Just garbage. Everything is microwaved. My neice had the burger and fries, it was inedible. Rubbery and gross. My daughter had the Mac and cheese. Idk how you ruin something that simple, but they succeeded. It was so salty and soupy. The frozen yogurt was okay, but very pricey. This place only survives due to its proximity to the crayola factory. Do not waste your time, the Cafe within crayola is so much better.

Total waste of money. So crowded that my granddaughters could not get near any of the attractions. Signs say see staff for supplies but there was no staff in sight. Everything in there costs tokens in addition to entrance fee. No explanation on any attractions and it was soo loud in there you cannot talk.

Such a cute place. Prices were great. Food was good. When the order got messed up she fixed it right away and even have the kids some extra apple sauce to make sure they were happy. Play area is nice. Very clean. Great respite from Crayola.

Third time coming to the Crayola Experience but this first time we’re venturing out for lunch, this place is right next door, great food (had the chicken wings and a wrap) and we came back at the end of the day for some frozen yogurt. Great service and very clean. We’ll def be back!

Gross, gross, gross. Ordered chicken strips for my daughter. Looked nothing like the picture. They were soggy, not crispy, and the inside was still cold. After they were heated again, they were dry and chewy. Service was fine though, the lady was understanding and applied my refund to ice cream instead. Also asked for coffee with a tiny amount of creamer and i basically got a cup of milk. Ice cream was ok.

I would prefer to give this place a no star. They had their labels and candies mixed around, which almost caused my daughter to have a deady allergic reaction. They only serve large and extra large servings to its way over priced. I will never return, nor recommend this place to anyone. There is a delicious homemade ice cream place that is much less expensive and delicious.

Absolutely love Frozenlandia. Frozen yogurt tastes great and awesome toppings. I like that they have more than just yogurt, excellent coffee - real Colombian coffees - and my son is on a gluten free dairy free diet and they actually have vegan desserts which I find amazing. Thanks Frozenlandia!

Well, you had me at free coffee. What a nice place to get a treat after spending an afternoon at Crayola. The sweets were great and I was sold when the saleswoman asked if I wanted a free coffee. I was like, Im never leaving. They have real food, too, like salads and sandwiches.

The frozen yogurt flavors are good, the toppings are fresh; but the frozen yogurt is leaden--very wet and heavy. I was also surprised, at least when we went there, they would only allow the smaller cups for young kids--Adults can only use the giant (about 24 oz) bowls. The seating inside is inadequate; the chairs are kid-sized. But if the weather is nice you can sit outside, which is nice. The service was awful on our visit, but the store was very clean. I would not go back; overall, its very pricey for what you get.

Horrible good. I ordered a wrap work turkey and cheese, the wrap looked awesome, it was huge but literally had 1 piece of turkey and no cheese that I could find. The wrap was stale and filled with lettuce. Got chicken soup as a side, Campbells would have been better. My daughter got Mac and cheese which was even bland. Not worth the $20 we spent there at all! The ladies working there were nice, and it was clean, but I wouldnt eat there again.

The staff was nice but slow af. Dont be fooled by the pictures, everything literally taste like its just something purchased from their local supermarket in the frozen section and pre-heated. I ordered some mozzarella sticks and they were very soggy and I asked the lady if she can cook them just a little more so they can be crispy and instead they gave me a fresh new batch that was just as soggy the first one.

The young blonde girl working today was horrible, she had her hair all over everyone’s food trying to be cute instead of clean and tied up, she was on her phone half the time behind the counter while this hard working Spanish women DID EVERYTHING from the food to the cleaning, she had no smile or customer service and the food was TASTELESS no salt or pepper at least just plain, and they completely blackened and burnt the kids chicken tenders ! Never again it’s not worth the prices don’t believe the hype till you go

Not good at all!! We stopped in for lunch on a break from the Crayola Experience. We saw the sign that said kids meals for $4.99 (AND UP) and decided to give it a try. My sons nutella sandwich was $5.99 - that was about the only thing we had that anyone liked. I had the chicken fingers - they were soggy and rubbery and were definitely microwaved. My moms ham sandwich was gross and so was her coffee (with steamed milk?!?). Then we decided to try the frozen yogurt and that tasted odd as well. The only part of it that was edible was the candy toppings. Extremely overpriced and not good - next time we will just get food at the Crayola cafe.

The concept is great. Unfortunately, the delivery falls short. The food is inedible and terribly overpriced. French fries are burned to a crisp. Macaroni and cheese is microwaved and watery. The grilled cheese is indescribably bad. The shop seems to be only run by teenagers, with no adult supervision on site. Children love the location because of its proximity to Crayola, the frozen yogurt, and the play area. But after spending $40 on really bad food and some frozen yogurt, I dont think we will ever be back.

Went there for my first and last time. I will say the frozen yogurt was good. The management was not. They were short staffed and the place was dirty. It wasnt busy either. There was no one to ask if we need any help. No one greeted anyone coming in. I only saw two employees, one at the register and the other one was working in the back. I dont know if you are supposed to help yourself to the toppings, but everyone was. there were items spilled out on the counter, frozen yogurt dispensers that were empty an frozen yogurt all in the catch basins under the machines. Will be going somewhere else next time.

My girlfriend got a cholado and the fruit was so rotten that it had fermented and she actually got a buzz of it. It looked fine but it smelled heavily of alcohol. It was also $5 which is a lil pricy in my opinion. All there ice cream n stuff seems to be okay but I would steer clear or at least smell your kids drinks n food before you let them get drunk off it.

Unacceptable service. I arrived with my mom who just got in from Oklahoma, and we decided to run down and get a quick treat before they closed since she just came off three days and 22 hours of driving here. We arrived at 8:56, which is admittedly cutting it close with the 9:00 closing time, but were pleased to see the open sign still on and two people behind the counter. We were confused to find the door locked given the time and the open sign, so I started knocking since I could see the one cashier was scrolling instagram while the other looked on. After knocking five times, the non-instagrammer decided it would be awkward to ignore me until 9, so she approached the door and tried yelling through it while it remained closed. Apparently the store has to close early to close out the register, which involves standing in front of it while on instagram. I worked in the food industry for over 6 years, and if had I closed out the register before our restaurant actually closed, it would have been the last thing I did there. I assume this is not the store policy and these employees were simply not interested in serving anyone else tonight, and they can rest assured they will never have to worry about serving me ever again.
