I had been in several times and worked with Nancy one of the amazing sales associates there. She let me explore at the store and then assisted me with a few items I was looking for. She showed me all the available variety and colors yet also wanting me to be aware of the Best Buy’s, the managers specials and delivery options. She stated in communication when I left after I shared what I wanted. She located my items and I was able to purchase 3 items I absolutely loved and had quicker turn around times than anticipated. Just moved to town and found this fantastic furniture that had the perfect wing backed chair that I have been trying to find for years. They even showed me several to choose from. There was also an entire wall of upholstery samples to choose from. Lucky me! I purchased two beau-ti-ful wing back chairs in a navy and white plaid. I cant wait till they arrive.The best part of the entire experience was Nancy, the salesperson that took care of me. We sat and drew sketches of the room as she tried ţo help me decide what was right. She never pushed, she just made suggestions and then let me decide. She was great and so was the store. It is now my favourite furniture store❣
