I used to go to Michaels but I think I have officially switched to Hobby Lobby. Bigger selection here. One thing that would be helpful would be a store map in the front. Sometimes I come in and Im looking for one specific thing and I have to walk around the entire store and then finally just ask someone. Will definitely be back after I move into my new house!

I enjoy coming here.. Great selection. Great prices. A crafters dream. Do not come if you are in a hurry, as it is a very large store.

Bought some stain glass for my stained glass mosaic projects. Good selection. Visited for the first time. There are no signs as to where things are located. A little frustrated. However, great service and hospitality. If one visits again, it would be better as you get a better understanding of the store.

Havent been to a Hobby Lobby in years and I was pleasantly surprised. So cute how they have room ideas laid out! The girl that checked us out, sorry I didnt catch her name, was very nice!

Love the store. Great selection.Unfortunately had to use womans restroom & it was dirty. Toilet tissue holder splattered with who knows what. Toilet could have been cleaner & floor wasnt clean. I was there 9:30 am, so bathroom evidently hadnt been cleaned from the day before.

I could spend hours just looking and getting ideas. Today was birthday shopping we with one of the nephews, who wants to try his hand at some resinart/ rings & pendants mixed with wood.We had a lot of fun finding all the stuff to get hom set up.

I put 3 stars just because of prices. Even Michaels isnt so expansive. But, lets look at this store as a great place with all crafty stuff, that you need. I found the great products cross stitching, that you would not able to find around here. The store is huge, clean and service is great. Everyone is waiting for amazing discounts and promotions.

I LOVE Hobby Lobby. There is so much stuff you can get, either already made or you can get the materials to make something yourself. Alot of different pieces of furniture, shelving, lamps. I got a dog feeding station that is absolutely adorable! Ive gotten material to make things for my wedding. You can really get a little bit of everything. And its even fun to just walk around and look at everything.

Love hobby lobby.....found just what I was looking for.

Wasnt familiar with the store. Was very impressed with the things they keep in stock. Will use the store for some future decorating. My granddaughter was with me and expressed the same sentiments.

Customer service was terriable we were followed around the store treated like we were doing something wrong. I spent $60 there that day and made to feel like I was I dont know the word to explain, but the acted like my little sister and I were shoplifters. This was the second time we were treated that way there I will not be going back any time soon.

Shelves were stocked well. Needed more cashiers though.

Customer service is good. I always pay attention and watch them as they put my purchases in my bag. My previous incidents, one employee took one of my items. I have to drive back about my missing item when I show my receipt. This is sale week, 50% off on paper craft. Female didnt put 50% on $.49 cardstock, only on 27 cardstock cost $.39 each after 50% from $.79. Im picky on every cent because making origami isnt cheap.

I love the items in this store and I go often. However when approaching one of the far left cashiers, not only was she NOT wearing a mask but she told me that the register was an employee ONLY register which I have never heard of in all of my years in retail. If they have such a thing, post a sign at the register for future reference. That was the strangest experience ever. I had to check out at another cashier and even that girl was looking at the other as if she was straight up lying. Wow...just wow.

So many crafty options! I had to stop in three times to get everything I wanted, but they are so easy with returns/exchanges ! This store has a huge variety of products. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing that would help shoppers find what they need is a sign at end of stating what is in that aisle.

Sale signs are unclear. Went to purchase floral on sale...advertising was in the succulent aisle, nothing was marked saying they were not included and was rung up incorrectly at the register for (3) of 2 different items I only had (2) of. If I wasnt in a rush I would have went to the return register that was 4 cart lengths deep.

I enjoy going into Hobby Lobby and getting crafting ideas. I started quilling last year and this places has a small section of quilling supplies.

Love shopping here! They have such a wide selection. Staff is always friendly.

It is ok for some hobby stuff. More the home decor than anything. And the isles are not marked, so it was hard for me to find anything.Then when I asked an employee, she told me roughly where they where. So I had to find some one else when I arrived at the mentioned locatoion to help me cause I still couldnt find it. Luckily that person person actually showed me where the item I wanted was.

Seem focused on home decore instead of hobbys. Actual hobby materials are a limited selection. Examples model railroad, rocketry, and pottery.

I really love this store! My only problem was when I went to check out the store cashiers werent the nicest.

I just witnessed the most appalling interaction with a customer I think Ive ever seen. Im in the fabric department looking at prints and overhear a conversation between two employees and a customer over dirt/staining on fabric. Rather than apologize to the customer and try to find a resolution these two employees argued with her for over 10 minutes that there was nothing wrong with the fabric. Clearly these two employees do not sew/quilt as their hobby otherwise they would have realized that you cant just wash the fabric and it make everything better. I put the items I had planned to purchase back and left, guess Ill be shopping at a store that understands the importance of quality products.

This store has virtually anything you could need for craft work and working on your hobbies. The employees were keen to help when I needed it, and actually I left one of my purchases at the store and they saved it for me. A very good store to go too!

I like a few sections in their store. But i want more things that are related to hobbies. There isnt alot of hobby stuff there. I think they need more guy stuff there too.

Its great! Always cozy and friendly. There is something for everyone here, but in my opinion the animal decor is to die for; the entire store is so cute. Theres adorable arts and crafts throughout the store. And theyre pet friendly! Go ahead and bring your pup in with you. (Unfortunately, as far as I know, pets are not allowed in the rest of Oakwood Mall.)

Found just what I needed with many items 30% off, Im told the 30% off sale revolves around different items each week or month changing often so its easy to find the things you need if theyre a little expensive wait a week or two theyre probably on sale. one thing I went particularly for they didnt have but they were more than happy to talk with me and see when one would be coming in. Everyone there is Uber friendly and the Christian atmosphere means everyones kind and welcoming. Dont forget to go online there is a 40% coupon off of one item that is not on sale so if you see something full priced and its a little out of your price range never fear the internet is here LOL

Surprisingly comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, like walking into your grandmas home. Great options for many hobbies, but my only problem is that the prices are high.
