My nephew wanted to go by this particular store located in Philadelphia Mills to price a specific pair of sneakers. We arrived at this location and had to wait outside for about 10 minutes until someone walked out.I want to address specifically the staff NOT wearing masks as we are still deep in a pandemic.Once my nephew was able to go inside, excited about pricing a pair of sneakers, THERE WAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The guy at the door pointed from a seat. The younger man whom I watched assist others, did not assist my nephew. This store was not busy at all.To the staff: Professionalism, customer service and health safety in your consignment shop set up in Philadelphia Mills, is needed. Every customer should be assisted, they are choosing YOUR store. You need CUSTOMERS money to stay in business.Good news, my nephew found the pair of sneakers for way less than 375.00 being sold here online. He even purchased two more pairs of sneakers at Footlocker in which the service was wonderful and made it fun to shop for with other sneaker lovers.Please, shop where you are greeted and/or serviced. Businesses need YOUR money. Too many sneaker stores to choose from. Shopping here is a CHOICE.

Amazing selection of sneakers this will be the only place I buy my shoes from period. My boy Dan and his crew customer service is second to none

I bought a pair of sneakers for 350.00 was charged 363.83 when I looked at receipt it says tax when I called the store the guy said it’s a fee for using a credit card. No one said it was a card fee when I was paying I would never buy anything from there again. Buyer beware they are scam artist!

I went to the Willow Grove Location, everything is overpriced, no customer service, multiple fakes were spotted they mix real with fakes I guess because I’m a older woman they thought I couldn’t tell, when the young girl handed me the shoe I looked at it funny and you can tellShe was nervous I will be contacting the BBB.
