I had foot surgery and was recommended by the surgeon to get supportive sneakers. I went to Foot Solutions, and they measured both feet, documented pressure points, and listened to all my issues. They made recommendations, and I tried on several pairs. I found the pair that worked best, and purchased them. I’m happy with the sneakers, and also the service and thoroughness of the staff. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Everyone was so nice. They had so many options of inserts for me to try. Since I am an athlete, the best way for me to test inserts is to be active while wearing them. Because of this, they even let me run up and down in the back room to fully try the inserts!

I always get excellent service. They are very helpful. I have never gotten a bad pair of shoes. They take their time with you & make sure shoes fit good.

Sharon F. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding shoes that worked for me. I have a metal plate and screws in my left ankle and she found shoes that did not aggravate that area. She took a lot of time watching me walk and I greatly appreciate that she recognized that my right arch was making my foot turn out. I bought sneakers, a pair of shoes for work and sandals. The woman who works there part time was very helpful with trying to find a pair of shoes that fit me tono avail but I did buy a pair of ortho foot sleeves which helped me some and when paying for the product I asked about the veteran or senior discount and the clerk advised me that Foot Solutions doesn’t give one. So much for gratitude for the veterans or complementary discount for seniors. I know, with that policy, I will not be returning. There are too many businesses that want customers. This is the reason for 3 stars. I was talking to a veteran at the VA today and mentioned my story and he said, you’d think 5-10% wouldn’t break the bank with the higher prices the store charges and I agreed. Shop around VETERANS!

The manager assisted me in my search for a comfortable but attractive sandal. She was very helpful and extremely pleasant. Since the pair I chose was not in stock, she ordered it for me. In less than a week I received my order. Very satisfied customer.

For a while, Ive been dealing with painful feet (plantar fasciitis) and I didnt know where to go to get customized shoes to help. I came across FOOT SOLUTIONS while searching the web & IM SO GLAD I DID. Been coming to this store for about year and every time I always have a pleasant experience. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and do everything in their power to help their customer find the perfect shoes :).

Over a year ago their sneakers and inserts provided comfort and improvement after a podiatrist and chiropractor were not able to make a difference. I will be moving out of the store area soon and went back for a second pair of the inserts to take with me. Happy Feet

Best place to get shoes, especially if you have foot, ankle, knee, or hip issues. Their service is great; they work with you to find a solution. I never had anyone take as much time as John took to find/fit a pair of sneakers for me. I had a stroke 5 yrs ago & wear a brace & need velcro straps because I cant tie my shoes. We even tried the shoe laces with the magnetic closures. I am very pleased with the fit of my sneakers!
