My Sally beauty supply experience at your Eden location was the best Sally beauty supply experience that I have ever had. It was also the most meaningful for me and my family. I walked in and was so kindly greeted by two young women and they stopped everything to help me. I had a difficult task for them… My grandmother had died a few days prior and I wanted to do her hair like she used to have it prior to her dementia.I showed them her photograph and they pointed me to many different products and had lots of product knowledge and efficient customer service. Because of these women—whose names I unfortunately did not get (except for one, Tori) helped me to make my grandmother look beautiful for her funeral. I cannot thank them enough. I have returned to this location and again saw Tori who remembered me and asked how everything went!!They are beautiful souls and I am so grateful for the experience that they provided. I was very excited to know that the staff here is friendly and listen. I needed someone who knew more about natural hair and they did !! Lexi is very knowledgeable and Crystal the manager is a great manager. Madison is very good at recommending various nail products and Tori checked me out quickly and was very friendly as well. I lioved the previous staff but the new staff treat me great as well.

Great place! The staff is so helpful. I needed a certain shampoo because I have Lupus. My scalp can be irritated and become very sore. I wanted to try to find an aluminum free, paraben free shampoo and conditioner. I got the help I needed . Very kind and understanding. Wonderful. Thank you so very much. Bless you.

I love going to Sallys! The problem is that I spend too much money because I buy too much. The staff is so nice and helpful. I only buy nail products and Sallys has a wide variety. Sallys is better than going to a drugstore or Walmart!

Great store! The staff is always friendly and very helpful when I was looking for a certain color & what to do. They explained everything from a-z. The product was easy to find and the store is convenient right in the middle of town.The prices are very reasonable.
