Drove across town to check this place out for our master bath project. Rare that a salesperson can be as cold and as condescending as we experienced today. After the way we were treated, we are gonna go with Toto / Delta / Ferguson. Just the worst feeling leaving that store, wondering what we did wrong. Hopefully the two sales associates who were more interested in their computer screens than in making us feel like something other than intruders were just having an off day.

My wife and I recently engaged the Edina KOHLER Signature Store for bathtub, shower, and accompanying fixtures for our guest bathroom remodel. What started as a brief introduction and desire to get competitive quotes evolved into a a full end-to-end solution for our remodel. Our contractor was out for weeks with illness, but our timeline couldnt budge, so we leaned heavily on the KOHLER Store to provide us solutions for not only the aesthetics side, but also the necessary valves, drains, and plumbing requirements behind the scenes. In the end, we were left with a custom solution that met all of our needs. We cant say enough about our experience and how their advice and expertise were essential for us to achieve the look and function we were striving for.

Ruth Watkins at the Kohler Store was wonderful to work with. She was extremely helpful from the designing and planning of our bathroom to the custom made cabinetry she helped us to pick out. Every detail was well thought out and the end result was a beautiful, sleek bathroom that exceeded all of my expectations. I love the wall tile, floor tile, cabinet, stone countertop and kohler sink and fixtures. I will definitely use Ruth when I do my kitchen. She took the stress out of putting together all of these components into the beautiful bathroom we have now.

The saleswoman demeaned our space rather than offering Kohler products to fit it. We left feeling belittled by her snobbery.

The showroom is beautiful, the staff is always willing to help. Keith is my go to expert on all things plumbing and tile, as someone who specifies these materials on a weekly basis, I trust him to help me get all of the pieces and parts I may not be thinking about. When looking for just the perfect aesthetic fit, whether tile or plumbing, Keith is up to date on all the new products and has often lead me to the perfect fit. Highly recommend!

Sometimes I wonder if only angry people review things. I run a Design/Build firm and my clients use this store regularly. Ive heard exclusively positive things but I wont speak for them. I can say that we receive excellent service from this store. From plumbing fixtures, cabinets and accessories to lights, tile and all sorts of other things, this is really a valuable resource in the quest for ideas. I understand possibly being intimidated slightly upon first entering the store, it does have an almost over-the-top fanciness to it, but it is simply a showcase of ideas thoughtfully displayed. The staff is knowledgeable and adept at design and function.Oh, and with all the competition out there, you end up paying what you would anywhere else​. In this store you just get to see it before you decide!

Kohler Signature Store in Edina is a first class operation. The people are warm and embracing and their showroom is beautiful. After visiting their store and meeting the staff, I was excited to have them help with remodeling our bathroom, which was in serious need of a makeover! James Haines, one of their designers, assessed our bathroom situation and took measurements for a developing a floor plan. I was really impressed! He evaluated the bathroom details carefully but didnt forget the big picture of wanting it to be integrated into the feel of our home. James didnt miss a detail! After taking a peek at the rest of the house, he was able to suggest tile, a sink and the remainder of items to accomplish our goal. The planning phase was actually a blast! Kohlers fixtures and tile choices are beautiful. The selection process was made easy and the staff at Kohler in Edina work as a team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. When questions arose, James consulted his coworkers for suggestions and was able to meet our hopes and desires. During both the planning and construction phase, he made me feel as if our project was his priority. We are very happy we chose to work with James and his Team at Kohler, Edina!

This review is long overdue.Last summer I was visiting Minneapolis while in the middle of a very stressful bath remodel in my home in San Francisco. I happened to pop into the beautiful Kohler Signature Store in Edina and James Haines immediately understood what I was looking for. He was able to find all of the items that were back ordered for weeks or months in SF and was so easy to communicate with. While I couldnt even get a call back from many of the sales people I had worked with in SF, James was so responsive...returning my calls and e mails even over the 4th of July holiday weekend as he knew I was only in town for a short time.I cant recommend James enough, he was so knowledgeable, savvy, and just a pleasure to work with.

We went to this showroom with the intention of learning more about Kohler Choreograph shower kits. Julie Parker was very knowledgeable about the product. She gave us a fair estimate in a timely manner and made ordering those items very easy. She also aided us with our questions and issues that we encountered with our installation long after we purchased said items. Above and beyond! I wouldn’t hesitate doing business with Julie and Kohler again.

This showroom is a wonderful place to bring clients so that they can see lots of Kohler and Kalista products. I also enjoy having cabinet, tile and stone options available so that my client can get a sense of the whole project coming together. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The people here are so rude and not helpful. They told us the maximum of days to receive our product would be 7 days then that turned into 3 1/2 weeks. They didnt apologize to us. The product was not cheap either. They dont tell you about fees. Do they even care about getting business? If they do they should acf friendly and helpful. I dont recommend this store

The lady who greeted at the entrance was super rude. The moment we entered she said that the store closes in 10 minutes and indicating that we should get out. She didnt have the courtesy to say, feel free to look around or nothing to indicate that she can help us with an appointment. We entered into the store with an intention to buy some shower fixtures and while we were just browsing the store as we didnt have an appointment we were looking at the kitchen stuff, she was rude in saying you looking for kitchen now? in a sarcastic way. There was another guy next to her, looked like a manager and gave a look like he doesnt care.I wonder how this store didnt go bankrupt yet. Oh, I forgot, this is the only store, otherwise they would be out of business for now.

However, even more outstanding than the quality of Kohler products was the incredible guidance and expertise from James. James is extremely knowledgeable, smart, and asked all the right questions to get me to the right product. After listening to my vision, James suggested the Memoir product line for 1 bathroom and the Santa Rosa for the other 2. He also guided me through the color options which I did not realize was crucial until I saw the beautiful end result. (There is a big difference between almond and biscuit.) If you want superior service when buying a quality product, work with James Haines at Kohler, Edina. You will be thrilled you did.

Went to this store for assistance in replacing 2 Kohler toilets, 1975 vintage in a discontinued color. Shannon went through extraordinary lengths to assist us and when we could not find the color went to Plan B. Ended up with 2 new toilets, 1 new sink and faucet. The service provided by Shannon was far and above what I have had previously at big box stores when looking for Kohler products. I did not price shop these items but feel that the price was well worth it because of the value received. I will return to this store again when needed and will recommend to friends.

We found the Kohler store to be helpful in updating our kitchen. Sara Schoesser was so helpful in answering our questions, explaining the different products, and doing some research for us regarding products. I especially appreciated her communication via email, she was always prompt, helpful, and her follow through was great. Staff were very helpful helping me select a faucet. I decided on a special Order of “French gold”. While I ordered in early Aug., the order did not arrive until Dec 6. Staff continually tried to learn from Koehler the ETA and what the delay might be. They were exceptionally courteous and kind with my periodic calls to learn possible ETA. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICEI would most highly recommend the Kohler Signature Store in Edina. The Kohler product we purchased was of very high quality; however it is how well we were treated as customers that distinguishes this store. The true test of customer service does not occur when everything is perfect, but rather how the management responds when it isnt. After ordering our product, we had an issue with delivery (that was NOT the fault of the Edina store staff). When I addressed our concerns with the store manager, Shannon, she was incredibly professional, respectful and worked to instantly correct the situation. I cant remember when I have been so impressed with how a manager handled an issue and how valued we feel as customers. Actually, we didnt hate the store, but what happened afterwards is ridiculous. We spent about an hour in the store chatting with a lovely young woman who was so helpful. We left, I emailed her photos of what we were dealing with on our end (would the fixtures work, etc). She said she was going to contact someone on her end to make sure it was all compliant and get back to me. She did not get back to me. I emailed her again. She said she was waiting on her end, again, and she would get back to me. She did not get back to me. I emailed her almost 2 months later, just to follow up, and still no response. Are they just not interested in selling their products? Hmmmmm.... Im curious to hear about others experiences as we love their products, but the customer service was beyond awful. They should be embarrassed.

I own a residential remodeling company and have been fortunate to work with the staff from the Kohler Signature Store since they opened in Edina. My clients love the convenient location and that they can see the products right in the store. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They are the only place in the Twin Cities that carry the Ann Sacks tile collection in person. Weve enjoyed our relationship with Kohler Signature Store and look forward to working with them on additional projects.

Cant get through on the phone, 4 in person visits it was clear they didnt have time to help us and their voice mail system is a maze with nowhere to leave a message.They kept hounding me for my designers name with little care to answering my questions or following through. No WAY! Youve lost my business and I just completed a $20,000 bathroom with two more and a kitchen to go. Im taking my business to Fergusons and online. Too bad. You really should be at the International Market Square in Minneapolis, it is VERY clear you only want to deal with designers.

We were remodeling two bathrooms in our house and had a wonderful experience at the Kohler showroom with the Kohler team (i.e. Keith and Shannon). Keith was very informative over the vast selection and was very patient as we visited their store a few times during the selection phase. As we got to the final selection phase, Keith worked with us and our contractor to ensure we had the appropriate pieces, sizes and offered much needed advice. We were very pleased by the entire team as well as the pricing and would recommend if you plan to utilize Kohler to arrange an appointment so you can have the dedicated one-on-one service needed. We are not finished with our bathrooms yet, however, they arranged to have the various components delivered within our contracts schedule which some required quick turnaround to ensure we kept on track and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is starting a large bath or kitchen project. Kohler Signature StoreWe walked into the Kohler Signature Store in Edina in search of a tub which could serve a need for therapy. We could not have been more pleased with our experience in what turned out be a “signature” venture.We passed through the enticingly attractive kitchen section with its displays of cabinetry, fixtures and tiles to stick to our primary mission that day: the tub. To our great good fortune, we found someone there who could not only guide us to find our high-tech tub but also become the designer of our reconceived and rebuilt bathroom and vanity area. She recommended our working with her first choice of contactors, Quality Cut.The bathroom betrayed the inefficient use of the relatively small space of forty year old design concepts. Quality Cut gutted it. They carefully installed everything our salesperson, Emily, designed and helped us select from the Kohler store: fixtures including bars, hooks, and faucets, lights, as well as the higher toilet, glass-enclosed shower newly opened up to natural light, the new, handsome vanities . With her quiet guidance, we could pick our heated floor tile and complementary accent tile, countertops for the vanities, and the incomparable glass wall tile. The heated floor tile even goes into the master closet, the whole area--bathroom, vanity area and closet--thereby united. Working with Quality Cut, she even accompanied us through the choice of paint for the bathroom and bedroom and the new carpet for the bedroom which is open to the vanity space. We enjoy the new exhaust fans and the replacement for the harsh lighting.Every one who came to work within our house-- helpers, contractors, subcontractors and management -- was a pleasure to have in our dwelling.Throughout the process Emily, the Kohler store and Kohler itself stood with us. The highest kudos are deserved by the Kohler Signature Store which delivered us spaces we had not begun to imagine when we walked into the store that day.

We purchased our kitchen cabinets and elongated hex backsplash tile from the Kohler Signature store in Edina. Amy Crovetti and the rest of the staff was super helpful before, and after the sale. Out of a large cabinet order only one part needed to be replaced under warranty and it was shipped to Florida in under a week! Top notch customer service.
