The staff is friendly. We had ordered a ring but it was lost along the way in a UPS warehouse but I had to figure it out myself while waiting for it for about a month. I had to go through the hassle of filing a claim and getting our money back. UPS losing my ring was not Kays fault but in the end when looking for another ring, I realized that the quality of the rings are not worth the amount of money theyre asking for. Also another downside is that even if I had gotten the ring, Id have to send it out again and get it resized. I went somewhere else and found a beautiful ring for a great price. They resized it in the store and had it ready for me the next day. No shipping hassle. No UPS. They even offered wine and champagne. It was a completely different experience that you will not get in Kays.

Poor quality overall. It took them from Feb. until June to get my engagement ring sized. We had to go to the store and wait for them to open their shipments to get my ring an hour before my wedding when they promised theyd get it and call me asap that morning. Stressful. Littmans had my wifes ready in less than a week.3 years later the ring is dented, scratched, and overall not holding its value. Its a solid gold ring, but the gold rubs off when you polish it... Shouldnt happen. I took the ring in for repair 7/26. We gave them our updated phone numbers on the check-in paper to call both me and my wife when it was ready. They never updated our phone numbers in the system and therefore never called us for pickup. At this point, I wish I could get my money back and get something quality from Littmans instead.-------update------I picked up my ring from repair and it is still dented.

The entire staff is friendly, helpful and most of all professional. They dont pressure you into buying the more expensive item if you are undecided on a particular item. They are very helpful with any question you have.

Purchased my engagement ring here. Tina and Christina were very nice, accommodating, and helpful. Coming back for Christmas presents in a few days and maybe even a watch for me.I enjoy BEING a loyal customer, as long as Im still taken care of. Thank you guys, and Ill be back soon.
