Just got into reel to reel, but still unsure on some things. I called up and spoke with Dave and his associate who sound like the owners as well. I cant tell you how awesome they were and how helpful!! Completely explained the things I didnt understand yet AND put some additional info in my shipment for me... like what?! It is fitting they sell vintage equipment, the customer service is from an era of yesteryear too! When people actually gave a $%#^. We had been looking for a bass for our son as a graduation present and wanted to buy from our local community. We were doing our research and came across The Sound Parcel! We had such a wonderful experience. The store is set in the old Silk Milk in Easton which has been beautifully transformed. We made an appointment with Dave the owner. He was so nice to work with and very knowledgeable about the particular bass we were interested in. My son is very happy with the purchase that we made. As someone who is new to playing guitar and knowing very little Ive gone in there several times with questions about little things and needing help with minor things on my guitar and Dave has always been nothing but courteous and extremely helpful and always full of spark and all around a genuine person and I appreciate all the help hes given me with questions Ive had and showing me how to do minor things on my guitars would definitely recommend a visit for help.

Great service !! I met the owner Dave and he offered to give me curbside delivery of the product because of the current situation. We then had a nice chat while wearing our masks and practicing social distancing. He even gave me a sort of tour of the showroom from the outside of the building looking through the glass. I cant wait to visit the actual showroom once this pandemic is over.

The Sound Parcel is a great company to rent audio equipment from. I rented an analog tape unit from them called the Landscape HC-TT for a recent recording project. It allows a user to emulate record scratching techniques with tape cassettes. It added interesting layers of sound to what I had already started .I quickly received this device and it was carefully boxed with return shipping info. The product was in good condition and functioned exactly the way it was shown on the various YouTube videos that I watched prior to rental.Overall, I recommend this company to any gear heads that are working on recording projects or anyone that has a gig requiring specific gear.
