The sample bottles of cologne should have sample nozzles.. tested out this new Armani fragrance went to spray it on the sample stick and it sprayed up my arm like a sprinkler.. now Im covered in a scent that I dont even like and I smell like Im covered in a taxi cab crown air freshener.. my dinner date is now ruined and the soap at fridays wouldnt even take it off.... staff was very helpful and friendly

JCPenney is kept tidy and the staff is polite. There is typically deals, though sometimes they are not applicable to much. It is a good place to pop in and do some light shopping. Decent establishment.

I made a return of merchandise purchased prior to the pandemic and was amazed at the courtesy and respect that I received from the sales associate and management. I was afraid they would not let me return the items because it was over 60 days, but they refunded the full amount that I paid and for that Im so grateful. I thank you and appreciate the sensitivity that you continue to show your customers.

I had a great experience at the store on 8/26 I went to purchase undergarments for my husband, unfortunately I didnt get the name of the of the supervisor that help me. She was stocking up the section and came to assist me. She helped me to go online and find a coupon and then proceeded to come with me to the register to ring up my transaction. This was the best experience and customer service Ive had in a while. Thank you very much to the supervisor that helped me it was greatly appreciated.

Customer service is excellent. However, before you enter the store make sure you wont need to use the ladies room. It is disgusting. I had to leave the store sooner to find a restroom. I wonder if this one of the reason Jcpenney is doing poorly.

Honestly, my experience has been so pleasant. Ive shopped online and ordered multiple items; I mean COUPONS were too great to pass on. Ive had to exchange a few items, and although I went in with a negative perception, (exchanges are a hassle everywhere) I ended up so pleased with how easy it was. The associate was so knowledgeable, and went about it with ease. The next time an error happened, the experience was not as easy, but one call to the help line and my exchange was corrected and shipped free! So yes, I will rate 5 star for making holiday shopping a breeze.

I Love Jcpenney because they offer great deals year round. I purchase my winter clothing in the Summer and my Summer clothing in the winter. I get my items in a fear amount of time. And the price is great year round.

I like and always have liked JCP. The only time I had a hard time with it was some years ago when I was looking for dress clothes for my son and they didnt have a big selection. Things may have changed by now, but I like their selections and their prices. Better than most.

LOVE JCPenny! JCPenny sells tall misses clothing! Any gal who is 59 and up knows how difficult a tall size blouse, sweater, or t-shirt can be to come by and JCPenny carries them all. While I have to do my tall shopping online, I can simply take returns back to the store and shop through all the wonderful housewares and other quality stuff available while Im there. Oh, yeah,! LOVE JCPenny!

Black Friday at Jcpennys is always crowded! No need to worry too much since they always have over 500 coupons for $10 off of $10 all the way up to $500 off of $500 (one per store). They doorbusters are similar year to year but are always popular~ crowded but not like Walmart. More like Target at first...then it trickles down once people use their coupons. We did good this year! This place is awful I had to wait almost an hour for them to do 1 simple transaction and when I needed them to order the right size shirt they ordered the wrong one then when I called to tell them they made me call a different person. I will never go there again. I only gave 1 star course I had to if I could I would put 0

The cashier was extremely rude about me not getting a jcpenney card . He was pushing it like he was a drug dealer he looked like one aswell.

JC Penney is a great store.I bought 2 tops.

Awful customer service and all the representative did was blame each other .They actually sold my ordered boots and told me they would pull a pair from the floor.So now I have a choice take a pair of boots that are too big or reorder and hope I get them.Oh did I mention I had to drive to the mall to have this aggravation

Stopped into the store today looking for food processors. The selection of these types of appliances was unkempt. Display signs for products, prices and features were missing. It looked as though no one checked on how the display products and boxes were organized / presented. I left without making a purchase.

Cant find a sales representative to save your life. They dont answer their phones. Finally got a hold of a supervisor named Annie who was most helpful. People were walking out of doors with security alarms going off. No one stopping them. It was crazy. Hardly anyone in the store, except in the Sephora shop.What a mess!

This was the worst place to ever shop. The store manager overworks his employees and slaves the minors! Ive witnessed so many minors on school days working in the morning saying they had to call out to school to hold onto their jobs. Their employees pressure people into opening up jcpenney cards and when they do they dont inform you that they hit your credit HARD and it stays on your report for years!. The employees steal out of registers, and are constantly on their phones. Their rude and theres never anyway managers on the floor or in sight. Everytime I try to get someone to get a manager for me I never get to see anyone! I have only met the store manager who is nice in person but breaks all manual labor laws when it comes to the minors who work there. This PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

I was a faithful JC Penny customer until an encounter with a very nasty manager named Keith. He bragged to me about being the General Manager with a big ugly smile on his face. I was about to make a purchase and asked a few questions and the response followed with a very dirty attitude. Take care of him before you lose a LOT more business! Also I will never shop at JC penny and inform all of my family and friends to NEVER shop at Eatontown! Stay away! Horrible manager and even worse customer service
