I should have looked at the reviews first. Well I ordered a bag on April 10,2021. Herd nothing and got nothing so I tried emailing them and nothing, then I called. Spoke to someone named Jeff (both times I called) on June 10, 2021 and said it was “paused” so he re-did my order and here we are September 1 2021 and nothing still. I called for a refund and got nothing. These people are useless. Don’t waste your money if you plan on getting nothing!!

Holy cow!!! I almost put my card number in and ordered the boots I wanted so badly but I am glad that I read the reviews first....I definitely wont be spending my money on such a risky business. Scary to think that I could have ended up out that much money with nothing to show for it. That sucks!!

Despite the recent reviews I took a chance and ordered a custom jacket for my boyfriend, and the customer service team had kept me updated on my order status when I asked and were really helpful! They explained how they are under new management, so it made me feel a lot better. Will definitely buy again!

I was searching for products as a gift to a friend based on the US, and came across this store. I was a bit skeptical about it because of the bad reviews, but still decided to inquire a bit. The customer representatives have been surprisingly warm and very helpful! I guess there is really a good change after all. Thank you, Firestoreonline and I hope to see this progress more and more.

Gypsies!! Scam, Crooks, Thieves however you want to call the Kettle Black. 1 Star is a Understatement. The order never shipped and it just says waiting fulfillment. I called them multiple times and they only answered my call the first time. I talked to a guy about my order and he said he was going to have to call me back and email me because he was gonna have to get in touch with his shipping department. I asked to be put on hold because I did not believe that he was going to call me back and sure enough never called back and I think now they have my number where they will not answer. They probably paid for their five star ratings. Did anyone ever get this guys name?

Absolute worst experience I have had ordering online. Placed the order April 26, 2020. Received a confirmation that order had been placed...never received any correspondence about shipping/tracking. After 3 wks I contacted them thru email. On May 1, I called and asked what the status of my order was...they were unable to verify whether my order had shipped...so I told them to cancel the order...at which point I ordered the item from another company. I received the item from FirestoreOnline late yesterday May 2....more than a month after I placed the order. May 3, I received an email stating the status of the item was shipped..at this point I already recd the item yesterday..and they called to tell me that the item was delivered May 2. Worst communication, or lack of...NEVER USE THIS COMPANY...I would have given no stars...but it wouldnt let me

There was a minor problem with my order and customer service was quick to resolve it and even offered to ship it faster for me for free, even though the issue was my fault! Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered 3 pairs of pants that I needed in three weeks. At the two week mark I emailed the company to see where they were as it was supposed to ship out in 24-48 hours and I would receive them in 3-5 business days after that which would be around a week.. Well they emailed me back saying the time it would take to ship and that they would contact shipping to see where my items were. Two weeks after I had placed my order they had not shipped! I emailed them once again and told them to cancel my order because I no longer needed the pants and to return my money. I recently called them because it has been over a month any I have not had my money returned, yet they had told me it was! I AM SO FRUSTRATED! Hope no one else has the same issues.

Never again! The worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered a radio holder on Feb 2nd. It came and as I was taking it out of the bag one of the mic holder rivets fell off. I was not happy about it and was concerned about the others. So I called and explained it and the guy said he would pass it on to the shipping dept and get back to me. After a week of it sitting on my desk, I was not going to use it so there would be no issues with exchanging it, he never got back to me and no replacement ever arrived. I called again and spoke to the same guy. He told me the same thing and shipping never got back to him but he would try again. Another week and still nothing. I called a third time and left a voicemail. Nothing again. I finally said screw it and put it into service unfixed. I find it very hard to believe that two departments in the same company cant talk with each other. Even when its about a unhappy customer. I plan on passing this experience on to the other 180 people in my dept. If I would of had a good experience with your company I would have passed that on to them but that didnt happen.

Shouldnt even it Give it One Star..Ordered Merchandise on November 19 2019 and as of December 15 still have not Recieved Product..Since it was a Christmas present I made Multiple calls with No Response from this Company..I finally did make a Call to my Credit Card Company to Dispute the Charge and actually made a Fraud Charge against this Company..My Credit Card Company reimbursed the Charge and Now ordered the Merchandise from another Vendor..This is your NOTICE to NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOU WHAT YOU ORDERED..

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!They are giving first responders a bad image. This is an e-commerce company.I have emailed, called, I am even sending a letter. THEY DO NOT RESPOND. EVER!Terrible service. Not a great product either. It’s going back but I’m sure I will never see my money returned.

It has been two weeks since I canceled a order here. They never call you back. They tell you 24-48hrs for refunds despite one has not been made. I will have to go to my bank to get my $ back. I have other things to pay for & this store does not care. They even watch the caller I.D. & avoid answering the phone. They also have false advertisement for purchases over $100.00 free shipping but it is not an option on the check out.

I placed on order and was shipped the wrong item. I emailed the company the day I received the item and it has been almost a month and I have never received a response from the email. I have called customer service twice and both times I have been told they have to check with the shipping dept. They say the shipping dept. is in a different building and they have to walk over there and check. So far no response from either phone conversation. Do not order anything from this company.

Worst store to deal with. Purchased a pair of Danner boots 3 1/2 weeks ago. Made the purchase in the evening the next morning I received 2 emails, first email saying those boots are discontinued an we dont carry them anymore please check website an pick something else. An the 2nd email was saying thank you for your recent purchase of Danner boots your credit card has been charged. I called them back in less than 24hrs an said cancel my order. Customer service guy says no problem Ill notify accounting have your card credited in the next 24 to 48 hours. No problem. 2 more phone calls a 4 emails later......still waiting for my refund. What a joke this place is. Dont do buisness with them. Its not like its a couple bucks, youre talking about hundreds. They give you the same blah blah blah story, Im going to personally walk to accounting dept. and tell them trust me Mr. Perry. No Im not, you lost that trust 3 and a half weeks ago. No urgency no care an poor sales and poor customer service and poor customer support all the way around.

Absolutely awful, I am reluctant to even give this company one star. I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise from this company for my husband who is in the police academy. One of the uniform shirts we ordered was extremely wrinkled, threads loose, badge loose, and an awful disgusting brown stain by the buttons. I took pictures immediately and called the customer service line for this company on January 13th 2015. Jeff (foreign) answered the line and took down my order number. I requested to be transferred to Nate (store manager). After emailing the images to the customer service email and speaking to Nate he assured me that a new shirt would be sent to us and our rush payment would be refunded. Unfortunately we had missed the shipment for this day but the shirt would be sent out Wednesday morning, January 14th. Since we received our original rush order within two business days, I assumed the same for this new order. Come Friday, January 16th we still had not received the new shirt - it was so convenient when I called the company that their offices were closed on Fridays. I sent an email to Nate regarding this issue and how we were really irritated that my husbands new shirt had not arrived yet and requested an update - no answer. Monday, January 19th I left another message for Nate - no answer. Tuesday, January 20th I called the customer service line and Jeff answered the phone, I told him the issue at hand and requested to speak to Nate and not a voicemail - low and behold, he transferred me to a voicemail. I called the customer service line again, no one even picked up I was forwarded to a voicemail - called again three more times and no one picked up. Decided to give it about 30 minutes because it seemed like they were screening my phone call, sure enough when I called back 30 minutes later they answered. I told Jeff this was unacceptable customer service and I demanded to speak to Nate or another manager - he responded I cant do that. I said yes you can Jeff, transfer me now. We still do not have a shirt nor a refund. Jeff said that they have refunded us our money and I responded by saying no you have not and that doesnt help the situation of the shirt we received in such poor condition. Jeff said we have refunded your money - I asked Jeff when our money was refunded and he said he couldnt tell me. I asked Jeff when should we receive the refund and he said he didnt know. At this point I was livid and simply asked pending our refund we still need another shirt, when can I order this? Jeff responded (and I quote), I cant do that we will not be doing business with you anymore.UNREAL - such POOR, awful customer service. This entire situation was the stores fault and yet we are still without a shirt. We will be going to the Chamber of Commerce, BBB, and Daytona State College. We have connections with DSC and we will recommend that no one does business with this store for any of the Emergency Services Program at the school.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had ordering online and the customer service was horrible. They had my money for two weeks and when I called to inquire where my order was, Victor claimed that my order had been lost by FedEx. Hmmm, let me see how was that possible when I never received word that my order had shipped and I never received a tracking number. The whole thing seemed very fishy to me. I dont recommend this site.

Customer service is a Joke. I ordered an item and it took 2 weeks to ship. I wasnt happy with the item and lost money returning it but then I had to wait a month for my money to get refunded. Their time line of answering email or refunding money is merely a suggestion and they do not follow it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
