This facility has been nothing but a problem since the day I moved in. First, I reserved a unit that was drive-up access”, but the unit I was assigned is all the way in the back of the facility. Far from drive-up.Then, the door for the storage unit slice my finger wide open requiring stitches to close. U-Haul hasn’t even paid for my ER visit.Now, I’m sitting outside of the facility and locked out of getting stuff from my unit because they have changed the building hours. I reserved the unit as 24/7 access. I have to look for another storage place.

Excellent storage space, great location. There is only 2 dollys - 1 flat and 1 with raised bars for doors or pictures etc. So waiting for them can be a real patience tester.

I’ve used this storage company for a while. It’s been good for me.
