First and foremost my husband and I want to thank Ms. Kathy and Carlos, for not giving up on us and for standing by our side during the whole process regardless of what was thrown our way. Because of these two, we now have a beautiful home and are able to watch our baby grow! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone wanting to finally make that final step and settle down.

I recently purchased my brand new home from Oakwood in Eden. I was skeptical because one of my friends said that they were not happy with the service they received. From the moment that I set foot in the office I knew this was where I was going to buy a home! I was greeted with enthusiasm and a smile! The process although not perfect, which is expected because nothing is perfect, was by far the most stress free home buying experience I have ever had! And I have purchased two home before this. Without a doubt I will recommend Oakwood in Eden to all my friends and family!

We had a wonderful experience with the sales team at Oakwood! In the middle of the sales process the agent we were working with left the company so the store manager, Kathy, handled the remainder of our sale personally. We also worked with Travis D. for some things after Kathy took over our sale. Both Kathy and Travis were very professional and all around wonderful people to work with! My wife and I 100% recommend Oakwood Eden to any of our friends who mention wanting to purchase a new home. Friendly and helpful staff. Walked through a lot of homes and salesmen was helpful and knowledgeable about all the questions we had. Took time to help us and was not in a rush or overly pushy to pressure us. Very nice and knowledgeable.

Carlos was super easy to work with, always in a good mood and eager to help. Offered advice and was helpful as we were first home buyers. Super friendly.

My husband and I received poor customer service from Tyler while looking at a home. As we were looking inside the home he stayed in the living room the entire time, we mentioned we liked the home and Tyler stated the home was on special and I asked him what special were they running, his response was Well Im not going to tell you if youre not looking to buy it which I thought was very unprofessional as well as unnecessary, and at that point I was ready to go.Tyler seemed more interested in our personal life more than making a sale/giving out information about the homes.

My wife and I bought a lot model home in December 2017.Travis Drapper was our salesman.He was very understanding and plesent to work with.We did recommend friends to Oakwood.As someone looking to buy a home they are on key.But after you purchase the home we feel like you are put on the back burner and they get to you whenever. Reasons behind this we have had multiple issues since day one with our home.We moved May1st after getting through all the snowy and wet days where no one could do anything due to the mud.Since May1st and current days we have been having problems with Oakwood arranging for one of many crews to fix problems within the home that was wrong from day one.Here we are in a home since May and we dont have keys to our own front door.They did give us keys but they fit the back door.We were told that the maintenance person quite and they had to hire someone else.Then that person didnt work out either.So now we are on a waiting list.Recently we were called and the guy said he was coming and never showed or called back.Need to work on customer service to the homeowners.
