Ive been with them for years and never had an issue and Michelle and Sandra is the best anytime I call with an issue it gets fixed right away .

From The Store Manager Michelle To The Other Worker Sandra or whatever her name is... They Were Very disrespectful and unprofessional...They stated because they were a franchise store they could do and say what they wanted to the customers... I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Then they have the Manager who got fired for embezzlement, now all of a sudden the customers accounts are messed up. They have to do better. Now they want to harass the customers for payments that was given but the workers wasn’t doing their job to follow up on it. It’s VERY Pathetic that these so called workers are so unprofessional and so blatantly disrespectful...

On the first note I have been a rent a center customer for years and had no issues until this last and final situation. We got a bedroom set and ended up getting creepy crawlers the night they came. Had to throw out a $600 mattress and boxspring set. So we only had the set in our new place a week. They refused to come and get. I called the corporate office and they sent me to the district manager. He advice me that they will come out the next day to pick it up and give us our money that we paid back. Well they were suppose to be here between 5:30-6:30 And didnt show up until after 7:30 And guess what they didnt even give us our money back so still waiting on the district manager to call us back. We WILL never ever go back to them ever. They also damaged our walls when they took the items upstairs to deliver it and they did even more damage to the walls when they came and got it

Currently my brother Gary is in icu on life support and I call in to tell them this information and to give him two weeks of recovery he has always paid them but they call every god dam day harassing him via voicemail we’ll be calling corporate and a good harassment lawyer

Worst place ever Michelle is a mean person who dont care about the customer I pay 232 a month and I pay late but I always pay well Ill go to Aarons and tell all my friends what a mean person she is and tell them not to do business there I even payed the late charges for being late which was almost 100 also imma call corporate and tell them I wont be doing business with them and all of my friend imma even post on face book how mean she is to
