Im bummed that the Blaine store closed as that was closest to my house, but Eden Prairie was still a better alternative than going to MOA, particularly during the pandemic. I was happy to be able to bring my ring in for its regular biannual cleaning, it was quick and easy, and extra steps were taken to ensure cleanliness.

Bought a new knecklace and received an email saying I need to call and schedule a time to pick it up or they will refund me my money and cancel my order. It hasnt been two days from time of purchase. So here i am calling 5 times now and no answer or at least no answer then put me on hold while they help other customers.. I love zales but come on.. silly complaint but im still going to make it because I dont want my purchase refunded 2 days after I payed for my item just because I wasnt able to get a hold of anyone to set a pickup day.. I cant get a hold of my store. Well I hope they dont cancel my order I guess. People like me arent always free during the time they are open so if it takes me awhile to make a call and set up a pickup date and I cant because Im working its annoying. Otherwise I shop at zales only I love the quality here and would recommend them to anyone looking for wedding rings.

Never been into a Zales before, but stopped in to get a watch latch repaired. The salesperson was so nice (even though I didnt plan to buy anything) and the selection and prices were so good that I ended up buying a pair of gold earrings. I will totally go back, I was very impressed.

My husband and I went into the store just this past May to talk about having rings custom made. We brought in pictures and all we have ever gotten was push back and they would redirect us to look at what they had in the display cases instead.We stopped into the store in June to bring in extra pictures for the custom design. Once again, they pushed us into buying from their display cases.We have been waiting for a price quote and have not heard back since our last visit and will gladly take our business elsewhere at this point. I would give this place Zero stars if I could.

If i could give a 0 i would. We bought a wedding ring for my fiance here, had to send it in to be resized, it came in a week before the shut downs started and we werent able to pick it up the week it came in then it shut down. Now we are trying to get the ring, have it sent to us, picked up at another location, something since we are suppose to be married in August now. We have called several times, getting a sorry this number is no longer working, or being on hold for 45 mins or longer to get the run around. They are unsure when that store will open but the one in the mall of amaerica is open. We gave them the option of getting the ring transfered to that store that was open so we could pick up there, no answers. Finally I get a call saying we could make an appointment to pick up the ring, i asked about a sat, they said they would be open to the public on Sat and no appt would be needed then. On Google it says the store is open and we drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and the store is closed. Again calling people trying to figure out what is going on and getting the run around. Supposedly now the the district manage has number and information and is suppose to be calling me. I am so tired of the waiting on hold for hours out of the days to get no where. The customer service people arent at fault the damn company as a whole sucks!!! I will never again purchase anything from them, nor would I recommend them to anyone!!

We ordered a birthstone ring as a size 8.0, Zales shipped a size 8.75. They wanted us to pay $56 for resizing (to a 8.0 which we ordered) or sign up for their protection plan which was half the cost of the ring. We just wanted to exchange it for the correct size but the price was different from what we originally paid so the lady was like call customer care they can take care of it instead of helping us in store. We ended up returning the ring all together and went and purchased from a different retailer as this was a glimpse of their customer service, which is awful.

Commission driven sales team they were happy to help until I said no to purchasing today and no interest in their credit card. Some designs were nice but didnt feel that the employee was truly listening just trying to get a sale.

Out of many jewelry stores that I have come across, my experience was upsetting.I simply asked if their store might have carried a simple piece of jewelry and the response that I was given was not what I was expecting from a professional representing Zales.I was told that they did not sell that specific item at their location but could be ordered online. I would have been fine with that answer, however, the sales rep responds, “I try to remind people how expensive those pieces are, they run about a couple hundred grand. I would say about $3,000”.I am not sure who he thought I was but if I could not afford the item that I am asking for, I would not have walked in the store to begin with.My question is, what made him assume that I could not afford that item? The point is, the piece of jewelry would have been a gift and personally, there is no price tag on the quality of gifts for the ones I love yet I have sense of where my money goes. Just to clarify, if I wanted that piece right there on the spot then I would have made a purchase without speaking a word about the price.After smiling in his face thinking to myself how unprofessional and ignorant he is, he hands me a “sales event” flyer.What a joke. But I can’t lie, it does seem pretty amusing.Overall, I am very dismayed at your employee as well as the young woman (leader) overseeing his service. She obviously did not catch on how (subliminally) disrespectful he was. If he was smart he would’ve taken my 3 grand… but of course not.

I have only good things to say about my experiences with Zales at Eden Prarie. The staff has always been friendly. Repaires are handled with care and the finished product is like new, even if it wasnt from there. The store has coupons that have huge discounts on beautiful items and great sales on their products. I have purchased a lot of jewelry from this Zales store. I will continue to be a loyal customer at Zales of EdenPrairie.

I went in to get my ring repaired because they gave it to me with a loose stone. They didnt care and said I would have to exchange it. The only way to exchange it would be to buy it again and wait at least 48 hours to get my money back for the first ring (I still havent gotten my money back btw). In the end I just returned it and I got a ring from Christensen Jewlers in Shakopee that Im very happy with. Zales has poor craftsmanship, bad customer service, and a terrible exchange policy.

There is a woman that works at your store with long dark hair, and she is the specific reason I wont be coming back. She is overly pushy and made me extremely uncomfortable. I have no problem saying no but she will not let things go. I cant believe she is still employed there. I looked at your Yelp reviews and almost every single one is about this rude, pushy saleswoman. Highly reconsider her employment with your company, or you will have lost a customer for good.

If youre looking for a reliable, honest, and quality jeweler Id recommend looking elsewhere. Two weeks after purchasing a wedding band, the diamonds started to fall out. This was after they got my order wrong in the first place. I was also told that a ring I bought elsewhere needed over $2,000 of work, which wasnt true. My mom recently had a similar experience with a low quality product and dishonest service. Save yourself the hastle and go elsewhere.

My one and a half year old engagement ring had its stone fall out. I went there tonight and they did absolutely nothing to stand behind their product. She wasnt even apologetic! I called yesterday and the gal told me to stop in today to see what they could do for me. The gal with the short dark hair wasnt even friendly!

Terrible customer service, not helpful. The employee that helped us was rude from the minute we walked in. The other employee stood and glared at me. They both obviously do not like their jobs so maybe they should find jobs that better fit their grumpy personalities. I walked out it was such a terrible experience.
