I called customer service to place my order. The representative was very professional and very helpful. Order was placed on Monday and arrived on Thursday. The items were very safely packaged and arrived without a scratch. Thankfully this was a no assembly purchase! Ordered the Meranti Folding Octagon 35 table and the Meranti set of 2 folding chairs. I just love that I can set them up in less than a minute and they lay flat very nicely. I am very happy to have this delightful set in my home. Thank you so much for having this. I purchased a cast stone fountain (resin mixed with stone powder) from their store on ebay. It arrived quickly but the fit and finish is poor. Parts such as the hatch that covers the pump misalign and have gaps looking cheap. And the instructions are almost useless. A very bad translation. When I wrote to them for better instructions they responded we do our own manufacturing and write our own instructions. ha ha Then why does the box say MADE IN CHINA and why are the instructions so bad? Just another importer selling inferior products from Asia and passing them off as American. Shame on you.

Do not order from this website. Terrible customer service. I understand that COVID has made life more challenging and there are shipping delays internationally, but I reached out several times asking someone to call me. I was told they could not call me due to working remotely- WHAT?? I too work remotely and have had no problem calling my customers. It takes days for them to return an email, no updates on the status of orders- this is a substantial problem for your costumers who spend hundreds of dollars for products they do not receive.

This has been one of the most incredible online shopping experiences in regards to excellent customer service I have encountered in years. Although we had a product shipped to us that was damaged in shipping, they have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectation of resolution. I bought a slate stacked fountain a couple of years ago. Now the basin is leaking. I called Sunnydaze to discuss what we could do to remedy the situation, even offering to buy a new basin. The customer service response was terrible. The woman who answered the phone had loads of attitude and told me they wouldnt sell me a basin, even though theyre the manufacturer. When I asked what my options were she told me i had to buy a whole new fountain. The gall. And so wasteful to have to throw out the entire thing when the fountain still actually works perfectly fine. Do not order from this company unless you want to wait two months for something their website says is in stock. I received the hammock stand today over a month after placing my order along with an email that the actual hammock is out of stock until next month.

To me & in my opinion with Serenity Health & Home Decor, they are a very friendly & responsible company that stand behind their products & their product warranties. I had purchased a $200 round Wood burning Fire Pit from them about 6 months ago in November of 2018 from todays date, 5/22/2019. The Fire Pit started having defects with the removable Fire Bowl & the Spark Screen that came with the Fire Pit. This with only 6 months of light to normal use monthly & having it well protected when not in use using a large 4 x 4 W x 2 H Metal Galvanized Water Trough turned upside down to cover the Fire Pit & its entire base from moisture. I simply did not like the fact that the Fire Pit was rusting & warping this badly already when it was not even owned or used for 1 year yet! I simply researched & found out what the product/manufacturer warranty was on my purchased Fire Pit that was sold & manufactured directly by Serenity Health & Home Decor which was a 1 year limited warranty on it thank goodness.Therefore, I filed with Serenity Health & Home Decor directly by email with image proof of the 2 defective parts of the Fire Pit that were rusting badly & warping badly along with my original order receipt attached in the email for proof of my purchase with them. I got an immediate & friendly reply back from Serenity Health & Home Decor on my warranty filing request. With no arguing, hesitation or complications from them on my filed warranty request; they simply replied back & typed:Thank you for the pictures.I’m sorry you are having issues with the firepit.I will send out a replacement via Fedex .We do not want the defective parts returned.Please let us know if we can assist you further.Thanks, have a great day.

Ordered a product and immediately tried to return it, but have been delayed by them wanting this or that, emails that I never received etc.I feel they are just trying to run out the their thirty day return policy so I will be stuck with something I do not want! I called this morning and was told they will email with return instructions. Lets see....If I do get it in a timely manner, I will change my review.

Pond lights sold by them stopped working after a couple of weeks and tripped GFCI breaker, indicating that water got into the submersible lights and caused a short circuit. The light do not work as described. Have tried contacting Serenity Health and Home Decor for months multiple times with no luck. They removed the item from Amazon so that I can not post reviews on the defective item there or review their company and they are not responding. Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

They said the swing was canvas. It is a cheap material that will not last outside. The customer service person said that it is not canvas but that is what they call it. I can return it but have to pay for postage on an item the misrepresented. If it said gold plated, I suppose I should just be happy with a tin cup.

I purchased a lighted Shale outdoor water fountain in January 2015. Several of the pin lights went out and I called for replacements. They arrived the next week. It is now 2017, and I dont know what happened, but all the lights went out, more than likely caused by a shorted adapter. I called (2 years after purchase, and customer service couldnt have been nicer. They are sending me replacement parts which I should receive next week. I love my waterfall, and I am so happy I purchased it from this company.

Terrible product. We order the Sunnydaze 2-Tier Arcade Solar on Demand Outdoor Water Fountain with LED light, black Finish, 45 inch Tall. Sku# SL-0213- black. Paid $399.00, for the fountain to only last 4 weeks and it stops working! Called customer service at Serenity Health just to explained everything and see how they could us since, it has a 1 yr warranty and only 4 weeks old. They gave us the running around of every excuse!! Finally we got to talked to a Manager that guide us to a power New water pump versus been solar coming from Net Health Shops, LLC 2020 Praine Lane, suite 101 Eau Claire, WI 54703 and we paid $40 out of our pocket!!! Well we got robbed again because pump works, but does not fit in water fountain and its not made for that type of fountain. Manager lied to us just to act like he was doing his job. We are out of $450!!! With a piece of crop that doesnt work, and they sure dont care because we reach out back to them and there excuse was give us additional numbers to called manufacture that makes there parts!!! Worse service, headaches, waste of money!! Dont dont buy these fountains... You will regret it totally. And there not cheap, but terrible experience and customer service was the worse Ive ever seen. This company is nothing more than a middle man. They do not know anything about the products they sell, do not honor the worry free guarantee and are just plain difficult to deal with.We purchased a table top fountain for $180.00 which arrived in a box with the item encased in plastic wrap and then covered in spray on foam so when you attempt to remove the item you need to destroy the box as the the foam sticks to everything. So, if you need to send it back, strike one. We attempted to assemble it and it turned in to a real problem as the parts that go inside it are too big and stiff causing leaks. Just what you want in a table top fountain. Rather than have a external transformer (12vDC), the pump is 110VAC which has a thick stiff power cord and is bigger than a 12VDC would be. This causes the silicon plug in the bottom to contort so it continually leaks. So, with that and the other tubes that need to route the water plus the small size of the cavity of the fountain make it impossible to be leak free as a table top fountain should be.I contacted the company that manufactured it through a web site and was NEVER contacted. I called Serenity Health and the Customer Service rep was clueless since she has zero familiarity with the product. I was told also that it was a custom order so it’s not returnable. NOTHING on the web site mentioned that. The rep did say that I should write it all up and then they would contact the company. Really? How about just refunding our hard earned money and your “Worry Free Guarantee” which seems to be worthless.Needless to say I guess we are out $180.00 and have a very expensive planter. I would not do business with this unhelpful company EVER AGAIN and if I was a new customer considering purchasing from these folks I would look elsewhere.

I made a purchase on what I believed was from Walmart for what I thought was 2 pack of chairs but instead one arrived for way too much$ .Im stuck paying return shipping because Walmart wont return ...even though I specifically searched Walmart. Com only!Ive been deceived. Im pretty sure Im not the only one ripped off between Walmart and serenity health being sneaky. Work it out you 2 companies and be honest and upfront with customers. If your selling on Walmart, take responsibility!
