She a beaut. Brand new Sheetz in Tatamy. Now we dont have to drive down 248 just to get some schfood or schgas. 10/10 would visit again just for soda selection tbqh; They carry Cheerwine! Food is hot and delish. Nice and clean. Service is great, everyone was kind and helpful, food came out quick.

Not regarding services, but my girlfriends mom lost her drivers license in this store and called to double check. An employee put my girlfriends mom on hold to go check for it, which wasn’t out of the ordinary. However, the time it took her was. The employee left my girlfriends mom on hold for no longer than 30 seconds and apologized before saying her drivers license was nowhere to be found. After my girlfriends mom looked everywhere for it, she called again and this time a manager answered. The manager told my girlfriends mom that they thankfully were able to find her drivers license the day she lost it, and this lady was very polite. Point blank, this sheetz has at least one employee that’s dishonest, which is frightening because they also serve food, and alcoholic beverages. On top of that, nothing is ever stocked for the beverages, like literally never, can’t count how many weeks it’s been. Including cups or lids over by the slushee and soda machine. Had to go into the cabinets myself just to get the things i needed. And i bet after i type all of this there just gonna respond with “We appreciate you taking the time to leave this feedback Antonio. We apologize and will pass this along for further review.” and not do anything about it

Kinda wish the ice cream was working. A nice stop when you are traveling through the area. Clean and better than wawa.

Ordered today at 5:40. Got to the window, I said Hi to the employee and she put her hands up and annoyingly said. Okaaaay handed me food that she assumed was mine. I went to say have a good day. She talked over me, annoyed and said you too. Then turned around. What type of customer service is that??

Needed gas, wanted a Gatorade…got gas, but wow, was the cooler empty! And not just Gatorade - I’d say about half of the drink coolers were empty. I pass by often enough, but I’ll keep going to the Wawa down the way.

Very disappointed. I ordered Grubhub today, (9/13) and got a cup of curly fries and a salted caramel shake with peanut butter. When I received my food, there was no closed lid on my shake which made me concern the health hazards of being in someone elses car. I also got an Oreo milkshake, something I didnt order. When I opened my bag to eat my fries as well, the cup was only half full. Very disappointed in this location.

I love the food, and the environment itself, but good god do the employees that work there work at the slowest pace ever. It doesn’t take 20 minutes to make a SMALL refresher, also I shouldn’t have to wait more then 5 min at the cash register to pay because there never seems to be anyone working there. Please hire people who actually want to work.

By far the worst managed sheetz, there individual beer fridge has been empty for a week and the beer cave is looking worse and worse each day. People are now unpacking there own beverages from the shipment inside the beer cave thats been sitting there for a week. The soda coolers are looking more and more empty each day. The morning shift is super slow with 1 register open normally and a line out the door waiting to be wrung up.

This Sheetz is so disgusting and disappointing. Every time I come in here, there is never ANYTHING stocked in the fridge. The bathrooms are clogged with no toilet paper or paper towels. The only employee that I have actually seen put effort in is the cleaning guy from the morning. He cleans up the mess that his coworkers caused, not the customers. I stopped going here in the morning and going to a more reliable place, Wawa.

I was very unhappy with my MTO order this past Friday. The burgers were dry and had no taste. The worst part was that the salad I ordered had brown rotting slimy lettuce in it.Also, the staff forgot my sons mozzarella sticks, which means I paid for something I didnt receive. And when I asked if there were more parfaits in the back, the cashier told me maybe, but they are made off sight and he hasnt had time to stock them in about 2 hours, as he gestured to the crates sitting on the sales floor. So what youre saying is you bring perishable food items that you sell out on the floor and leave them sitting out at room temp for 2 Hours?? I will never go there again. I dont expect much from gas station food, but I thought they would at least serve me edible food and fulfill my entire order.Sheetz store #680 DO BETTER!

Ive never waited less than 15 minutes for MTO food. Took them 22 minutes to hand me an untoasted bagel with a side of cream cheese

I would love to visit this store more often as it is very convinetly placed right off 33. However each time we give this Sheetz a chance, it falls flat on its face. The staff at the register is always super friendly and helpful, but thats not where my issues are.The staff in the MTO area is slow, frequently gets orders incorrect, and heaven forbid you make the mistake of going through the drive thru because you will be sitting there for a long time. This current drive thru experience was placed in the parking lot at 6:17 pm, 32 minutes and 3 cars later when I made it to the window, the employees were visibly dancing around the MTO area and ignoring the customers at the window. They do not ever glance over at the window to see if customers are waiting there nor is there a notification system to tell them that a car is waiting. After finally gaining the attention of a staff member they came over and said my food was not ready, and then was corrected and handed my food which had been sitting on the counter...

Just waiting my whole 30 minute lunch for fries and a app platter slower at sheetz I’ve ever been to recommend not even going

Store is in very convenient location. However they never have anything, and nobody mans the register....everWho is doing there ordering? I wrote a 2 star review 2 months ago came back to edit it. It’s been 3 days ni redbull in the cooler. Manager should be replaced with someone who can manage and order properly based on traffic.I have waited 16 minutes one night to be rung up. Then when they finally came the kid said they are short handed. Hire people. Very poor management. Otherwise if you feel like waiting resteraunt wait times the food is pretty good

Didnt have much available for food. Was very disappointed and the drinks were not stocked very low selection, there only one brand of water to choose and very few bottles. Maybe an off day???

Not great. Lost orders, people without masks smoking e-cigarettes in the building. No beer cave. Terrible service. I do not recommend this place at all . Edit. We got all the wrong food and it was cold in the middle still. Save your time and money and go to the Wendy’s next door

I was planning to get some food to go. Theres signs taped to the screens saying theres no beef. Ok...Ill get pork. Half the menu was not available. I order 3 pork burritos and pay for them. A couple minutes later an employee tells me theres only enough pork for 1 burrito....and that I could get chicken. I told her just refund my money. I got my refund and left.

Second time they couldn’t get my order right. If I’m paying $12 for a sandwich I expect it to be made right. The cheese wasn’t even melted, nor were all toppings added that I paid for.

Service continues to be so slow, food is always burnt. And that attitudes from the workers is horrible. I always try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but when things from day 1 have not changed and only get worse its hard to not say anything. While this one is closer for me I will go out of my way to go to another sheetz

Great coffee, machine fresh grinds the beans then brews your coffee. Fresh.

Location is nice and my first time at this location. It took 20 minutes for 2 milkshakes to be made.

I ordered the boneless chicken platter with fries and Mac and cheese and Buffalo sauce on the side. The chicken, how do I describe it, sooooo so good. Better than mcdonalds. You can show this review to McDonald’s and they could ban me from the store and that would be fine because I would come here anyways to eat your epic boneless chicken. Now, onto the fries... PERFECTION. Perfectly cooked yellow strips of crunchy potatoes. Mmm. The Mac and cheese was sooo much better than wawa. And I love everyone who works there. You guys are amazing!!
