Very good ice cream. We stopped in again and the ice cream was delish. I had the toasted coconut 🥥 on a sugar cone. It was so good I ate it before taking a picture. The toasted coconut gave it a nice texture and a bit of crunch. This is a nice place to drop in and gave a quick snack.

We just fell upon this restaurant by taking the special lit up street from the Pine Street parking garage to the Easton State theatre. Im glad we had a little extra time and could stop in for a visit before our show time. Even though it was freezing outside on the last day of February the warm friendliness of the staff inside warms you up right away for ice cream no matter what season. And they offer free taste samples if you ask. This was the first time I ever ate ice cream from a wooden spoon.. Not a flat spoon but a curved wooden spoon! I loved the purple cow flavor which is Raspberry with dark chocolate nuggets.. No matter what is your favorite flavor, you will enjoy the ambience with its unique decor and friendly staff.

HIDDEN GEM. + DAIRY-FREE OPTIONS. The cutest lil ice cream shop with many unique flavors as well as fan favorites. I thought the pricing was pretty good for the quality of ice cream— one regular scoop (which was a HEFTY scoop) was ~$4. Also I was very impressed by a nice selection of dairy-free options!!! There were probably about 6 unique DF flavors. The indoor seating was closed due to COVID BUT there are some tables outside in the (adorable) alley for if it’s a nice day out! The staff were all incredibly friendly. 10/10 will be visiting again next time I’m in town to visit!

We had just come from Crayola with the kids and it was a hot, sticky summer day so a cool treat was welcomed. The flavors are out of this world and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I cannot express our gratitude enough! This place not only has the best Ice cream we have ever had (so good, we made a 2 hour drive from NY for it) but their customer service deserves just as much praise. Brooks, the man who created this insane concoction of honey lavender Ice cream that will make you sleep like a baby, made a special 1/2 gallon of it just for us and stored it in an extra freezy freezer and wrapped it in foam just so it would stay frozen for the trip back home; and it made it !!! thank you to brooks who took the time out to ensure it would last the ride! Shoutout to Candace who runs their instagram page who contacted me after we made it home to NY that my bf left his CC at the register. She sent us a picture of it all cut up so we know it was destroyed appropriately. Absolutely outstanding experience. WELL WORTH THE TRIP! Will be back for another gallon of that Easton Bisque.

First time here. This place was super busy. It’s a small space and the line is out the door even with only 6-8 people in line. It moved pretty fast with about two small groups of people in front of us. By the time we ordered and were about to pay, the guy ringing us up had to excuse himself to go help out. The line was no WAY out the door. I couldn’t believe it. There didn’t seem to be a sense of panic so I assumed this was usual for a Friday night. He came back after about three or four minutes. And we grabbed a seat. The prices seemed fair. The ice cream was good. Not the best I’ve ever had, but I plan on trying some of the other flavors. In the short time we were in line a least two flavors sold out. They also had waffles that I’d like to try and I saw a lot of people ordering them too. Only ice cream spot we’ve tried in the area, but we’ll definitely be back for more!

I did not have a great experience at Bank Street Creamery. The ice cream was okay, but not great. I had the Purple Cow flavor which was touted as having fudge stripe throughout, but there was no fudge to be had. The staff from the counter help to the cashier were NOT friendly and barely acknowledged me. The place was extremely busy with the line out the door into the side street where the shop is located. For all the hype and positive reviews, I was expecting more. Two stars for fair prices and serving size. I won’t be back.

I went into this store with my daughter. There were three employees available. One was helping a customer, one looked directly at me and proceeded to play on his phone, and the third who I found out was the supervisor (Becky)not only did not even greet me after she looked me directly in the eyes, she just stood there with her head down. She did not instruct her employee to get off his phone to assist me, she did not ask me if I needed any assistance, she didn’t even acknowledge or look at me as I paid for my daughter’s ice cream. The only reason she looked up was because I asked her for her name. I will never come back to this ice cream store parlor.
