My husband was very unsure about getting hearing aids. It actually took two different appts a year apart. They were very kind and knowledgeable about the hearing aids. My husband finally gave a pair a real chance and found out what he was missing. Though getting him to understand how to do them on his phone was a challenge for them and me😂😂. They walked him through it very patiently....and now he very happy and realized it was not that hard!!! This is the place to go.
