Went last night to see possible cars and dealt with Nick. Not only was he pleasant to work with but he was up front about everything! He even took the time to sync up our phones to our new car! We had our 2 kids with us a definitely our 4 yr old was bouncing off the walls and it didnt seem to bother or phase Nick at all.. Would definitely deal with them again and highly recommend seeing Nick!! Thank you and I love my new car!!!

I went early this morning to drop-off my car for a simple oil change ans just pick it up after working which is around 7PM. The dealer is open until 9PM. But the person working there who is using the table of Tiffany which I assumed it is her, told me that the cashier is only open at 6PM. So I told her that I will pay in advance so I can just pick up my car. But Tiffany said NO! I told her that last year that I did the same thing. I pick up my car at past 7PM. She said that was last year. I asked I hope this place bec it is open until 9PM and she said it is only for sales and parts.. Very COLD and did not even offer any help to accommodate my request. I guess there are only nice when they know that you are buying a car. STAY AWAY FORM THIS PLACE. NOT PROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE!

Every person I came into contact with was genuine, helpful and pleasant. I have been to MANY dealerships and this is the first one that I felt truly comfortable as soon as I walked in. Nobody hovered over me. No under-the-breath sigh when I asked to see a car for the millionth time. Just happy people that are happy to do their job and work with you to help you leave satisfied and confident with your purchase.Eric was my salesman and he was fun, nice, personable and had patience to the moon. (I took a reeeeeeally long time to make a decision.) I walked out with a used car and a couple days after my purchase I noticed a slight shake at highway speeds. I mentioned it to Eric and he immediately set me up with a service appointment. They figured out the tires just needed to be rotated and balanced from the previous owner, and they did this for me free of charge.I know EXACTLY where Im going to get my next car, cannot recommend this place enough!

The entire process was fairly quick and ran like a well-oiled machine. We never felt pressured or that anyone was trying to take advantage of us. 5 stars for overall service. HUGE SHOUTOUT to Armando Lopez. I’m active duty military stationed in Fort Hood TX. They’re about 1700 miles from me and I never set foot in NJ. I couldn’t get approved around here and if I did get approved, the down payments requested were outrageous; along with the monthly payments and high interest. He got me in a BRAND NEW 2021 Accord Sport with less than 3% interest and a lower down payment at $2,000 with a $400 monthly payment. If this seems high at all to anyone seeing this, keep in mind what I said earlier about dealerships here. My credit has been rough since covid and when everywhere else turned me down, this is the HANDS DOWN, best deal I could’ve asked for. Thank you Armando, and Thank you DCH KAY HONDA!!!

Went to DCH Honda a few days ago! Wonderful place with great service. I walked in inquiring about changing my license plates and a salesperson by the name of Jimmy met me immediately and offered me guidance. He spoke to the receptionist for me and also answered a few of my questions about servicing my Honda because I didn’t know who to ask! Very nice and informative man!

DCH Kay Honda Service Representatives have been exceptionally professional, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and caring since I bought my Honda in 2018. My car has not broken once (except a flat tire Once and still they fixed it and put it back in 10 minutes). They are impressive. I just feel lucky to live close this particular Superb HONDA Dealer. Went to DCH KAY HONDA on Saturday 8/28/2021 with a bad tire leaking air without an appointment arriving at 3pm. The service and parts staff accommodated me and got the entire job done by closing which was 5pm. They made my day. Been a customer since 1997 and have never been disappointed with quality of service. Returned on Monday because I was unable to send in my tire purchase rebate, Jake the parts mgr said he would be happy to do it for me considering you needed a scanner which I did not have. Great service. Kudos to Mickey also.

DCH Kay Honda will not provide the GAP insurance provider the information necessary to process payment for my GAP insurance claim so that my car can be paid off. They were more than happy to take my $850 for GAP insurance when I purchased my car. However, now that the car was totaled DCH Kay Honda refuses to give the GAP insurer the necessary paperwork to pay my claim.

Hamza is the best!!! He went so above and beyond helping us with buying our daughter her first car! It was an awesome experience! He accommodated all of our special requests (were being very careful with social distancing due to COVID). As far as helping my daughter get everything set up with her new car - he was amazing. He didnt waste time on the stuff she already knew how to do. He was super knowledgeable and quick to help her set up all the safety features and bluetooth connections so that she could get her directions and music set up before she got on the road. We wish him the best always at his new (not so new at this point - took me a while to figure out how to post) job!

My Civic had a whomp -whomp sound when driving; it wasnt a tire, & I couldnt imagine what it was.Made an appt online with the closest Honda dealer...Kay Honda.I stopped by the Service Dept. the day before, to find out how to drop the car off early, and where the key-drop box was.Mickey was more than helpful, even showing me how to use the drop box!Got a text confirming my appt., another text with a link to a site listing what the mechanic found.Mickey phoned me to get my permission to do the work. It was a fair price, and the work was done before my appt time!Kay Honda made a worrisome situation easy, figured out what the weird noise was, and fixed the problem in record time.Will definitely be back.

Shout out to Max for providing exceptional customer service. My fairly new car had a software issue that cost around $800 to fix. This seemed unfair, and instead of giving me the typical salesperson speech, Max went above and beyond to ensure my car was fixed at a reasonable price.This is what a great service manager does. Everyone working at this dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dennis and Joe made the experience hassle free. All of our questions and concerns were answered. It was easy to tell that the staff have a lot of experience because they were very efficient. Paperwork was handled with thoroughness and swiftness. The dealership is also quite nice inside. It was very clean, modern, and inviting. Overall, it was easily the best experience I have had at a car dealership. Five stars for the internet department, they really communicated with me. However, the sales department including the manager unfortunately sold me a 2021 CRV with $1500 dealer mark-up price, they knew I was paying cash which I believe most dealerships hate most. In addition, they also included overpriced non-factory items such as alloy wheels locks $199, the door edge film $199, all-weather mats $345, Perma plate $299, nitro fill tires $299, secured theft protection $599 (this is so overpriced!) despite me BEGGING them to remove all non-factory items. These unethical dealership maneuvers should be illegal. Their email banner says that they have transparent pricing, but its the opposite. In their email invitation to me, it says quote other dealerships in the area will quote you a price that does not include that, and then surprise you when you arrive at their location with this and other hidden fees. I was the one who got surprised.While waiting for the managers final quote, I asked my sales guy Jim, what does DCH mean? He replied Delivering Customer Happiness. While driving home with the new CRV, I felt like the customers happiness was not delivered.

Had a small vibration in the steering wheel. they said my front axles had to be replaced. mucho bucks, but i purchased the extended warranty when i bought it used 3 months ago. saved me a ton of money. made all the difference, no vibs, better steering, braking..and i thought it was fine before. andrew in service was terrific. steve.

When I noticed a buck in my Honda Civics pickup while in lower gears, I feared the worst. My thoughts were transmission troubles - thousands of dollars in transmission repair; but, I was wrong.My service rep, Max Brodbach, brought out his mechanic to discuss my vehicle to it turned into an issue to be monitored only. I was extremely relieved to say the least.I appreciate the time given and the professionalism and trust I gained with DCH Kay Honda.

After dealing with another dealership for so long and getting the run around, getting a scratch in my brand new truck and the tech smoking in it ...., Was nice to deal with a group of stand up people here at DCH. Max the service manager was very helpful and did his best to address most of my concerns. Anthony the mechanic was polite helpful and took care of my car like his own! will be coming back to this dealer again soon. Nice to be able to leave my car for service next time and feel safe with the people working on it !

This dealership is an absolute joke. I went in to test drive a Honda Ridgeline and trade in my Subaru Crosstrek. I was in the dealership for an hour while they took all of my information and inspected my trade in. Only for the salesman to come out and tell me all of the Ridgelines that they had on their website were sold while on the truck in transit to the dealership. He said the best he could offer me was to put me on a wish list. It was a complete waste of my time to even go there. I walked out and went next door to Toyota and had a much better experience.

My fiance and I went into DCH Kay Honda tonight (March, 4th, 2021). We couldnt be happier with our salesman Andres! He was the amazing!I previously worked at a car dealership, so I know firsthand how cut throat salesmen can be. Needless to say, we were very anxious and worried that we would be taken advantage of. I was inquiring about a car. I did get contacted unlike other dealerships and they offered me times to come in and they were very nice, this that, but unfortunately the fees are ridiculous. At a min, $1000 in dealership fees, sanitation fees, etc. Seriously? I wasnt gonna waste my time haggling.

I just purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot Touring from DCH Kay Honda. The salesman, Ron Marino, was by far the best salesperson I ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable, professional, and didnt pressured me in any way. Rons calm demeanor made me feel like wed known each other for years. I am the luckiest person to have ended up at DCH Kay Hona! I had the pleasure to work with Lenny Ramirez, Dennis Fike and Pat Hughes. From the moment I walked in the building, the receptionist was very friendly. When she noticed that the show room was getting crowded with people waiting for a sales rep (it was a busy Friday evening) she rushed to the back to make sure management knew there were some of us waiting. I was quickly greeted by Lenny who politely asked me to give him a few minutes while he finished with his last costumer. When he finished he came back and dedicated his entire attention to my concerns. I explained to him how the night before I literally walked out from a different dealer, Academy Honda at Old Bridge ( DO NOT GO THERE!) because the financial manager was so rude and had no idea how to deal with customers. Lenny was very empathetic and said he will do his best to meet my expectations. He showed me a few Pilot models and explained the difference between all the trims. He was very knowledgeable and was very honest with everything I asked.When it was time for the numbers... to my surprise, Dennis from management came to meet me in person to discuss all the options they had to offer when it came to the loan and monthly payments.I also explained to him mybad experience in the last dealer so the fact that he did the complete opposite without knowing was a win for me.I really wanted to sleep on the numbers and options I was given so they both understood and asked me to come back the next day. Long story short, I walked out today with a brand new 2021 Pilot SE as happy as can be! The biggest ripoff and poor customer service! My husband decided to make a career change so he needed a cheaper used vehicle since we have children and a home to pay for still. He went to this dealership for a vehicle that they said was available and when he got there it was sold so they showed him a used car. He had little time to get a vehicle so he purchased it. He wound up being sold a lemon for $16,000 and the car had 2 accidents on it from the previous owner and nobody disclosed that information to him. Here we are 5 months later with a car that is falling apart has mechanical issues and decided to try and trade it in for something safe for the kids and they appraised the car at $3,000 because it was in such bad shape. I’m so glad my kids were riding around in a unsafe car for 5 months because of the lies! I reached out to the dealership left a message to the manager he called me back the next morning asked for my husbands information said someone would be in touch with me and nobody ever called me. I called later that day no phone call back and then called the next morning and still never received a call back! We had to lose $16,000 on a car just so our family is safe in a vehicle and these people don’t even have the kindness or decency to call back or even acknowledge the problem!

Not only did it take almost 2 hours to test drive the car I came in asking about but the car itself had horrible alignment issues. I was told the Technicians must have missed it. I was in the car 2 minutes and as soon as you take your hand partially off the wheel it violently goes to the right. There was also damage to the front of the car, paint peeling, it was not worth what they were trying to sell it for and there was zero chance of negotiating the price. If they missed the alignment issue who knows what else was missed or would go wrong in that car. I wasnt going to write a review but they have been calling me nonstop since Ive been there constantly, reminding how much of my time they wasted. If I do buy a Honda it will not be from here.

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions and stayed after hours to complete the sale and followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase.-I have already bragged about my experience to co-workers & friends and will recommend DCH Kay Honda to anyone looking for a car. It is highly likely in the future that I will return to this dealership to purchase my next car (though hopefully I will have this one for a while first)-I can not thank George and DCH Kay Honda enough for what was quite possibly the most painless car buying experience.

This dealership has no problem making you wait hours for service even when you have an appointment, even when booking the appointment you stress the fact you will be coming with a toddler and your strict time line. It was over an hour before they even brought my car in to be looked at for an oil change😡

We went in assuming we wouldnt be able to get the price we wanted because this was the 3rd dealership we went to (1 chevy and 1 honda prior). Not only did they hit our goal price for our 2019 Honda Pilot EX, but I was even able to negotiate in the Honda stuffed puppy dog for my 10 month old son. The salesman, Andres, and even the finance guys were all friendly, which I have never experienced at a car dealership. Overall great experience. Car buying is never fun but this was great!

BEST Honda Dealership. I would like to thank DCH Kay Honda for the amazing experience.We wanted to purchase a new car completely remotely, due to COVID. We had tried Metro Honda (un-reasonable) and Open Road Honda (super-rude). Route 22 Honda never got the chance to call me back, despite multiple reminders. All of them were behaving as if they were doing us a favor by selling their vehicle to us. Route 23 Honda was responsive but they didnt have the car color we wanted.I am so glad we bought it from DCH Kay Honda. For once, we felt like we are dealing with professionals and not bullies.Highlights of the purchase:1) Very honest, transparent, constructive and collaborative. After dealing with the other dealerships, DCH Kay Honda was the only one we felt comfortable dealing with.2) Bought the vehicle fully remotely over phone and email, and got it delivered next working day.3) Entire end-to-end process of purchase took less than 1.5 hrs.4) Not even a single penny was charged over the agreed price. I was very happy to see the final bill 1$ less than the agreed price.5) They were fully transparent in pricing. No Appearance Package and All-Weather Mats charges sneaked in, nor any other hidden fees.6) They gave all-weather mats, door protectors and hood deflector free of cost.7) They delivered the vehicle for free, even though we were 50 miles away.People we worked with to get our car:1) Mark Kamatoy : The awesome Internet Sales Specialist. He was very prompt. Called me within 15 mins of receiving my message on their website. And was always fully transparent and honest.2) Pat Connelly : The finance manager, helped with the loan approval and with details for insurance. Again, very transparent. He was not at all pushy, nor did he play hardball or bargain. We went to and fro on pricing exactly once, as he knew what my budget was and worked out the best offer (much better than the other cheat dealerships).3) Louis Camaden : Sales Rep who delivered the vehicle and got the paperwork signed within 20 mins. Again, very prompt, kept me informed and delivered vehicle first thing in morning.Overall, I couldnt have asked for more from the dealership. Please dont waste your time with the other cheat dealers. I wasted 1 week, and always felt miserable after talking to the others.If you want to purchase a new Honda, just go to DCH Kay Honda.

Beware of hidden fees charged outrightly to customers! Clean dealership with nice salespeople, but there is price gouging at the end of the sale! Just watch for what you’re paying....For instance, you do not need etching on your car! It will only save 10% on comprehensive insurance; which is not much!! Wheel and tire warranties are not necessary and NITROFILL for tires are a rip off!!!! Use good sense when signing on the dotted line!!!

I paid my last car off, which was a Nissan. I brought a Honda, not through this particular dealership but this is the closet dealership where I take my car to have it service. Everything was great, until I had to take my car there for a new key, which they cut and reprogram, a day later after I left I notice that my car didn’t beep to confirm that it was locked and the alarm was set. I called them to notify them of the issue and they want me to 138 dollars to diagnosis my car, after I just paid $200 plus dollars for a new key. Up until this incident, I really liked this dealership. I mean the lady on the phone didn’t care at all.

We went to the dealership just to get some information about the Pilot after looking at a bunch of other options. Andres was wonderful. He was quick to help us and set us up on a test drive. We ended up really loving the car and Andres took the time to work out all of our options and help us choose the best option for us. Throughout the entire process, Andres was helpful and easy to work with. He never made us feel pressured to make a decision. I would definitely work with Andres again in the future. Overall, we had a great experience with the dealership as well, and are happy with our decision.

I bought a used CRV From Alyssia Rodriguez. The process couldnt have been smoother. The car that we wanted to see was waiting out front when we arrived. (Ive been to dealerships in Freehold where the car advertised on -line is not actually on-site -- more than once.) When we started talking price she came to us with the total cost, including dealer prep. There were no add-ons after we agreed on a price. No total collision policy, no added in warranty (although they offered), no other charges tacked on. The whole process took just a couple of hours. (Past purchases at other dealerships have taken up to 5 hrs.)Ive bought 10 used cars in the past 10 years, from individuals, used car lots and dealers. This purchase from DCH Eatontown was up there, tied for the best overall buying experience.
