I often go to sheets because the quantity of ingredients in their salads is usually awesome. I also order alot of different ingredients in my salad. This time though, the bowl was only half full and when I asked, theytold me it was because ingredients were scarce. I should have been told this before as I probably would have gone elsewhere. I was also told that this is thenorm for salads at Sheetz. If this is so, Sheetz just lost my gas purchases as well as anyone else I can get Togo with me on boycotting them.

This used to be a high quality place with fast service. Not so much right now. Sometimes wait 20, 30 minutes for food, and drink coolers are often completely or nearly completely empty. Seems like they need more and better workers, but I can’t entirely blame the store because apparently in COVID/unemployment benefits times, very few people want to work…even for $15/hr. Very sad; the store is having trouble keeping up with demand.

Drink came out in five minutes and thats great but Im still waiting after 25 minutes for a order of fried Oreos. People before me have been waiting for their food even longer. Im still waiting in line right this second at 5:57pm 9/6/21 when I ordered at 5:31pm.

Although I cant complain about the food the customer service has soured my experience at this location. This was my first time ordering at this location and will be my last. After receiving my order the bag ripped immediately upon leaving the counter. I was not offered compensation for the fries I lost to the floor when I informed them what happened. After passing the order around in the car, I noticed they did not give me my order of mini hash browns and brought the receipt to go back in and let them know. I showed the receipt to the employee at the counter and was asked where was the bag, as the receipt or the fact I was at the counter not 5 minutes before was not enough proof. Angry with the past exchange I went and got the bag along with half eaten orders with plans to talk with the manager directly. Without me asking, I was given the order as soon as I got back to the counter. Since my patience was thin already, I decided it best to leave and not waste anymore time here. Thanks for a memorable visit.

It took maybe 2-5 minutes for me and my families food to come out, and me, personally i got mozzarella sticks. when i say they were fresh, i mean they were FRESSHHHH. The cheese pull was amazing. The sauce was steaming. It was the best gas station food Ive had ever. 10/10. My family also loved their food. They got a turkey sub, and the pepperoines.

Nick the manager is the best I love him he deserves a raise always makes my food the best of the best.

Its clean and people are decent. I was not impressed with the sandwich I got but want looking to be, so on point. Filled the need and the tank. What more could you need in a gas station? Did go back looking for soda in cases and couldnt find them but still was ok.

I haven’t been to this Sheetz in years. I was in the neighborhood and stopped in earlier today. When the heck did they go into the future? First is all, SO MANY FUEL PUMPS. But the real reason I came here was for coffee. It took me a long time to realize that there were no coffee pots, but machines that made different types of coffee and GROUND THE BEANS per cup. It was REALLY GOOD COFFEE. But that wasn’t my biggest surprise. I was unaware that ANY convenience store in PA had beer. This Sheetz has a BEER CAVE! The store was immaculate, clean, well-staffed, and ultra friendly. I spoke aclerk(who could’ve been management), about how impressed I was and that coffee ended up being free! I wish I didn’t live so far away, I’m going to come back soon and order food from their future machines. Wow-this place set the new standard for convenience stores. Oh, and they also have a ton of general merchandise for emergencies. Convenience store prices, but one would expect that. You should definitely come here!

Best sheetz ever. I’ve been coming since the day it opened. My order from yesterday my roll was to dry and my fries were to salty. The manager was kind enough to either re do my order or give me a refund. I came back today to get a re do of my order and it tasted amazing.

Okay place. Prices are about normal for the area. Friendly staff. Been here multiple times and they just can’t get those soda and slushee machines to work right without making a mess on the floor for you to walk in. So the. You leave with sticky shoes. Walk in with dry shoes leave with sticky shoes.

The store and food was fine. I was a little upset that when I paid in cash I didnt receive my .90 cents back. Its only 90 cents but its the principle. Im sure there is a sign somewhere that says it but early in the morning Im not looking for signs.

Its a convenient place to grab a quick bite when youre on the go.Coffee offerings are plenty. My opinion, they are much better than most of the franchise brands.The price is also reasonable.

Horrible ! Went to add money to my PayPal cash card only they didnt tell me they didnt know how to do it and loaded it to whatever but swiped my PayPal cash card, no funds ever went on my account and I had no greendot account... So I opened one thinking it would work...no other thing was handed to me but a receipt with my amount paid.... No one wants to give me my cash back ...wAs told contact PayPal...which PayPal sees no transaction and said return to Sheetz.... They seemed tonot know what. I meant by redo the transaction and scan barcode like it says and I still have no money back.....oh they now finally gave me 42.00 from the 43.00 I was to have on the card plus the 4.95 fee the charged...well its better than nothing. Still 6-7$ they got me for

The worst Sheetz Ive ever ordered steak subs at..It was ok if you only wanted to taste the bread. Other then that everything was good. Bathrooms and store was clean. Employees were friendly

Sheetz is my favorite gas station type store. Love the food section and rewards.

Great place for gas and good quick food. Sandwiches are good and cheap. Good cookies. Lots of gas pumps, space, and parking make visits fast and easy. They also have e85 here which you cant really find anywhere else around.

Quick and fast service in a very clean convenience store. Very well stocked which makes it good if you forgot something at the grocery store or you are traveling through. Great for snack and things for travelers and convenient to Rt 33. Only issue is that prices are a little high even for a comvenience store.

I keep putting my Sheetz card in before gas but I never get more than the 3 cents off a gallon. Whatever happened to the free cup of coffee and other incentives that were originally awarded for being a loyal customer?

Tom and staff are awesome and they are the first people I see each morning. Its like family there and they are always welcoming with a big smile.

I wish I were at sheetz right now! Their spicy fried chicken BOSS sandwich is nothing short of spectacular.Spicy? Yes but not crazy. Bacon? Yes oh yes. Mustard? It works. Purple onion? Yep why not Sheetz is the best.HONESTLY, the made to order spicy chicken boss sandwich makes Sheetz my favorite restaurant in the Princeton NJ area. Which implies of course that Princeton restaurants are not great but also that Sheetz is worth the drive for that perfect hot spicy boss sandwich.

Been here several times and found theres actually a 50/50 shot I get what I ordered. Ordered biscuits? Might get bagels. Wanted ketchup? Might or might not end up in the bag at all.Added a second star because they do have free air, which few places do anymore.

Sheetz is a great place for made to order food and specialty coffee’s... Though some of their stuff is a bit pricey their food is really good and worth it...They have a large variety of fountain drinks that you can add flavor to....flavored slushees and a milkshake machine... I really like that they have a dine in area... The down side is their gas is a bit high in price...

Ive been coming here since 2017. Food is great and the staff are very kind. Best part is its open 24/7! Try the quesarito, It is legit the best mexamerican food Ive ever had. I moved to NJ a year ago and I still drive all the way back to PA just to get a quesarito from this Sheetz. Props to the staff they work some crazy hours.

Have to agree with a few of the previous reviews. It really is a 50/50 shot on getting what you order. They lost me as a customer. Want good food and 100% accuracy do yourself a favor and go down the street to wawa.

The only place in the area with E-15. Friendly staff. Relatively clean bathrooms and the food is better than youd expect. Comparable to Wawa.

Good selection of snacks and drinks as it’s a pretty big Sheetz and the made to order food tasted good. However, my sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito had ham instead of sausage which was disappointing.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 hot dogs with chilli and cheese. Never could get the time I wasted of my life back and it only cost me $2.78 for it.

So slow at getting the food out and don’t dare ask for a bag. It kills this place to give people a simple bag.

It’s clean, reasonably priced, and convenient. I think the food tastes overly-processed and generally bad, but they have a fan base so there are obviously people who like it.The main downside here is the steady flow of highschoolers and sad adult men who bring their terrible Subarus and Volkswagens to the parking lot in the pursuit of attention. It’s enough to make a lot of people go elsewhere.

I am writing in to let you know that Tom, the store manager at the Easton, PA location is such a great guy! The one morning I went in for my usual bagel with jelly and cream cheese on the side and they were out of jelly. Tom went above and beyond to give me my bagel and coffee for free-of-charge. The next time I went in, I told the lady that I want the cream cheese on the side, and in the mean time the cashier went back to help prepare food, and they forgot my cream cheese. I was a little upset, but it was no big deal. This morning I went in, and the cashier approached me and apologized for forgetting my cream cheese. She said, Tom is off today, but he wanted me to give you a free coupon for your next purchase. I was amazed that he goes above and beyond for his customers. It is really hard to find a great manager, and the employees are extremely lucky to have a manager like him. Thank you, Tom & all the staff for being friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Sheetz Rockz!

I dont come here much because I have no reason to the food tastes bad takes the workers forever to make it their cookies arent even good the coffee is garbage and the last few times I went I only wanted a slushie and couldnt even get one because the machines werent working.

Unbelievable. Do these people get trained on how to make a sandwich? I spend almost 20 dollars daily here and every sandwich I get is messed up every time. Either the staff wraps up the sandwich without closing it, or they cut the bread so far down that it collapses in your hands. How hard is it to make a hoagie? Get some lessons from wawa. They NEVER mess a hoagie up.

The food is what youd expect from a fast food place, but the service is great and this particular Sheetz is very clean.
