I love that target carries so many natural products compared to Walmart. I wish they had more variety of dairy free and vegan grocery products.

Very beautiful store. Went in to get almond milk, and found it even though it was late afternoon. Usually the simply almond almond milk is gone from Target by midday. Security was there to greet me at the register and wish me a good day. I then decided to go in the restroom with my PAID FOR merchandise and wash my hands. As I was coming out the security guard was running into the restroom. Is it okay to be a single Hispanic male and shop there? Please dont make it so obvious people.

The staff was nice but apparently they forgot to check dates I got a cottage cheese yesterday that was over a month expired and had mold in it. It was very disappointing

Friendly employees, huge store, found lots of great deals. I was disappointed that the bullseyes playground area was just an empty floor on my last visit. Hope the section is just getting some updates and will be back

A day before Thanksgiving we needed ingredients for a peach cobbler recipe and couldnt find the right spices. The employee looked at the recipe on our Tablet and directed us to each ingredient! He was so kind and helpful even with the stress of so many customers also in the spice isle! He was stocking when we asked him for help and without hesitation asked us what the recipe was. 10 out of 10! I wish I knew his name to give him much needed credit!

Guest services was amazing, however, my app didnt work and I had to go into the store. It was my first time using this service so having to go inside was a little frustrating.

Would NOT use the app apparently they cancel things and won’t give you your money back.

I recently had a great experience with ordering online and using the drive up service. My order was ready in an hour and I was able to pick it up immediately. It was super convenient and I recommend it actually over Walmart as it is way quicker.

In a POOR return experience at the Eau Claire, Wisconsin TargetMade a purchase which was defective. Going back to Target was told part would be credited to my card. With the remaining amount being given back in cash. When questioned. The response was; thats is the system information is telling her? Odd. Again asking her why the full amount could not go back to my card. Received the same rely. Calling Targets Customers Service number was told it was at the discretion of the Store Manager. Then calling the store talking to a lead after she said the Store Manager was not working - She was not willing to help. So emailed the State of Wisconsin Attorney Generals Office in Madison, Wisconsin. Very poor returns experience at Target in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

I love target and shop there all the time!

I’ve always been a fan of Target, but recently their clothing selection has gone downhill. I’m hopeful their buyers go in a different direction very soon.

I was in Target today shopping and had a very bad experience trying to purchase some holiday decorations. They were put on the floor accidentally, but were not for sale. It was a shocking surprise at check out. We left feeling very confused and sad, we decided to turn around and wanted to speak to a customer service representative. Mindy helped us out and went above and beyond to make us feel good... our experience with Mindy took us from feeling 1 star to 5. Thank you! Excellent staff!

Clean and just a nice place to to walk and browse. Some of those big box stores you kinda feel rushed with flow of it all. Here its easy to just browse for abit. Find what ya need and somemore lol.

I was in Eau Claire with my family shopping for school clothes and we went to Target because I needed to get some new bras. Now mind you, we live an hour away. I found some and proceed to the fitting room. There was a sign there saying it is closed. There was also an attendant. I spoke with her. She said I would have to buy and return what doesnt fit. I explained my distance of travel and stated about purchasing and trying them on in the restroom and return what doesnt fit. She said I was not allowed. What? I said you mean I cant bring PAID merchandise into the restrooms? Nope She did say I would have to go out into my car! BRAS, TRYING ON IN THE CAR!!!! Target you lost my business. I walked out with my family and bought nothing. Im buying from Amazon. Free return and UPS store is close by. Now I see why these business are failing.

Fresh produce

The staff are all wearing masks and the store encourages distancing. The store makes it easy for customers to order online and pickup or have outside delivery. It would be even better if all customers were required to wear masks.

I was a loyal Target customer until today. If you are not going to enforce mask wearing by customers you will no longer get any business from me.

Target is my favorite place to shop! I can grab everything we need and lots of stuff I didnt know I needed!

Great customer service

Literally the worst. Lines and lines of people at the 3 registered they have open. Here are a few (15) that are closed. Literally 20 employees standing around....Meanwhile customers wait....

I called to extend an online order pickup, due to my positive Covid diagnosis and resulting isolation period. I was rudely informed this was not an option. REALLY TARGET?! Were talking 4 days, not 4 months. Sad policy, Target

Absolutely appalled at the guy at customer service, it was so uncalled for and unbelievably unprofessional that i can’t even begin to explain on here as to what happened but i WILL be unfortunately having to go back there and get an explanation for his behavior

Very limited in selection for almost everything on the non-grocery side. The grocery side seemed pretty stocked. Would come here for some stuff but not very often. The app also doesn’t recognize barcodes on items to get a price check.

Friendly and fast service. Never takes more than 5 minutes for an associate to bring my order out when I do drive up. Target is the real MVP for quality goods and friendly associates.

Target is always well stocked with all the essentials and more, CLEAN with nice wide isles, and complete with welcoming and helpful staff. Anyone would feel comfortable recommending Target for a shopping experience.

This 5 stars goes out to the grocery section in particular! The selection of non-dairy products, alternative instant foods, bakery items, and beverages are excellent at this target location- and for really reasonable prices. The beauty section and seasonal items (and after -occassion sales!) are also great. Good finds can definitely be spotted at this target!

The prices and selection are pretty good, but I have never seen so many long faced employees in one building. Like somebody kicked all their dogs that morning. Whats up with that? Not a smile in the whole store.

It’d be a rarity to find an employee in the store pre-covid, not any more though- and not to the benefit of the shopper either. In the covid-era there’s slews of red shirts everywhere waiting to jump on customers with BS policy statements. I.E: While I find it ridiculous that changing rooms are unavailable, the measure to not allow for children’s shoe try-ons in the aisles (with socks and masks) is over the top. My family was rudely berated by employees in various sections of the store while shopping for school supplies, meanwhile they’ve got people walking around without face masks (not that I care) and check out lines are backed up (try staffing the checkouts!) But apparently the red shirt minions elect which rules they feel are important to them at their patrons expense. Not on target with this one 😡

Love the free 2 day shipping with the Red card and 5% off. The app is easy to use and the pick up and drive up are literal life savers for me!

I haven’t been in target in 3 months and really needed to find some essential items and gifts to send to my loved ones that aren’t nearby to help them get through being at home . I love target and how friendly they all are and humble

I spent $230 on my shopping trip. When I got home my $8 shower hooks where not in my bag, BUT they where on my receipt. Target did absolutely NOTHING for me when I called to inquire on my missing shower hooks. The company raves about their community support and customer service. Then when it comes down to it, the multi billion dollar company does nothing.

Customer service. I spoke with 2 associates & 1 cashier and ALL 3 were VERY pleasant!! I actually had an amazing stress free shopping experience with the kids!!!

While I dont like the new store re-deck, this remains our go-to place for kids stuff, toiletries, and home goods. The 5% Target card discount is great. The cartwheel app in your phone can save you additional money if you dont mind having the store data mining you so much. We dont use it because of technical difficulties with our phone.

This Target has been remodeled inside and the store looks great. Good quality store with excellent customer service. The new supermarket area is even better than before. They have plenty of parking and easier check out lines than most Targets. I enjoy coming here often and will be coming back more often still the remodel.

I asked an employee where the portion cups were and she literally threw a deodorant onto the shelf and screamed at me saying that she doesn’t work in paper and I needed to find someone else. Then stormed away like a 2 year old. This was literally the worst customer service. I’m 10X more likely to go to Walmart after this visit. Yikes!

Easily one of the cleanest grocery stores in Eau Claire. Helpful staff! I appreciate how the grocery side of the store is designed for ease of use for the customer.

Good quality store, clean and friendly. They just had a big remodel and the store looks great. Organized a little different, but looks great and made where some things are easier to find. Also grouped some items better and added some refrigerated end caps that they seem to change for the season/holiday.

I shop mostly for electronics, hunting, and fishing supplies. Target is lacking in all of these things. Their composition bests them easily in these areas. They do have nice clothing and a good food selection however there prices are higher than their competitors in these areas as well.

Great place for your everyday shopping. Full grocery store - produce dept; deli for your meat and cheese; bakery for rolls, buns, and hand decorated cakes; meat dept;even a Starbucks! (And honestly, its the best of the 3 Starbucks in town)The cakes from the bakery are great, they are wonderfully decorated, and taste delicious!The deli meat and cheese have made me never go back to the pre-packaged junk, is delicious! The deli also had a deal that if you by a pound and a half of meat, you get a half pound of cheese free!This is just a great store to shop at!

Target markets wisely to my age group ;) I try to stay away, but I cant...theres a strong force beckoning me at all hours from all locations. I go in for one product, and I come out with bags filled to the brim. Thank goodness theyve yet to clone the kids clothing in adult sizes, or Id be bankrupt!

Since the remodel this store has vastly improved the environment. Its really chic inside compared to what it was 20 years ago with orange carpet! The clothing line is impressive with even European design. Cant get that at most places. Prices are still competitive. And you know the company is socially progressive and they hire people with disabilities. Thank you, Target.

Target while absolutely being a large store definitely still maintains a sense of rootedness to the communities it is located in. Whether this be carrying local wine and goods or just being present in community functions - it is the ease of a convenience store while still retaining a sense of purpose.

Reasonable prices for quality items. Their children’s clothing section is trendy yet doesn’t hurt the wallet.Groceries are also MUCH cheaper than the local grocery stores. And it doesn’t feel as hectic and stressful there like when I have to go to Walmart. People are more chill and it gives me less stress.

I always have a positive experience at Target in Eau Claire. The new store layout has taken some time to get used to, but I really do like the new layout. I also like the mens clothes section as it kind of feels like a mini store inside of Target. Lines always move pretty fast here as well.

Nice Target. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shelves were constantly being straightened up during a busy time. Love the dollar spot!

Newly redone, the store has an excellent selection as well as a modern look. Still low prices! Overall we really prefer Target over all department stores.

This is one of the busiest Target stores I have shopped at. Currently they are undergoing renovations, so some things are out of order. You may need to ask a Target employee for help finding what you need. Also, the bathrooms are under construction, so many people use the one by the pharmacy. The pharmacy bathroom is in huge need of an upgrade, so I hope it gets it during the remodel.

Its where I get most of my food and all of my stuff.Well, not really, but its Target, the place to shop for anything. My wife will wander around the aisles for hours happily looking for nothing. And if you give the kids some of the popcorn, theyll tag along for as long as the bag is filled. And Ill admit, I get pretty excited when we pass the toy section and can play off my need to check out the new lightsabers in stock by saying Ill take the kids off my wifes hands for a bit.Look, its Target, and its a clean one. Recently updated, in fact. You should probably have a pretty good idea of what to expect. If you dont...stay away. Theres no need to start that addiction now.

Low quality high priced Chinese made merchandise from the entrance to the exit. Walmart has 10 times the quality and is 10 times the store, and much lower priced, and thats not saying much. No wonder Targets never busy.

Its getting remodeled inside currently but able to find things quickly. Staff are generally very helpful. The new supermarket area is amazing!

Called in one day to see if they had an item in stock. They said they did, and they would bring it to the customer service desk and save it for me. It was a Christmas present, and I lived 2 hours away. No other store had the item in stock, so I jumped in the car and drove the two hours to go get it. I get there, no one at the front desk knows what I am talking about. After 50 minutes, it seems the person looked at the screen, saw it said In Stock, and just assumed it actually was. So I made the 2 hour trip in the sleeting rain for nothing, and all they told me was, Sorry, the UPC codes are assorted. I asked if they could find the item in another store and ship it to a closer store. No I asked if they could take my information and let me know when it was in stock again. No. Wont be shopping at Target again.

Nothing stocked on shelves. Couldnt find anyone to answer questions or give assistance not to mention being over priced on items I can order elsewhere online for the. Wont return.

Just talked to very helpful Sara as our prescriptions were sold from Shopko to Walgreens. Target is close and was very patient with all information they needed. Took care of all necessary calls for us!

I had the best service at mobile phone center.

Its a one-stop shop but we shop for a lot less things these days and make our own things so were moving away from using one-stop shops.

There is good variety with it being a Super Target with a CVS pharmacy, but they could improve things. The shopping carts are always really dirty. I dont think they ever clean them.The pharmacy staff seem grumpy about answering questions.There isnt staff around if you have a question very often.Generally they could keep things cleaner, and we avoid the bathrooms here.They have improved from where they were 3-4 years ago, so I guess that is a plus.

During this health crisis Targets employees appear to be taking safety seriously, see the carts being sanitized and other practices to help ensure the safety of the customers.

Ease of ordering and easy pick up at the store

Chain department store with the usual items for sale. I really like thier toy department and their baby/toddler department. This location has a full grocery store with liquor department. There is a CVS drug store inside. This location has just recently been remodeled, so its very nice inside.

Target is about as good as it gets when it comes to big box stores. Clean and friendly. I think the food brands they carry are higher quality than their competitors too.

My only issue is the distance from my location. Encourage you to located in the northwest corner of town now that Shopko is closing.
