Excellent and professional service!From making the appointment, the hearing test, and hearing aid fitting, we felt the personal interest in making sure we were getting the best of service at Advantage Audiology.. My husband has been wearing hearing aids for over 20 years. The audiologist he was previously seeing could no longer provide a service that could help him and my husband was very frustrated with it. What a blessing it was to find Advantage Audiology! Ricky took the time to explain what was happening with Carltons hearing and stayed past closing time to be sure Carlton had the hearing aids that were right for him. The new hearing aids have opened up a whole new world for him! Thank you Ricky and Rhonda!!!!

Amazing place! We were new to the area and my husband’s hearing aids quit working, called and they found an appointment the same day! Easy check in process, seems to be a well run office. Took great care of us! It’s great when you find a doctors office on the first try!

A very thorough exam. Ricky explained everything very well. He went over the results in detail. Both Ricky and Rhonda is very friendly and nice.

I was made to feel welcome and put completely at ease. Dr. Emerson and Rhonda Harris are efficient while providing personal care service that makes the patient feel he/she is the only one they have. There was no rush and it was a very comfortable atmosphere.

I have known for years that I needed hearing aids. I finally came to Advantage Hearing and Audiology and Im so thankful I did!! First, the staff is friendly, welcoming and put me at ease quickly. My hearing test was administered by Ricky, who explained everything to me very clearly. I do need hearing aids, and he gave me great info about them, answering all my questions. He shared with me different financing options which made it possible for me to afford the best!! I have worn my aids for two weeks and I am thrilled!! Im hearing birds, my cat purr, raindrops, the wind and so many more sounds I had forgotten about!! But most importantly, I am hearing and understanding speech!! I can hear my pastor preaching on Sunday morning!! I am so happy with my experience with this company, the staff and my hearing aids!! I highly recommend them if you need hearing care!!
