Passed my MSF test at the end of Harley-Davidson’s Basic Rider course. I highly recommend the one offered by Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson. Fun class, camaraderie with other participants, the dealer provides the bikes (pictured) and our instructors (Scott and Chris also pictured) had a combined 80+ years of riding experience. After the first day I could already feel an improvement in my riding skill on my Wide Glide.

This is a really nice dealership with a lot of things in stock that I havent seen elsewhere. Very well laid out and the people were all extremely pleasant and helpful without being intrusive. The MotorClothes girls were knowledgeable and handled everything perfectly and John the Parts Mngr is the best.

I went in there to get a pin for my wifes vest. Place was very lit up an looking nice. Bikes were very clean parts counter clean. Looked like they had everything under the sun there for Harley-Davidson. I talked to salesman Mike Beck. He was very knowledgeable on bikes an not pushy for sales. For salesmen he was a pleasure to talk to an like other H-D stores Ive been to. Said if I have questions ( even though I dont live in area ) to call! He knew I was not able to buy today looking at next year or so? He was very glad I stopped in. This store was a pleasure to stop at!!

Good clothing and sales department. Really friendly staff. Service is super slow. Really no need to make an appointment for them to work on your bike. Wont have it done that day anyways. Made an appointment for tires which they had in stock, 4 days later still isnt done, but did receive a phone call saying that the tech did some looking around and found some stuff wrong with my bike? Odd, but oh well. Other than service, really good store with a good selection of bikes.

Bought my first Harley this last weekend, and I cannot express enough how wonderful this dealership is. Absolutely everyone at the store made me feel comfortable and was very caring. Demo days and I was interested in seeing what the Road Glide and Street Glide were like in terms of handling and balance. I rode a Road Glide Ultra Touring CVO, and although I liked it on the streets and roadways, it was difficult for me to balance in slow, tight turns or driveways. No new Road Glides in stock, and test rode a Street Glide Special. Really liked the 114 engine and blacked out finish, but a Street Glide Special came in the day before, and with the gun metal gray and black finish and paint on he bike, I got attached to it quickly. Rode it home that night after signing out and absolutely love it! I consider David Greer a friend and he is so knowledgeable about all the features, it made it easy to get into a new ride. Everyone was friendly and helpful in making the transaction easy.

Signed up for the MSF Rider Course through Wild Prairie Harley and it was a great opportunity! Before the classes I worked with Nina Serafin at Wild Prairie to select a helmet and learn more about Harley riding boots. I had never ridden a full size street bike and was able to learn the maneuvers and skills to pass the certification at the end of the course for my motorcycle endorsement. A week later I picked up a new Harley from Wild Prairie and had a great experience working with David Greer. He does a fantastic job with customer service, helped narrow down the options that would best suit my needs, and helped me make a decision on a great bike! I’ve taken my bikes to Wild Prairie for service a few years now. I currently have two bikes there for winter storage. While doing a 10k service they noticed a possible clearance issue from aftermarket parts that I installed myself. Denny in service invited me in to show me the issues in person. After going over a few different ideas we decided they could alter the parts, repaint them and reinstall them. It’s the extra care like this that makes me continue to return there. Thanks again guys I really appreciate it.

This has become my default dealership even though its an hour drive for me (and I drive past 2 other dealers). That right there should tell you EVERYTHING. Their parts department actually answers their phones. If they dont have the answer they find it for you & call you back. Hands down the best service Ive gotten from any of the metro area Harley-Davidson dealerships. If your sick of St Paul or Lakeville Harley-Davidson. Head over to Wild Prairie. Went in for some technical advice on an electrical issue I had with my bike and got such exceptional service and attention from David and Tim upstairs in sales and from Brian and Bruce(?) in parts that I had to write a review. And kudos to Wild Prairie ownership for employing such great staff who know how to patiently work with us ‘motor-heads’.

I originally went in for a software update and turn signal lens for my 2015 street glide. After I accomplished all that, I happened past a 2021 street glide. My salesman David took the time to show my all the new tools on the bike and improvements Harley made for 2021. and the rest is history.I love this dealership and will always return for all my riding needs, they are 2nd to none

Although they were very nice, took 4 weeks to fix motorcycle ( 10 days to just order the part!) Bike rides great, did a good job, just took way to long to fix!

I got my first Harley back in September with help from Mike and was excited to learn to ride. I signed up for the Riding Academy and completed that last weekend. Both experiences were wonderful for me! Mike made sure the bike I was purchasing was the one for me and was super helpful with any questions I had. Ed and David were also helpful with preparing me for the course and making sure I was all set to go when the time came. Scott and Anna were wonderful coaches and I am so happy I got to experience working with them. I learned so much from the course and I would recommend it to everyone, both new and experienced riders. Picked up a new Pan America Special from Wild Prairie the other day where the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. They worked with me to get exactly what I was looking for. They clearly have a passion for what they do. Once I left I rode that thing everywhere I could over the 4th of July weekend. What a machine. Absolutely fell in love.

I was starting from scratch and with all the different types of motorcycles out there, I needed to see which style fit me best and which one I would really love to ride. So naturally I went in to try on a few different bikes in heels. Harley Owners Group or HOG chapter from Eden Prairie had a gathering for a motorcycle Ride to Henderson, Minnesota. First Spring Ride that felt like Summer. Before the 4 different groups left we had a Motorcycle Blessing.The chaplain, Curt Quiner and his wife Judi had a service for this HOG chapter, prayed for their lives and for the motorcycle rides for the upcoming months of riding.I was invited to pray with these new friends. Some wanted to know whose Japanese motorcycle was sitting with the Harleys.Thats not a Nap Bike but a BMW! And I ride it!Oh, is it the K1600? The older man asked.I shook my head. No, its a BMW K1200RS. Anyway a good day to be out and Ride!

Only giving 2 stars because the woman working was extremely friendly and helpful. 4 of the men working were not wearing masks at all and talking openly on the floor. 1st time I been to the shop and hands down they are second to none...I brought my bike in there because I got a 18 road glide and put the new gts radio in it so it needed to be flashed. I brought it to saint paul harley and they basically gave me the run a round saying it couldnt be done....so the next day I brought it out to wild prairie and they said will get it taken care of for you and let me tell you it was not east but there team of technicians never Gave up and made it happen so big ups to all the guys in the garage because they really take passion on working on bikes...and I will definitely recommend any of my friends to letting wild prairie take care of all there bike needs...

I bought a Harley jacket on line. It didnt fit the way I wanted. So when I went to Wild Prairie Harley Davidson, I asked Nina if she could help me with returning the jacket. She very kindly and immediately took over and mailed the jacket back to Harley for me. When I didnt receive my refund. Nina again went into action and contacted Harley Davidson and got ahold of the people that were in charge of returns. Nina contacted me the day after I told her about the issue I was having and she assured me that my refund was on its way. I feel very confident that my refund will be on its way soon. And if not. I just wanted to share my experience last week at the Eden Prairie store.I dont ride a Harley so my experience with dealers is minimal. However last week I needed a new front tire installed / balanced on a front wheel I brought in from my Boss Hoss bike. Even though it is not something they regularly service they gladly accepted the task. This is a once a year job.Well I was not even home yet and they called me to discuss tire options as the worn tire had been discontinued. In a matter of only a few days they already had the tire and it was mounted / balanced and ready for pickup.I put the wheel back on the bike and rode the fall flood run.Of course the bike saw a few triple digit speeds and the balance was perfect!Just wanted to give credit to the guys there. Whats not to like about a Harley Davidson dealership? Great conversations with the sales staff. Told then I just bought a 2020 ultra limited 2 weeks ago and they welcomed us and were making suggestions on where to go riding since we are new to riding.

This dealership has one of the best atmospheres I have experienced. I called a day ahead to reserve the bike I wanted. Then drove 6 hours to the dealership and it was worth it! Everyone there felt like family. Employees kept coming up to me to compliment me on the bike I was purchasing or to check on me. I am almost positive I talked to everyone working there that day. Know that you are in good hands if you are contacted by anyone there, especially David, Bryce, and/or Nina. We will be coming back with saddle bags stuffed with baked goods to show our appreciation. Until then I am leaving this post.

Ive been a customer of Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson since 2014. Between my son and I, weve purchased 4 bikes through the dealership. I recently had a breakdown. I just got my bike back. There were some bumps along the way and it took longer that expected due to back ordered parts. But in the end, Im a happy camper.The manager Josh was great. Im a Road Captain with the WP HOG chapter and Josh made sure I had a bike available for the various rides I led. When it came down to crunch time, Josh personally took care of delivering parts. Josh really went above and beyond what he needed to, to make sure I was taken care of. And a special shout out to my service tech Alec, who worked late on a Saturday and coming in on Monday (his day off) to make sure I got my bike back. Thanks also to Paul, the new service manager, for coming into the middle of this project and taking the curve balls in stride.

This week I purchased a 2019 Road Glide Ultra from Wild Prairie. My experience at the dealership was OUTSTANDING. The Sales, Parts and Service teams all came together to get me exactly what I wanted. Best of all I arrived around noon, and left with extras installed the same day. If you are wondering whether the Milwaukee 8 is worth upgrading to from a 103 or similar, the answer is ABSOLUTELY.
