Its a nice place.Has anything you need as long as you are not in a hurry. Check out takes forever even the self check out, otherwise its a good place to go

I got a few items in store. Got there for a pick up order about 15 minutes early. I forgot cucumbers in my pick up order, so I went inside to get it. I got an email saying our order wasnt ready. I walked around for an hour waiting for it to be ready. Ended up spending over $100, only to get over to pick up and they didnt know what happened to my order. It just disappeared from the system. This is not the first time we have had issues. The person outside didnt even try to ask anyone what happened. She basically told me just to leave. It was not her normal work location doing pick up. She didnt seem rude but this was a poorly handled situation. She didnt know what to do, and neither did I!!! I was referred to the help desk when I called for a refund. Why did I have to ask for a refund? I had to work to get my money back, on top of the $100 I should have spent at a store that truly wanted the business.

Inside was okay, but the workers doing the carts hate their jobs (cant really blame them, though). After silently giggling at one of the young mans comments (They need to make the customers start doing this... He meant putting away the carts), I put my car in reverse to leave and see that I am blocked by the line of carts they are putting back. Two guys, putting back carts, blocking me in for close to 5 minutes... If we put the carts back, they wouldnt have a job. If they had done their jobs efficiently I wouldnt have been blocked in. Im just glad I wasnt in a rush.

Wanted to try the online grocery order/pickup for the first time . Got everything I needed and ordered perfectly correct . Will definitely do this more now that I know how convenient it is .

Good shopping experience, a few shelves on the chips aisle in the grocery section were empty, and on the lunch meat aisle, didnt see any chicken drummetts either other than that it was a pleasant shopping experience overall.

Got my oil changed . The guy was super friendly and I didnt have to wait long at all.

Very easy and good location. Prices are normal in comparison with others Wal-Mart. Very well organized inside. They had a different and cool machine for hands cleaning before enter and exit off course.

Shopping experience was ok. They need more check out registers. Took too long to get through line.

This is the worst Walmart in Rockingham county. Its dirty. I personally know several employees had covid at the same time, an entire department at once, yet management didnt do a deep cleaning.They never have anything in stock. They never know whats going to be on the truck, so you basically have to go several times a week if youre looking for something particular and cant drive to a different city.Their produce is the worst Ive seen. Ive gotten rotten produce from them more than once. Flies are everywhere around the fresh food. Their bagged salads and vegetables look horrible despite still being in date. It seems they cant keep the temperature low enough to keep them fresh.If it wasnt for the fact that I dont currently have my own transportation, I wouldnt shop here at all.

Very friendly pick up staff, order was correct, but did have to wait about 5 minutes even though there was only two cars in the pickup line but I can overlook that every time because this Walmart in particular typically has everything you need in stock whereas the other ones clean to have it in stock and either the employees dont want to go get it or they literally did sell out that day but this location typically does have everything in stock in inventory. For Walmart location that deserves a big two thumbs up to the management here and to the employees. Theres a reason I drive from next town over and skip that Walmart to come to this one.

I only go to this store because its close. I swear, none of the employees actually WORKS, they just stand around in the middle of the aisle and gossip. Or be at the register texting instead of ringing up the customer.

This location is always clean and neat. Decent selection of all items across the board.

Empty shelves and worse than not what Im looking 4 much less selection terrible people for employees I mean horrible people Im very polite n stuff but they were so smart alecy n condescending I had to be disrespectful right back how dare they make me feel bad for that after I came in smiling polite to everyone by the way what happened to manners I thought thats all the south had left that was good southern hospitality ha I say excuse me hold doors for rude sobs that makes me regret holding the door for em I shoulda slammed it in their faces but Im not going to stop being what we are all supposed to be polite considerate helpful but I will do unto others as they do to me

Only 1 or 2 cashiers open all the time, is hard to to make a fast trip when I have to stay in line for 40 minutes just to pay, sometimes I prefer to go next town is faster and good service,

I dont even want to give the store any stars! I did it online order at 6 in the morning here I am supposed to pick up my order at 12 Ive been sitting at the reserve for 2 hours! Ive had cars come after me with more products than I have ordered and I already left I only purchase 25 items and it takes 3 hours to pick them! I will never use this pick up again Id rather go back to Costco in the shop and spend more money than sit here for 3 hours! Could not even get a person to answer my phone call when I try to get a new manager on the phone to figure out whats going on

The workers are always very polite and friendly to me when Ive been to this establishment. I just wish there were more checkout lines open. I do understand with the pandemic, especially, that things have to be cut back and I truly do appreciate the workers that are working hard doing their best to help everyone they can. I have encountered several customers in this establishment who behave as if they have never even heard the word manners and are not considerate of anyone else other than themselves. My prayers and sincere gratitude goes out to the employees of this Walmart because I know that, just in the time I am in there shopping, I am taken aback by the rude and, some, downright insane, customers. Overall, visiting this establishment is an okay experience and they definitely have the best prices in our area.

Went there for grocery pickup. Dont bother. Used to be good at it but has been going downhill. This time was the worst. Never did get my order picked and I had to go inside and get it myself. Had everything I wanted so good for shopping inside but grocery pickup is awful

Went around 10am. To get my dad some house shoes. Had gone a couple of days before had none. Picked up a few items after the house shows. Went to front to check out. Self check out open. 5 or 6 folks waiting at 10 items or less to check out. Cause no other registers open. No cashier there . I asked cashier that was running self check out. Its only me and 1 other girl. Guess she went to bathroom. Everyone else quit or got fired. REALLY. Walmart in Eden NC sucks so bad!!!

Im not from the area and I like to see the differences are in the products sold and this wal mart is clean, friendly and inviting. I was able to find plenty of sugar free products easily and check out was quick and professional.

Never on than one to 3 check lines open if you are lucky will be 3. If I spend my money I should get some service. I go her as little as possible. Does not appreciate customers or their employees.

Pharmacy is expensive, will not automatically run discount card to get best price .My insurance recommended using Cvs or in Walgreen.

Place is always crowded during the day with employees putting up stock so it makes it difficult to go up and down the aisles. Then when you go to check out they only have 1 register open. And for people like me with disabilities using a self check out is not an option if you have more than 1 or 2 items And standing in line a LONG time is not a good option either. I almost walked out and left my cart their full of items and thats not my usual personality but its ridiculous to have 1 cashier, 7-8 self checkouts open BUT you have dozens of employees stocking shelves.

Theres rarely ever more than three lines open and two of them include self checkout. Im here now at 6:39 and lines are extremely backed up everywhere.7/15/21- So I had a Walmart employee decided they wanted to buy cupcakes immediately. She then decided to skip everybody in line and jump on the register in front of us. It was at the self checkout. I was in a hurry and the person behind me was a nurse on break in a hurry. Its very unprofessional and irritating.

I dont like some of the employees that follow people around and thinks they are stealing but the people that dont steal stuff are paying for it thats wrong

Items always out of stock, no 2% milk today, lines always long and not enough cashiers. I think they have a management problem.

They were not at all staffed properly and they had lines that were ridiculous, they are not convenient to get a checkout service and they are set up to only have a few registers open,where you can only use a card to do self service and then we were in the line,for at least 30 mins!! Smh it took me longer to get checked out than it took for me to come in,and pick out my items, and walked to the store register to stand for half an hour!

Only 1 checkout available at this time. All the self checkouts were busy. If I use the self checkouts do I get a pay check?

Small town super center that can get filled on Sundays. I generally avoid going during peak hours unless I absolutely have to. Still, crowds arent as bad as super centers in Greensboro.

Very nice people work here.

No delivery as every other Walmart has and advertises. The curb service is great and they are very friendly. The shoppers and packers could do a little better. I can tell when someone who has never shopped before bags my groceries. I have recieved 2 liter soda packed in a plastic bag with fresh hot dog buns. By the time I got home the buns were about a 1/4 high. We couldnt even open the bun... hahaha. Training would help.

No cashiers fast scan and go ran out of money wanted to buy a debit card and could not since there were no cashiers it was after 7 am there should be someone at the checkouts whenever the doors are open. Not everyone knows how to use the scan your own stuff.

We dont always find what we need at Walmart especially at the Eden store we go week after week and they are still out of stock of some of the grocery items we need so we end up.hoing to our Food Lion close to our house pay a little more but they do have the items Eden WalMart isnt as good a store as it once was most of the shelves are empty and it isnt zoned as well as I have seen in other Walmarts makes you want to stop shopping there

Grocery pickup was terrible. Wasnt ready on time, terrible customer service. The employee told me Sundays are always like this because theyre understaffed. Why offer pickup times when you cant have them ready? Wouldnt it make sense not to offer as many? I usually use the Reidsville WalMart for grocery pickup and will stick with them as they dont have these issues.

I love this Walmart. I have but one issue, people walk around with NO MASKS and no one says or does anything.

It was a nice shopping time. After 7:30 pm is always good. I usually can get a motorized cart. Then shopping is good. There were 3 cashiers open with a person or two in line. It just happened that a nother cashier opened and called us over. How nice. The store wasnt that busy. So it was a good shopping experience. I always go back.
