This place was absolutely fantastic! I love my hair she did amazing on it!! Everyone in the place was friendly and wore a smile, I was completely impressed. They were knowable, explained exactly what they were going to do before doing anything to make sure it was what I wanted when I wasnt exactly sure she helped me pick the perfect hair style & hair products. Everything was kept very clean, after every person. I was there for hours due to getting a cut color and highlighted done so I saw how carefully they cleaned everything after every person. I was just amazed. This place will be my salon from now on!

My kid got a great haircut and pretty much right away. I just cant believe it cost over $30.00 for a cut. REALLY WOW

I had gotten a keratin hair treatment at a different salon, but was not told how to care for it after. The JCPenny salon and associates told me what shampoo and conditioner to use. As well as a spray to put on before straightening my hair. They wanted to make sure I took care of my hair so the treatment lasted a long time. Even though I didnt get the treatment done there, they treated me like I had. I will definitely come back.

Ive been coming here for several years and Kelly here in the salon knows how to take care of my hair. I wouldnt go to anyone else.Update jan 15, 2021 still coming to see Kelly at the salon. I was just there on Monday to get my hair done. Even during this pandemic she is nothing but the best, courteous and everything is still as clean as before.

I recommend if you go here to ask for Karlie...she is amazing!! She listened to what I wanted and she fixed a messed up hair cut that needed it bad!! The color was awesome and it cost alot less than I expected!! Thank you Karlie I will be back!!

Went in with good eyebrows and just asked for a trim, came out with a new eyebrows that looked so messed up. i was incredibly pissed and definitely would not be back.
