Clean and inviting but a lot smaller than the one in Uptown that recently closed. Extremely limited selection focused predominantly on women’s clothing. Not a great place to browse for gift ideas but useful as a place to have products ordered online for delivery pickup and return.

I ordered online, and I was very pleased with the quality of the coats, gloves, and boots. I ordered a couple different options on the coats because I wanted to explore all my options, and I wasnt super impressed with the hats, so I went to this store to return the unwanted items. The employees were so rude about my returns and immediately started the conversation with, You used the healthcare discount, Im assuming? Rude tone, of course. The girl at the register, Hannah, could not have looked more miserable, as she rolled her eyes and insisted she needed to physically take my phone to see the email to properly return the items, even though a simple order number has worked in the past. One coat had a major sewing error in the back that made the fabric bunch up, and I pointed it out and the employees didnt care and were putting it on a hanger to be put back on the sales floor. Its mass production, so not mad about the error, but more so the way they handled it. The items were also shipped to my home in Wisconsin, so there was sales tax charged on everything. No sales tax in MN on clothing, so I specifically asked her if she made sure to include it in the refund amount. She assured me it was, but since she had my phone, I didnt take the time to do the math in my head. Then I look at my credit card activity online, she totally lied and didnt include over $20 in sales tax that should have been returned to me. So now I get to call corporate tomorrow. I understand a mess up, but when you give me attitude the whole interaction and then lie to me when I specifically ask you if you included the tax, it really changes my overall purchase experience. I dont care if I got a discount, and I dont care if Im returning things, you are representing your company, and you arent doing a good job. Im very grateful TNF offered this discount as I tried some new products and got some Christmas gifts out of it, but Ill definitely stick to ordering online.

Small selection for a small store which is fine, but the little @&$*s that work there are awful! No one greeted us as we walked in to the store or welcomed us the entire time we were there. Then when I had a question the gal acted like she did not want to assist me. Do yourself a favor and go to the Mall of America location where they have both selection and class. We are always greeted right away and everyone is very helpful. Love that store. As far as this one, we will NEVER visit there again! And ladies.... If you hate your job then find something else, but don’t be a d*ck to those that are shopping there.

Terrible experience. I visited the MOA location yesterday asking about the healthcare worker discount and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. They explained that my discount could be used at any location, although they didn’t have the style I wanted. Unlike the galleria location, where the employees were rude and unwelcoming. Today I asked them about the healthcare worker discount and they gave nothing but excuses as to why I couldn’t use it. Although I already knew it only applies to certain items, the staff was saying “You can’t have this, you can’t use it with that... etc.” Just awful sales tactics. If you want north face products with non-discriminatory service, take your money elsewhere. Never shopping there again.

Very clean and well organized store. Easy to find what I was looking for and they had lots of extra stock in the back room. I came in looking for a new winter jacket, winter hat, and gloves. Emily helped me decide between two different sized coats and made me feel confident in my decision. She also made some great recommendations for gloves and hats that made my trip very fast and enjoyable.

Honestly a lack luster one, doesnt have much selections and seems kinda run down. Could do with a more inviting and less white bright atmosphere, you can find your basics here but dont go looking for the latest or best fo the best. Its basically a glorified outlet in my opinion

Called this location to ask a question I had about the healthcare workers discount, the associate was extremely rude to me on the phone. Not friendly, gave contradicting information. Isnt this discount supposed to be offering gratitude to the dedication of our healthcare workforce, yet when we call to ask questions about the discount, there is no such gratification being exemplified by the employees here.

A nice store with friendly staff. Just not a huge selection. I miss the normal unisex store that used to be in the Galleria. Its a nice concept though. I hope The North Face opens another regular store nearby soon.

Went in to get a specific tank top, but the people working were the least friendly or welcoming sales people. I asked them if they had the top, and they said no... They did. I didnt buy it. Ill take my money elsewhere.

Drove here to find out they moved and collapsed to a woman’s only store in approx. March 2018. Nothing for men and didn’t see this listed anywhere. At least update the listing to Women’s Apparel!
