You get the kind of white glove service you would expect from the owner of a small business – personal, punctual and professional.
It has been fun to watch my brother John build Boulay Auto Glass over the past 26 years. I remember him telling me about his plans to take the auto glass business to the next level. Frankly, I couldn’t figure out why he wanted to go into such a competitive field. All these years later and he’s still going strong. His plan was pretty simple. Do it right. Keep your word. Treat customers well and make sure they are satisfied. It was never a commodity business focused on high volume. One windshield at a time. One customer at a time.Of course, when I need a windshield replaced – twice – I’m going to call my brother. Family is important, but so is getting the install done right. I trust his advice, professionalism and integrity.Because I know how he treats customers, employees and family, I highly recommend Boulay Auto Glass. I use them. And I really enjoy seeing that truck on the highway with the logo on it and tell anyone in the car, “That’s my brother’s business.” Yeah, I’m proud.
Had a great experience! Replaced my windshield for me while I was at work. Will not hesitate to use them again for future repairs!
Terrible. Only reason to give them 1 star is the convenience. Use your dealership. Boulay did the windshield on a Range Rover for me. Instead of replacing the plastic retaining clips that hold the windshield trim in place after replacing the windshield, they used some sort of adhesive. And we are talking about $20 worth of retaining clips. The adhesive fails which initially leads to road noise and eventually leads to pieces flying off of your vehicle. Unacceptable.
These guys are really great. Easy to use, fast and professional. If this happens again... I will definitely use Boulay.
Boulay Auto Glass replaced a windshield on my 2010 Jeep Cherokee Sport. Job was done quickly at my location, and worked with my insurance.
