Aside from Keron Cameron who assisted me w/my covid test, the people in the pharmacy are very rude! The only reason I used them is bc my local drug store Littles, was out of my medication. Im only giving them one star bc it was necessary in order to post this review.

I went In on the 14th to get my covid vaccine and Tina the pharmacist gave it to me. I’m not sure what she did but I literally did not feel it at all. I actually questioned if she even gave it to me. I also did not have to wait long at all considering it was a Saturday.

I have never had any issues at this store until recently. The pharmacy area needs to go to some sort of customer service training. The pharmacist was polite but the assistant really needed to go home. I called the pharmacy and asked some questions about the Mission Act for Vets to get a prescription filled and Amanda bluntly told me to have a nice day and hung up. After reading the recent reviews there certainly seems to be a pattern of behavior.

I wish I could give ZERO stars on this one!! I use CVS all over the country for multiple reasons and Ive never came across a location as rude as this one in Edgewater FL!! I was simply trying to reload a Green Dot card to make a bill payment and due to covid my finances are way lower then normal, green dot has added locations to load your card without a 4.95 fee to help customers save money during this troubling time. The first time I came in to reload my card the lady behind the counter was so nice and she took her time to research what she had to do to make sure the fee was waived (not a manager, but should be) bc she definitely understood having a fixed income during this time. She was able to get it once she trained herself how to do it on her register while there were people behind me. Today a different cashier was having trouble and called the manager (Mike) over for his assistant. This manager was rude from the moment he got to the register, I informed him what happen the last time and he straight out told me he will not Waste his time to waive the fee. I informed him about my low income situation at this time and how I know its possible bc I have already done it there before. His reply back to me was if you have a problem you can call corporate and complain, also saying I was not his boss and he didnt have to figure it out, he had better things to do with his time!! He then completely walk away and left his cashier without a way to help the customer (me). The problem is not with the cashier but with her manager who wouldnt simply do his job of finding out how to work his own computer system to make sure his employees know how to correctly reload a Green Dot card that they sell right there in his store. I have been a manager for over 12yrs and have never treated another human in this manner!! I would have done my job fully to ensure the job got done correctly and the customer was not charged for a waived fee. I guess he thinks his store is ran just fine without teaching his employees about new options to reload the card. This manager named Mike was completely unprofessional, rude and unknowledgeable of his own computer system and left his employee clueless in front of a customer! The biggest issue here is the store was completely empty maybe one other person (not yet in line), he had the time to teach himself and his employees something new and refused to do so because he had better things to do..... I am floored by this experience and I definitely do not recommend this CVS location to any Green Dot customers for reload!!! I dont recommend this location to anyone after this experience with such a nasty person!! I Personally will find out by Green Dot how he should be processing this transaction and come back with detailed instructions for HIS employees to have the Knowledge to properly complete this transaction!! Something he should have done, print it out and have it for quick reference at every cash register! Go at your own risk!!

The employees are friendly but dont know store policies very well. Try to argue with me over coupons that are definitely valid... The item isnt in the picture! ???? Ok. Could you try to scan it? It says any item. Oh, it went through? Yeah, I know, I coupon here every week. Theyll try and help you find any items you need but, honestly, they dont do a good job keeping things stocked.Their coupon box has refused to print my coupons for WEEKS and every time I say something they tell me maybe its out of paper, with a shrug. Its not. Corporate says its on the stores end the store says its the paper... its so bizarre.Anyways, it is close to home, runs good sales (if the items are stocked) and the employees are friendly and *try* to help... just dont seem to know what they are doing.There also used to be an awful manager here (even the employees openly said he was awful) but I havent seen him in a while. Congrats on getting rid of him, I hope.

Stopped at CVS right before work two of the three things I was buying required a CVS card just to get the savings so I had to go back and put them away cuz I couldnt remember my phone number for my CVS card and so I ended up paying a dollar 99 for an iced tea that was two Iced Teas for 250 and does the person offer me a CVS card or anything like that no she does not just snotty as ever. And I think its nice hell theyre employees park in front of the building so that the customers can park further away

The store is ok for the most part but the pharmacy is filled with a bunch of jokers who have know what in the world theyre doing pr how to do their jobs. I switched insurance because of needing to find a better surgeon instead of the one who ruined everything anyway had to switch pharmacies let me tell you I would rather deal with Walgreens nonsense over CVS for so many reasons

The employees are short tempered, one employee tells you your script will be ready at 12pm. When you show up at 12 your told by a different employee that your script isnt ready. When you inform them that you were told it would be ready at 12, the employee gives you an attitude saying I never said when it would be ready. So we had to tell her it wasnt her that said that. The employee then tells us it will be 15 mins. Mind you were waiting on epilepsy medication. When we finally are able to pick up the meds they inform us they didnt have enough to fill the script they only had enough to get through the weekend. Which did not last the weekend at all.
