate Katie! I came in on 3/17 needing a copper kitchenaid mixer. Unfortunately they have been sold out for months due to the manufacture. Katie called me several times a week to let me know there hasn’t been any luck finding any. Then today, there was one! She called me immediately and ordered it for me. The customer service was beyond my expectations and I will forever only purchase things at this location!

Its a great store. The staff are usually friendly and passionate about cooking and housewares. Every once in awhile they will get too busy to help but rarely does that happen.

Just went in to the store with my mom to receive help on placing an online order, however, when we arrived to ask our questions the customer service was horrible. There were seven employees just standing around and we had to go, stop them from walking, and directly ask them for help. Not only did we not get help with our questions but the general manager/employee named Mary treated us extremely poorly and in a condensing way. After shopping at this store for 5 years, we always get good customer service and are quite happy every time we visit. Love the store and the products but it seems that they are failing in their customer service these days...will be going to another location!

I am very disappointed with this store location. I spent there a lot of money and I still got treated very badly. I tried to return a merchandise that I wasn’t happy with. Mary, the manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Good customer service is NOT a priority for them.

Be warned if you are trying to return a damaged gift item here they will not replace it even if it is in inventory. Better off just doing the online return instead of wasting a trip

I bought my Kitchen Aid stand mixer here last year. The Kitchen Aid Rep was there and gave me a 20% off discount because I am in college and fell in love with the $400 hundred year anniversary addition. She was so nice and really didnt have to give me any discount but she did. I love my kitchen aid and William Sonoma.

Great variety of kitchen and outdoor patio goods. Many brands from medium to high end. I purchased a Breville blender and Viking toaster there and love them.

5 Star because of the service I received from Donna, nobody wanted to help us until she came by. She gave us all the attention needed to get what we needed, which was a few Wusthof knives. I dont know why but right after we picked out our knives we just had an endless amount of employees bombarding us to try and assist us. It was nice but kind of late and annoying. If Donna is working I would recommend seeking her out for some great service.P.S. I wouldve just grabbed the knives if they were easier to locate and rated the place a 3 star or something for at least carrying a great selection if I didnt get assistance from Donna.

This place is so fun to look around at. The staff are very helpful, especially Susan who is always enthusiastic in sharing her knowledge!

I went there to get a donut pan and more, and next thing I know Im getting roped in by staff and the manager to apply.I had no intentions to apply, hell I came in looking like i just woke up but I figured ok, if they think I should then fine. They never called me back which is fine. Like I said, not my intentions. I went into today to buy some stuff, an apron and a shun knife set. When I came in the manager made eye contact and darted for the backroom. She would also take great strides to avoid being in the same section as me. The only staff that would talk to me were the new people. I felt like I was not supposed to be there. So I left and bought the same knife set for 600 less and the apron at Crate and Barrel.

During a visit Christmas shopping trip they went all the way downstairs to the staff room and dug around to find the item I was needing because there were no more out on display. And it was not an expensive item.

Went in this evening to buy knives and only knives. Walked out with 6 bags of kitchen items that we needed but would have never bought if it were not for Kevin. Single handidly the best customer service I have ever received. All employees are personable and outgoing. I would recommend this store to everyone that is in need of a major overhaul.

This place is so fancy but has the specialty cooking pieces that the fancy people in my life like. Staff is very helpful. Gets busy during holidays but they give you treats to keep you happy. High end stuff.

Everything here is at least 20% more expensive than other places such as amazon, bbb, bestbuy, etc. They also sell open-box product as brand new to customer. I would not recommend this store.

Yes, it is not a place you go if you are looking for something cheap. But they do have great products that can last, if you know what you are looking for and understand the product well.

Lots of quality cookware and ingredients, very high-end. This cookware will probably last awhile - depending on what brand - but you will pay for it.

It is a fun place to shop with names like All-Clad, Breville, Staub and Kitchen Aid( They have more!) Items are always on sale, sign up on line to see, what is on sale and when! You will see a lot of items on sale at really good discounts! The have dishes, linens, cutlery, pottery and all types of cookware. The cookware can be all different kinds of things from Dutch ovens to frying pans. Just about any kind of cooking item you can think of,I bought a really good wok at Williams Sonoma! The staff is courteous and professional and they go out of their way to help you! If you prefer you can walk around on your own. They offer cooking classes as well and authors who sign new cookbooks at their store!

Whats not to love? This place is like heaven.

We stopped by to check out the new Vitamix that I had heard about from a woman in my Whole Foods seminar. I had done extensive research on Vitamix but had not seen the new model. We didnt leave without purchasing one! Donna was so very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and had us sold after telling us about her own Vitamix and how the new 750-PRO was so good. She also showed us the wonderful recipe book that it came with. We never felt pressured at all. Thank you for such a nice shopping experience!
