Laurie has been my stylist for over 12 years. I first found her when I needed a color correction. The correction turned out better then I could have ever imagined. Laurie has been my main stylist ever since. Anytime I’ve had my haircut anywhere else, it never measures up to the quality of Laurie’s work. I have always been very satisfied with every haircut and/or color. Laurie also has great customer service and is very friendly. I would highly recommend Laurie!

I scheduled an appointment online with Megan for a wash and a cut/ trim. It was my first time at the JCPenney salon and Megan was welcoming, friendly and very caring and gentle. She listened to my concerns and took her time washing and trimming my hair, my hair looks great! Megan actually evened out my layers from a previous cut to blend in nicely. She never once snagged my ears while combing through my long hair which has happened frequently in the past! I would definitely schedule a cut with her again! Great experience!

Absolutely horrible never ending experience. Was at salon for a cut, stylist said she could quote and do color as well. Quoted $300 for color and 3 hours. Was there for 6 hours and was out $430 when done. Hair was crunchy and thought it was product she had put in my hair so I went home and showered and my hair was so dry and fried. My hair has never been this texture in my life and I have had my hair colored multiple times a year for over 20 years. I called four times in a week and was told the manager was not there or was booked and busy. Manager said she only got one of my messages but did call me back a week later. At that point I had had my hair cut by another salon to fix as the cut was not at all what I asked for. Wanted to keep length and she took 4in off and gave me zero layers and two straight hairs in the front that are supposed to be curtain bangs. I had to do 3 deep conditioning treatments and my hair is still not the same. I cannot straighten my hair because the texture is so bad now. Manager said she could not authorize full refund because of the amount so to let her speak with her supervisor and call me back. Another week has gone by now and received a call and they want to refund me $60….$60 of $430 for completely damaged hair? Are you serious!? Called corporate back, I will not be letting this go until I get my money back.

Very unprofessional and very bad quality. I asked for highlights in my hair for a very expensive price thinking they would do a nice job but no. It was overpriced and the after look was not it. I don’t recommend

I went on Friday to get my eyebrows done, they had a “special” going on. I now see why eyebrows are on sale here. My eyebrows are thinner than ever and my eye lid had skin pulled off so now it’s scanned and bruised and looks disgusting. I will NEVER go back to this place and you shouldn’t either. In the midst of doing my eyebrows the girl says she gets hers threaded from a different shop. That says a lot about your service.Thanks for pulling my skin off.10/10 do NOT recommend.

I love coming here. I have always met with Karlie for all my cares! This is a great place, everyone is so nice and treats you very well. I would highly recommend going to this salon and seeing Karlie Larson!

Most of the ppl who do eye brows do a pretty good job. I forgot the name of the first person who did them but Ill go back and hopefully catch up with her.

Ive been going to JC Penney Salon for about a year now! The salon is a great atmosphere and everyone is always super friendly. Karlie always makes me look great!
