I was very impressed with the smoothness of this operation. I pulled up, and just knew Id be there all day. However, someone came out and asked me what I needed and told me wait time and everyone was on the ball, everyone looked to have a specific job and they were doing it. Although I had to wait, it was great to see a team working together like this group of men did. I was very pleased with the service I received and the pricing. My elderly parents frequent here as well and are always satisfied with the service. Thank you to each and every one, keep up the good work !

They were busy when I went but all the guys that were up there allowed me to walk dogs outside and one gentleman even walked in with my son and gave him 2 cups of water so my fur babies went so hot outside. These guys are absolutely great

I tried to get an inspection and stood in the lobby to ask where to park or get in line or what I needed to do. I stood there for 15 minutes watching employees ring people out and I tried to speak to one of them and they ignored me. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Everyone is always nice. If they do it here, its cheaper than anywhere else. I had a bad coil and I paid 3 times as much somewhere else. Had the other 3 done here, all for less than the first.

Stays busy and takes a while. Little lobby to sit in but with covid they had to remove most chairs so u wind up having to stand up against the wall going down the narrow hallway. Be prepared to wait a while.

Service was in no way shape or form what i expected for what i was charged. The wait was what seemed lime forever, the fact that the service tech was on his phone texting and calling more than servicing my vehicle. I will NOT be back to this location anymore. I do not recommend that you use this location

Everyone here has always been nice to me and my family.

I was referred to Eden Express Lube through the Reidsville Havoline Express Lube because the Reidsville shop does not do brakes services. I called the Eden shop and the gentleman I spoke with assured me it was ok to bring my car in after 5. I specifically told him over the phone and upon arrival I needed an oil changeand my brakes changed. The young man asked me if I knew which brakes need changing, I said I dont know I think the back, he then said its ok well take a look at them and get you squared away. I waited in the lobby for quite sometime for them to come back and tell me they couldnt finish my brakes because they closed at 6:30, and also the young man told me they broke a lug nut by mistake to add on to the one that was already broken. He advised me to bring the car back the next day and they would fix my brakes and replace the missing lugs. I suggested I leave it over night because no way was I getting on the road with 3 lugs on. The tech said that was perfectly fine to leave it. I left my car overnight to only get the oil changed, lugs fixed, brakes and air filters. I thought the total was pretty cheap, so I asked did you guys do the brakes. The gentleman who worked on my car said no because we looked at the back brake pads and they were fine and we didnt bother to check the front. My brakes are still rubbing when I stop and I know that whomever moved my car had to hear them rubbing and they still did not change them. It was my very first time visiting the Eden shop and I was not impressed with their service. If I was the tech I would have checked the front too because I know as loud as that rubbing sound is somebody heard it when they parked my car behind the building. They have to drive the car in and drive the car out. Im very disappointed.

Get in and get out in a decent amount of time. Takes me awhile to drink a cup of hot coffee and usually about one cup and im ready to get back on the road. Competitive prices and knowledgeable staff.

This place has is great! They dont carry my type of oil or filter, but they let me bring my own. They were able to change the oil in my BMW without issues.
