They got my F-150 scheduled in within a week of when I called, for a large amount of work (new wheels, tires, alignment, struts, shocks, rotors, and brake pads). Impressive scheduling time on a short notice, especially during COVID-19 and worker shortages. Staff seem very professional, respectful, and competent. Ill make another post related to work quality when I pick up my vehicle but so far everything has been great.UPDATE:Got vehicle back, excellent work done and they were finished by the end of the same day. Truck pulls VERY slightly to the right still after alignment, and MIGHT be related to the electrical power steering on my specific make and model, as it pulled very slightly beforehand. Other then that the quality of work, and customer service here are top notch and better then any other brake/tire shop Ive dealt with. Will be back again with future business.

Super friendly and professional! got an alignment done & was able to make an appointment for the following morning. i called a ton of places and they all told me they were booked out for WEEKS. they were done with my alignment in 45 minutes. proves to show how serious they take their customers. most dealerships have people wait for hours just to have the car sitting on the lot waiting for an alignment rack to free up. well worth it & recommend to make an appointment of course!

I always come here to get my performance car needs taken care of for wheels and tires (BMWs, Mercedes AMG). I tend to buy tires from Tirerack and have them shipped here for mounting. They are very careful with my BBS wheels, too and are real car enthusiasts.

Great staff, actual enthusiasts and they dont blink when you want off-road, low profile, or even stretched tire installs. Very reasonable pricing with service that would satisfy almost anyone.

Always appreciate this shop, their honesty and the level of detail. My vehicle is my baby and they do a great job. Have a blown ball joint that they pointed out during a simple rotation. I did not want to pay for this - but definitely appreciate the diagnosis and will be bringing the parts back next week for an install and alignment.

Great guys to work with. Alignment guy came in early to work with my schedule. Offered me a loaner when the work was taking longer than expected. Definitely gained a lifetime customer!

Friendly and professional. They let me move my scheduled time up by two hours when my day changed. Really like the fact that they did not move my seat, change my radio station or mess with my comfort controls like so many places do.

I was recommended Samaritan Tire for a alignment by my mechanic, and I was very impressed. Just came in for an alignment but they give me a fair quote for ball joints too (which I needed done, my mechanic didn’t have the parts at the time) and so I ended up doing those with them as well. They are very friendly, and treated everyone with respect, not condescending which is refreshing. I will be recommending them to my friends and family, and I will be back!

I went to two other tire shops before Samaritan was finally able to mount some heavy duty kevlar tires for me. The second shop I went to referred me to Samaritan Tire. Even their competitors know that Samaritan has better equipment. The work was done quickly and competently, they used tire beading sealer which other shops usually skip out on. Good work guys.

Easily earned 5-star rating. The staff quickly diagnosed the issue with my wheel, showed me evidence of the problem and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. I may also add that Michael worked with me on the price, which was greatly appreciated. I will be sure to recommend this shop to others.

Very pleased with the exceptional quality and fast & friendly service. Been here the second time and had the exact same outstanding experience. This time, they quoted me 3 different summer tires from entry level to high performance and layed out how the tires handle on dry and wet weather. Very professional. Highly recommended! Also, they store your tires for a small fee - I dont buy all-season tires but dedicated summer and snow tires and need storage for the ones I dont use.

The people there are very friendly and honest. My car died at McDonald nearby and the people helped re-charged my car. My cars panel showed a warning message related to brake. So, I took my car back for a brake service. After they checked my car, they told my that my brake is fine and no service is needed. They did not charge me anything. I appreciate their help and honest.

I needed 2 odd sized tires that day, they had the tires and got me in and out in record time late in the day

I needed 4-wheel alignment after replacing the springs and shocks in my car during the COVID-19 period. I could not have found a safer place to get it done. They were super careful; the entire experience was contactless except when I paid. There was plenty of sanitizer to disinfect your hands. But I have not mentioned what a good job they have done. The price was very reasonable, the people could not have been nicer and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Samaritan.

Ordered tires+rims online from another provider, had them shipped to Samaritan for installation. Samaritan was VERY courteous, fast and reasonably priced, even offering a free check on the tires after I put a few miles on them. Next time I need tires Ill probably just get them from Samaritan - service like this is hard to come by!

Been to other Samaritan locations and loved the quality and affordability of service. SO GLAD to have a Samaritan in Edina!!! Very professional, friendly, and changed out the tires in the time they told me to expect.What I especially liked is that they pay attention to the details and informed me of the things I need to know as the customer. One of my tires was missing a valve cap. They took the initiative and put one on said it doesnt match. (The car had been in storage and Id forgotten to tell them I had the cap in my console after not being able to get it back on one cold winter night.) I also liked that one of the techs came out to let me know that he had reset whatever you do for tires BMWs and that it would show up when I started the car and would finish then (I appreciated the reminder). I thanked them for getting me ready for a trip Im taking and they told me to have a great trip. GREAT SERVICE!! GREAT COMMUNICATION! THANK YOU!! Ill be referring people to you!

Fantastic first impression - I was on my way to get groceries and realized I had a very low tire. I pulled in to Samaritan at 5:40, they checked the tire, found a screw lodged in it, and patched it all up before they closed at 6:00. Very reasonable pricing as well.

Im usually DIY with my cars but today I dropped in after finding my alignment and tires needed attention. In 2 hours I had work completed and alignment done. Blown away by the speed and the staff was super friendly.

Took my car to the Edina location after a coilover and camber/caster plate install. Super friendly, easy to work with, car people who understand being particular about alignment. Worked with me and did an awesome job with the custom camber/caster/toe I wanted. Highly recommended, will be going back.
