Charged my sister 7$ to print 2 pieces of paper! Claiming he had to “format” what was emailed which was a blatant lie! Then had the audacity to tell her that that was a discount! What a joke. It was a shipping label which I print quite a bit and there is ABSOLUTELY NO formatting involved. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They are OVERPRICED for no reason! GO TO STAPLES FOR YOUR PRINTING AND SHIPPING NEEDS! Unless you like throwing money away.
Owner was professional and attentive, I highly recommend their service. I just had an item picked up, packaged and shipped by these folks . My experience was absolutely fantastic. I felt the price was very reasonable for the service they provided, item was packed way better than anything I could have done, service was prompt and professional. These folks are providing a great service, its not an easy task operating a brick and mortar operation these days and I feel they offer a great value and convenience.
I appreciate the time they take to review the shipping options, as well as making sure everything is packed safely. A very valuable small business that is family run. Gotta love it, especially when you NEED them to get something shipped quickly and reliably.
$24.00! For 2 boxes! Not shipping charges. Just for 2 cardboard boxes! Never again. The next day I went to Lowes across the street and their boxes were$1.49. Im scared to ask how much they charge to ship. Shame, shame, shame. Must be some damn special cardboard. I dont like getting ripped off so I will Never go there again.
Arrived at 4:47 pm on Wednesday July 7th, 2021. There sign says open till 5pm. But they were already closed, doors locked, and everyone gone. Not professional to advertise a time youre open till, then not be there when customers have business to do
Poor customer service. Was quoted $90 to send a package via UPS. Went to different store in St. Michael’s and I shipped the exact same package using UPS for $60 and that includes the extra insurance I bought... happy to support local but won’t be returning to this store.

Horrible experience with the staff today, I understand they are not a UPS store. However, when I inquired about what services they offered for UPS, I was met with a snarky attitude, and unprofessionalism. I then asked about if they knew where the local UPS store only to be told “i don’t know, you figure it out.” Wouldn’t recommend going here.
I have always received helpful friendly service, Ive never felt rushed or belittled as I have at the other local shipping establishments.Ship and Print is the only place I ship from now.

I can definitely validate these reviews. These folks are very rude and ignorant. No personality and the customer service sucks. Also, very expensive, they nickel and dime you for everything.
I went in here a few weeks ago to ship a few things to London for work. Laura Price (the owner) was the one who helped me. I asked a few questions about the estimated date of arrival along with prices of the shipping, Lauras response to the eta was mail is mail I cant control how long it takes to get there and I dont control customs. I was also using my work card in which she had to confirm wasnt stolen by emailing my boss who I had been on the phone with during the entire transaction. As I was leaving I thanked her and apologized for having a difficult transaction where she responded with, you were..... charming I guess. I would absolutely never recommend this business, the owner is extremely disrespectful and degrading.
I was at Ship and Print Place I received fast friendly service. I had to call back a couple hours later to get a return # placed in my shipment the Manager on duty fixed the problem and wasnt the least impatient. Good respectful customer service. Thanks Ship and Print.
My company regularly uses this store for architectural prints and other printing needs. It is great that we can send them a file in advance and the materials are ready in just a few minutes. When appropriate, they collaborate with us to ensure we are not making our requests more expensive than necessary.
Of all my years shopping locally in Easton, Ive never encountered a place quite like this. The bad attitude is palpable the second you walk through the door. The prices are off the charts and, while we all understand the concept of paying a premium for convenience, this place is anything convenient. However, if youre looking for a great place to be talked down to or want to watch the staff be scolded like children in front of customers, this might be the spot for you.
Welp, I was going to check to see if they were COVID high risk friendly, but I think the reviews say everything. No wonder this is the place that seizes up what should be handicapped parking so that handicapped people have to go so far to have access to legit businesses like JoAnns. If they treat people like you guys say, that must be why they dont care for those who struggle. Thanks.

I recently had a poster printed here. The print job came out really well. They did a great job trimming the edges to make it fit the poster board. The issue was with picking up the poster. I called ahead to assure they would be open until 6 pm as stated on the website. I drove ½ an hour arriving there at 5:53, only to find the doors locked. The staff were behind the counter. I knocked on the door and they only shook their heads refusing to help. The poster was printed and paid for, all they had to do was hand it to me. I wasn’t asking for special treatment, only to have the doors open for the stated hours. They did a great job with the printing, but it is hard to recommend this place based on the negative customer service. I had to drive in again on Saturday to pick up the poster.
These people are insane! There are other options in town that treat people with respect!
This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered in Easton. The rudeness occurred whenever I entered the store. It brought tears to my eyes to see two owners be so rude to a customer. This was my first time in this store and will be the last. The sad part they do not care.
If you like overpriced services, then this is the place for you! I went here for years until I got charged 4 times more than a service was worth. I do not like being taken advantage of. I decided to go to Postal Suites instead! They are awesome and to not take advantage of me!
Can I give a negative star review? It takes a lot for me to say something bad about someone, much less take the time to type a comment. I went in to mail our son serving our country in Afghanistan. Unfamiliar with shipping anything overseas I was looking to ship the package with a little assistance. The lady/owner (I would like to use another description) was down right RUDE! Quoted an outrageous price and treated me as if I were a waste of her time. I left and went straight to the USPS office. They were helpful, informative, less expensive, and even said to thank my son for his service!

I brought in an item to ship out and was greeted upon entry. They packaged my item as I filled out names and addresses. It was time to pay and I was told it was $26. As I handed my credit card I was told oh wait that was just for the label. Then it was mentioned I forgot to add the box. Now a measuring tape was in play... THEN I heard oh and I forgot to add the foam peanuts proceeded by asking the one who packed it how many they used.. Needless to say my total wound up being $37 which I feel is slightly ridiculous and based on my experience today I will not be doing buisness here again.
Worst business I ever stepped foot in. Rude owners. Rates are way over the top. Save your money and time go elsewhere
Brushed off and condescended to before I could even finish my question regarding a UPS package. Will be taking my business elsewhere to their competitors, where I’m at least given the time of day.
Customer service is phenomenal! The staff is friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist. I have had multiple nightmare experiences with Staples (the long lines, incompetent, rude staff) and will never go there again. I have used the Ship and Print place 4 times now for different services and they always exceed my expectations. Do yourself a favor and go here if you have the option.
Very very poor costumer service,... should no longer be in business..... unbelievable I went to another location and they didnt charge me for two pieces of tape....they were very helpful and kind....I dont know what the hell is going on in Easton location...... poor poor poor

Hours say they open at 8 both online and on the door. Went at 8:30 to drop a package off and they are not open. No one is there and doors are locked.
I shipped several pieces of furniture I made disassembled. They all arrived in perfect condition.
Overpriced!!! Amazon paid for my shipping and I was charged $4 in the store for 1 piece of paper to print the label out! The owner should be ashamed of herself!
