Store employees are fine, but support from the factory is horrendous. Waited 25 minutes on hold to speak with someone and when I finally was able to get my motorized blind to work, it was not level and this is not the only blind that arrived askew. I cannot recommend the company. Manufacturing is sloppy.

It is a large window, and so many options exist Ruth was able to narrow it down with all of her details. We chose the most beautiful fabric, the quality of the shade has exceeded my expectations. We orders a number of blinds and they look good. The blinds were measured by one of your professionals who provided those measurements to the factory. Unfortunately one blind was not correctly manufactured.We are waiting for this to get remade. It is not clear to me when the new blinds will get generated and installed.Unfortunately, I would NOT say our experience has been completely positive. We are told by the store that we may need to wait another month for this to get rectified.It would have been nice for the store to perform some good will for the mistake on their part.

Cam and Ruth were absolutely amazing! The customer service at the Eatontown location was above and beyond. I will never purchase window shades from any other store. I had roller shades that were almost 20 years old and they were able to repair all 14 of them. Cam was able to organize and patiently sort through our past purchase. So professional and a pleasure to complete this project. Thank you so much for making this experience a positive one!

My experience at Blinds to Go was a pleasant one. From the first day I went to the store checking out what I was interested in purchasing, there was no pressure as I decided what I was going to buy, and I was provided the assistance I needed. Most of all it was a fun experience. To top it off the person who came to measure and put up the blinds was as pleasant as can be.I recently purchased a very nice place by the beach. I bought a lot of things from scratch and I have to honestly say two business deals came through for me - out of all the stores I purchased stuff from. They were blinds to go and the painter, Carter Henry painter - were the only two companies that provided professional service for me, without a hitch. Thank you

I would have gladly given 5 stars, but the scheduling department is a disaster. Crystal, who helped us in the store is EASY 5 stars. She was absolutely wonderful. The installer was also EASY 5 stars. He did a great job, was very friendly and personable. The product? 5 stars. Its looks really beautiful. Unfortunately, we tried to change our install date and you cant get through on the phone and they dont respond to emails. 2 Stars for scheduling.

First, I want to compliment my salesperson Crystal, who was so knowledgeable, helpful, patient and pleasant when assisting me to make my selection. The blinds came in earlier than expected and are beautiful. My only issue is that the chain was incorrectly placed on one of the blinds. When I called the store to explain, I was advised to bring it back in and they will correct the error in two days. Again, very easy to work with. I would recommend them for sure.

Ordered blinds. Blinds finally came (3 months due to covif/mfg delays) and scheduled time with installer. Why was installer a subcontractor?Issues:- Blinds sent to wrong store so installer called saying he can only come at NIGHT since he has to drive to the wrong store and pick up the blinds- Who installs blinds at night? Asked for a reschedule. Earliest time was 1 MONTH LATER. Not acceptable- After lots of escalations, magically time was available 2 days laterToo many cooks involved with blinds. No reason for stores to sub the work out.In the end, happy the installer was able to accommodate (not his fault). Store needs to do a better job of making sure items are going to correct place

It took forever for the shades to come in and I had an appointment for 6/2 between 8 and 9. No one showed up. I finally called. They had trouble reaching the installer and when they did he said he was really sick. So I now have to wait another 3 weeks. It will be a total of over 3 months from ordering. Further the installer called me later in the day to ask if I wanted him to come the next day. I said I heard that he was really ill. So he told me he had tested negative for covid in a rapid test. Who the heck wants an installer in their home installing shades when he is sick even if it isn’t covid.

3 stars because after all the issues we dealt with, they look pretty good in our house. Unfortunately we will not be using them again due to major communication issues and a lot of frustration. After making sure to place an order Labor Day weekend to receive a promotion, our order was not actually placed in the store until 5 weeks later! I had called to check on the status thinking they could be almost ready to pick up and I was informed that there were a few things I had to sign off on and then the order would be placed. That was issue #1. At that time they did offer be 10% off which I appreciated however I wasn’t expecting more to go wrong. When we finally got the blinds 2 windows were not measured correctly even after we paid extra to have their guys do the measuring. They easily replaced the one window, and the second was remeasured and not replaced until 4 weeks later after I had to call to check on the status once again. We had a few more windows we wanted to do after this order and we will not be using them again.

We purchased 14 motorized blinds 2 years ago for close to $6,000 recently 2 of the blinds started raising and lowering at an angle one severally crooked. We called for service and it 3 weeks to get a repair appointment. When the serviceman was came he was nasty and just took the blinds and left us with paper replacement blinds that fell down in 2 days . We received a call that the blinds were ready and to avoid the bad experience again we told them that we would come pick the up to reinstall ourselves. They said fine. My wife went to the store we made our original purchase in Eatontown NJ . When she got there they could not find the repaired blinds. After 20 minutes of confusion they determined that they were at the Menlo park store and promised to have them shipped to Eatontown location. We also purchased a Hub and they said they would schedule the install of the hub AND the 2 blinds for one service fee. We agreed and the scheduled the service for that Friday so the blinds would be at the Eatontown store by then (that was Tuesday).On Friday we received a call from the serviceman (who were told was much more customer friendly compared to the previous person)He said that he had picked the hub and on his way to our house but had just received a call from the Menlo Park store about picking up the 2 repaired blinds?????He asked if we wanted for him to continue as it would result in 2 service charges since he could install the Hub that day but need to come back with the 2 repaired blinds ANOTHER day!!!!!!Obviously we were totally enraged by TOTALLY bad second SCREWUP . We called the Eatontown store to find out what happened to the blinds and why they had not been shipped to the Eatontown store????? Once again they appeared CLUELESS to what had happened.We are STILL WITHOUT our 2 blinds and with paper replacements that fall off every day!!!!!We have been promised to get our blinds and them installed AFTER the holiday weekend!!!!!!!

Terrible service. The salesperson and the installer were very nice, but it took from January until April to get my measurements and blinds. I was sent the wrong size blind twice. Communication between the store and scheduling department was very poor. I will not be shopping at Blinds to Go ever again.

Very disappointed. After weeks of waiting for my blinds the installer arrived and there is a missing part to one set of my blinds. In another room one of the blinds was measured wrong so the installer needs to come back with correct blinds. How is this even possible?In response to the owner, my order number is 498867. And now I need to wait almost a month for an appointment? I should be out on a priority list to get the fixed right away.

For some inexplicable reason BTG has changed their installation process requiring customers to schedule with the store as opposed toScheduling directly with the installer. It adds another layer and made what was a seamless process more complicated and time consuming. I was a loyal customer but no more.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. It seems they aren’t really interested in doing business or at very least in customer service. I gave them all the details for a preliminary quote, followed up 3-5 times over 6 days, even gave them there competitors quote on the project and nobody got back to me, with anything more then im very bust right now. If you need pricing or your blinds in next 18 months would go to budget blinds.

Do not waste your time or money. Impossible to communicate with the people in the store and over the phone. They couldn’t get their stories straight. They bait & switched us on the product upon installation and to top it off they show up without one of the blinds which now has to get ordered, made, and installed at a later date. Can’t believe this place is in business.

Do not give them your business. It was a headache from the start. The sales person was not well versed in the products, gave me misinformation. I ended up doing all the research myself. Took way longer than they said to get the blinds made. Then they didn’t include one of my blinds in the order and now have to wait 2 weeks to get it and get an installer to come again.

We’d like to thank Gioia Herrmann for all of her recent help and expertise while we were looking for shades for four rooms of our home. It was a very busy Presidents day in the Eatontown, NJ store, and Gioia was very patient with us, and answered all of our questions and concerns. She offered her opinions of types and styles that might work best for us, and showed us how dark the prestige blackout shades would make the room appear. That was very important, as we were thinking of using them in another room besides our bedroom. When we had them installed, Gioia was correct, they definitely would have made the other room way to dark. From the time we placed the order to the installation day, Gioia kept in touch with us every step of the way, that’s really great customer service! We have recommended the Eatontown Blinds to Go location to others because of the professional attitude we had gotten from Gioia. I wish all of our retail shopping experiences had employees like Gioia, as she really does care about the customer.
