First time stopping in there today and I’m so glad I did! It was very clean and organized. Staff was super friendly. I felt like they were honest and fair. Very smooth, easy transaction. Overall wonderful experience and will definitely go back if I find any other goods that might be worth something.

This place is great. I inherited a bunch of Hess trucks that I didn’t know anything about. I called multiple shops and nobody was interested in seeing them. Then I called Easton Exchange and they were so friendly and encouraged me to come in with them. I brought them in and the guy gave me a great price to take them off my hands. Great staff and great place. I will definitely go back in the future.

They’re helpful, friendly, reliable and they make whatever your going there for quick and simple. What can I say about a store that flat out lies to its customers, buys and sells things sometimes for drug money but most obviously not for the customers best interest. Wonderful place to sell your drug money no checking required. While my son and I were perusing the music section, the I’m assuming employee but honestly he acted like he owned the place. My son decided to take records out for a better look now mind you my son is 3 years old and he’s not like other 3 year olds. Sometimes we will get annoyed with him how much like an adult he acts and wish sometimes he would just throw things around and make a mess and be a kid. He’s an observer and adores art and music. Thus why taking him to see records while I got us a couple cds would make for a fun start of our day out. While I did get a couple pictures of him intently sifting through records I even in the last picture note he had almost his whole head inside trying to make out the whole of the record art. Now what would you do if you couldn’t see the whole picture you’d take it out to look. Records are bigger then this child’s whole top half so this would be very hard for him to do, resort’s instead to taking them out and laying them gently on the floor aside the crate out of the way. Looking not throwing now stepping just getting a better look.Now our friend mr music has to make a comment, “he can’t have those out of that box” this I get I do I’ve been trying to get him to stop and continually putting them back despite him just looking. So none of this bothers me I’m doing what I can to appease him and control my curious toddler so I quickly choose my cds two of them equaling about $7 go to pay toddler in tow. Tells me he can’t accept my card I could go home and cancel the transaction. OK so that’s a lie number one then I ask if there’s any place nearby for me to buy CDs so he tells me no there’s nowhere around here this is lie number two because there’s a place to buy CDs right next-door called twin Rivers.So in close he lied twice to me refused my service and seems to care more about himself than anyone else I can understand if my child was destroying the Records hurling them or the like but he was not doing anything to harm the records so for this I will never go back.

They told me a gold bullion pawn rate (3%) over the phone. In person they say they dont do gold or silver pawns because they dont have a testing machine. Complete and total waste of my time.

Initially, when I came in with an old heirloom piece of jewelry, the owner said it was not real gold and it was not worth a dime. I came in on another day and another gentleman helped me. I was able to sell another piece of jewelry for a fair price. Overall, my experience was okay.

Great selection of vinyl records with very low prices and a surprisingly good little section of metal albums. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend a stop in if youre in the area.

I pawned a ring and had it there for years, had to renew my contract every 6 months, in the end repaid loan and got my ring back, they GIVE YOU A RECEIPT WITH ALL THE INFO ON IT, SO THEY CANNOT CHANGE YOUR AGREEMENT as another mentioned, it is written and signed for so that person lied above in their review, as the paper clearly states the deal. If you lose your receipt that is your problem.

Easton exchange is seriously the greatest pawn shop ever. I went to the shop across the street from them first and got offered like a 3rd of what Easton change offered me for my items. Head to them now if youre trying to get your moneys worth. Plus theres a really cute guy working the counter so maybe thats a little more incentive to head in haha. I know Ill be back!

So these guys are doing it right. Professional is the foundation and they build up from it with good attitude and welcoming service. They helped me out with a great deal on a guitar I needed to trade for upgrade. They met me in the middle and did not once attempt to run me over with policy or terms. They heard my needs and helped me get a good setup and also even cashed my work check with no issues. I see no reason why anyone would go anywhere else. This is the go to shop for trades, sales, and great deals on pretty much anything you can think of.Thanks for doing it right.

Dont deal with these guys they are rip offs I pawed a $4000 bike for $600 and when i went to get it back he had switched it to look like i sold it to him and he sold it before my pawn time was up. Dont trust these guys for nothing.
