Tried to take advantage of my elderly grandmother and deaf uncle. Gave them a horrible offer until they brought numbers from carmax and much better financing from their own bank. Then they did three hard credit pulls on my uncle--one for each finance renegotiation!He ended up with a good deal only because my grandmother is extremely capable and not some bumbling old lady. But even she was blind-sided by the multiple credit pulls. Keep your wits about you.

Don’t be fooled by their friendly persona, they want your money at all cost. I took my daughter’s Fiat 500 in for service and it turned out she needed a battery. To replace A BATTERY they charged $175.50 for LABOR and they supposedly took 1.5 hours to put in a battery. I’ve been driving for 30 years and I’ve never been charged a labor fee for a battery replacement and it was always put in, in about 15-20 minutes. What professional mechanic takes 1.5 hours to install a battery? So, for a battery and labor, my fee was $331.50. Tell me, who in their right mind would pay $331.50 for a battery replacement! I had to pay it b/c service was closed and I needed the car. I was told to call to get this resolved. A lady called me the following morning, I explained to her I was over charged, and she said she’ll look into. I haven’t heard back from her yet. Now, for ripping me off of $175.50 I will never go back. So, in essence, they lost thousands because I would have kept coming back and done all my repairs there if they weren’t so greedy. Now we both lose.

Very good car dealership! Surprisingly pleasant and responsive staff. They helped me get a car very quickly. I work as a transporter driver. I pick up the car from the customer and deliver the cars where I am told. That is why it is important for me to get cars for my clients as quickly as possible. I deliver cars by driving them myself.

I ordered a RAM truck in April, yes it was horrible timing on my part, but the service I received from Brown Daub and Jim Snyder was amazing. The truck took 12 weeks to arrive (not their fault), the problem I had was the truck was stuck near Philly and I was heading on vacation and needed the truck to tow a boat. I have no idea how Brown Daub did it (I believe the owner got involved) but they got me my truck the day before I was leaving.When it came time for the finance office there were no surprises, their number was within a couple of dollars of the number that I worked out, overall a great car buying experience.Thank you for the great service and if my wife chooses a car that Brown Daub sells I will see you again soon.

Went to Brown Daub just to look at trucks after I test drove at another dealership and got a lowball trade offer on my Ram I was trading in. Kolbe saw me on the lot, came out and I told him what I was looking for and why I didnt buy the truck I drove at the other dealer. He quickly got me a great trade in offer for my truck and showed me the truck I ended up buying. I appreciated his no pressure sales style as well as how quickly I got in and out. 5 out of 5 stars for me, they gained a loyal customer today!

My first visit to Brown-Daub. As my Ram truck was nearing the end of it’s bumper to bumper warranty, my A/C quit working. My friend who is a service technician for another brand diagnosed my problem for me and recommended I go to a Ram dealer and have it fixed before my warranty expired. I set up an appointment at Brown-Daub, and they got me in the next day. I will say the lady at the service desk (Diana) was wonderful to deal with. However, the service techs are clearly out to make as much as they can from you. The tech correctly diagnosed the problem, but said the part was $660 and had to be ordered. Complete cost of the repair would be $1100, and according to the service Manager, the part wasn’t covered under warranty. I told Diana that the price was a bit much at the moment, so she asked the tech to write the part number down that I needed. They completed a couple recalls, but held off on the replacement of the part. When I got home and looked at the service order/receipt, the part number the tech wrote down was NOT the part that was faulty which needed to be replaced, but another part the dealership was short on. I found the correct part I needed online for $425 and ordered it from Mopar. It took me 10 minutes to replace the part under the dash. I then contacted Ram myself, and it turns out the part WAS covered under my warranty. I provided the receipt to them, and Ram reimbursed me in full. Looks like I won’t be going to Brown-Daub again….

I traded in my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee here because I got it in an accident, now brown daub has it posted and the carfax says there was no reported accidents on the car. I have no clue how it says there was no accidents on the carfax but that is just not true because I was the previous owner. I bought a 2019 jeep Cherokee and 13 days later the battery died when I in the middle of Allentown. They replaced it for free which I appreciated but that really shouldn’t have happened to a 2019 car. I really enjoyed Joe and he was a nice guy that made the experience easy but because of everything I’ve experienced and noticed after my vehicle purchase, I probably wouldn’t business with them again.

Not impressed at all with this first experience of service after the sale. A simple and basic service was real headache. Wrote dealer after this experience and recieved no response either which confirms my suspicion that they dont care once the vehicle is sold. Poor attention to detail and lack of concern for other peoples property. Not what you should expect from a well known dealer.

They love to gouge you which is kind of expected when you come to a dealership to be honest. The customer service is insanely bad. I have to call ten times in a row to talk to anyone in service about anything and was on hold with scheduling for ten minutes before talking to anyone. Diana is a lovely woman but I feel like she is just trying to make up for the girls who answer the phones. They hang up on you, laugh at you, and are on their cellphones when you come up to the window and act like they are doing you a favour. To add insult to injury there is always someone just standing around when I come in yet no one picks up the phone. I’ve been coming here for a while and it’s close to where I live but next time I may just go to the next closest one to escape the hassle. If I’m gonna pay this much money I kind of expect the service to be better, and I feel bad for being irritated and complaining so it’s just irritation best left avoided.

Kolbe was extremely helpful and very friendly and personable. He was not a high pressure salesman and made the entire process very easy. We came to the dealership late in the day and he was very attentive, able to answer all of our questions and knowledgeable about the truck we were interested in. I took in my 2011 Jeep Liberty, not knowing exactly what was wrong with it. After running the diagnostic test, I was given an overview of everything that needed to be done and parts that needed to be ordered. Upon fixing my car, there were a few electrical issues that the team ran into. Other mechanics had given up on trying to fix this specific issue but Phil and his team worked diligently until they could figure it out. My car was in the service department for about 3 days and the whole time, I was kept updated with what was going on. At no point did I feel confused or like I was being ripped off. I truly appreciate the transparency and high quality customer service. I am a 22 year old girl who does not know much about cars but Phil explained things to me so I could understand. When all of the work was completed, the price was a lot lower than I thought it would be for all of the work that was done. If I ever have any issues in the future with my car, I will not hesitate to bring it back there!

This was the best car buying experience I have had. I was pretty specific on the Grand Cherokee Limited X I wanted and the sales manager Ashley was able to work with her colleagues to find me the exact car I was looking for. She is an absolute rock star... Truly awesome at what she does. I worked with Scott when I pick the car up and he was extremely knowledgeable and great as well. I highly recommend this dealership. Last but not least, I went in with Pre approved financing from a credit union which I thought was a great rate. And they beat it! All in all this is a class act dealership (and I spoke to a bunch to find my car). Not to mention they are selling a great product. Who doesn’t love a Jeep!

On 12/17/2019 I purchased a new Ram1500 from Brown Daub. This was the second new vehicle I purchased from this dealership. I was assisted by two salesmen, Drew & Scott, both were very professional & helpful. My experience went downhill when the sales manager became involved. With the sales manager I negotiated a sale price of $30,500.00. I specifically asked three times if the $30,500.00 sales price included New Jersey registration & sales tax. I was told it was a complete price, taxes & New Jersey registration included. At the very end of the process, after cleaning out my trade-in & transferring insurance coverage, I was presented with a sales agreement that added the cost of taxes & registration on top of the agreed upon sale price. When I disputed the charges the sales manager apologized saying it was a miscommunication. There was no ambiguity. I specifically asked if the $30,500.00 included tax & tags and was told it did & was an out the door price. Prior to this experience I always recommended Brown Daub to friends & relatives, unfortunately this transaction has left me with a very negative opinion.Mr. Kirby,Thank you for replying to my post. With all due respect, I specifically asked the sales manager three times if the negotiated price of $30,500.00 included taxes & registration fees. Three times I was assured it did, even so far as saying it was an out the door price. The sales manager had three opportunities to make clear the negotiated sales price did not include taxes & registration, instead he stated the opposite. My mistake was believing I could look him in the eye and trust the words he spoke while I shook his hand. Hindsight being twenty twenty I should never have trusted him. I should have calculated the payment out for myself. I previously had a great experience when I purchased a new Jeep from your dealership. This experience with your sales manager could not have been any more disappointing.

I would like for just once to walk away from a dealership saying to myself, Now that was a great deal. With that said I feel good, about the deal I made. I took mi car for a diagnostic Chek so they charge me for that and a new starter and labor and a week later mi car has the same problem it doesnt want to start that was the problem In the first place. I bought a brand new 2020 Dodge Ram here in JuneThe truck has 13,000 miles on it and the entire Uconnect system failed and the screen went black.I called to have it addressed immediately since everything functions off that screen. I was told “they have nothing to do with the radio”. Really. It’s in all of your dodge trucks what kind of answer is that?!They were very cavalier and arrogant in their treatment of me claiming they would see about ordering the part. They did not care at all about how inconvenienced I am by this. It’s a brand new truck!!!!!!I will never buy from Brown Daub again and I will very strongly consider going with another dodge ever again. Whatever happened to customer service? It doesn’t exist at this place!

So my wife goes here to purchase 2 FIATs as a package deal we test drive both vehicles but werent allowed to take them on the highway and not sure why but anyways to make a long story short just look at the Pics they said there isint anything they can do for me because the brakes are a wearable item so its not under warranty keep in mind we only had these cars for 3 months and look at the mileage. they said they did a inspection well it wasnt thorough I ended up buying brakes pads and rotors all the way around after 3 months. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! It is ridiculous spending over $400 on a new car that I only had for 3 months!!!!! that was my car pymnts.

The end of our lease with our Toyota highlander was not easy since we were way above the mileage limit. We also wanted a smaller vehicle because we didn’t need a third row anymore. Toyota had nothing to offer in our price range and we were starting to worry. One visit to Brown-Daub Jeep (we already bought a Jeep there for our daughter and we had a great experience) and we found exactly what we were looking for! Moreover, they took care of the Toyota lease end, making our life much simpler. We left without negotiating because they immediately offered us an excellent deal. I scheduled an appointment for a recall replacement for my 2013 Jeep Compass Occupant restraint controller. I dropped the vehicle off and later received a call that it was finished. As I was leaving the dealership, I noticed the sensor light was still activated. I went back in and asked why the light was still on and the worker looked at my paperwork and said it looks like they had to order the part. This place is very disorganized. A big waste of my time.

At about 12:15 pm on 7/28/2020, I brought my Jeep in to get a replacement key fob. I parked outside the service area and went to the parts/service area indoors where I was asked by an individual sitting at a desk labeled Phil to bring the vehicle inside the indoor service area. I drove the vehicle inside where I was met by another employee who asked I park the vehicle outside the service area. I returned the vehicle back outside and returned indoors to speak with the first employee where I was met by a 3rd employee with glasses and spiky hair who asked me to bring it back inside. As I was walking out the door to retrieve the vehicle, a bald older man driving a dealership shuttle van at a high rate of speed almost hit me. I informed the spiky haired employee about the situation. He replied he didnt see it and there arent any cameras. I asked to speak with a manager. He replied there wasnt one. At that time the driver of the mini van approached and informed him of his dangerous behavior. His reply was dismissive at best. I am new to the area and am appalled at the level of professionalism displayed at the dealership, the dismissive attitude of the employees, and the lack of courtesy displayed to a paying customer with a valid and complaint.

Despite an unfortunate situation occurring and totaling my Jeep, Kolbe was able to find the Jeep Compass I always wanted! He listened to what was important to me and I now feel as safe as possible with the various safety features. He is knowledgeable but most importantly, he is genuine. As an out of state buyer the tendency to be a bit skeptical for some of the pricing you receive over the phone always exists. However, I can honestly say the process in working with Chris Honor was a breeze. The pricing was much more aggressive than any other dealerships in New York and it was super easy. I sent everything electronically and spent about 45 minutes at the dealership in total before heading back home with my new Ram 1500. Highly recommend giving these guys a shot, they are professional and very easy to work with.

Came here just to look at jeeps, starting to do research. Turned out we weren’t impressed with the interior space, but found a nice used Ford Escape on the lot. The salesman Dylan came out, was polite, no pressure, showed us a few cars and gave us his number.They offered us a good price on our trade and a great price for the Escape. It was painless, simple, no pressure, no “let me talk to my manager” games. I never even needed to meet the manager or finance guy.I’ve bought a lot of cars over the last 30 years but this was just about the best dealer experience I’ve ever had.

I take my vehicles for years after years .My two weeks ago I took it in for an oil change, and a bunch of minor work that were suggested . To include emission stickers 2 days later my transmission slipped and my transmission stick was completely black .Which is weird because I had got a tune up and top off transmission fluid flush back in November as well .To add each time I go I always request to check transmission and top off fluids ...I take my car in very often to them and I just felt let down smh ..

My recent experience at your dealership(brown daub on hecktown road)At the beginning December I brought my car into your service station to inspect a check engine light.I purchased a 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth(certified pre-owned) from your dealership in the beginning of 2018. Fortunately it had a power train warranty and the issue was covered.However, through this entire process i have become more and more disgusted with the level of service your facility provided.To start off, the communication was abysmal. I had to call, leave a messages and hope to get a call back to get any information about my cars progress.Roughly 51 days go by and I finally am told that the car is done.I pick up the car and right off the bat I notice that the coolant in the tank is low and the tank itself is very loosely held together. It seems to be missing a bracket. The tubes coming off the tank are also leaking.see:I take the car back to your facility a second time to remedy this problem. I am told by the service manager that Fiat tells their techs to reuse the factory clamps which is what caused the leaking. I am also informed that the bracket that they neglected to put back on the coolant tank is why it is loose and that they do not have any and would have to order it. I had previously asked about another potential warranty claim. I was told that when I come in for that claim they will take care of the coolant tank and order the correct part. I asked if it is okay just floating there and I am advised that is okay.The leaking coolant was fixed on the spot. I take the car home and a day later I get another check engine light.I take the car in to your service station a third time and I am told that the techs did not ground the newly installed PCM correctly.Now I have the car back and I was hoping everything else turned out okay however I popped the hood and inspected the car again.This time im greeted with the air intake coming from the front of the car was not properly secured.I used to peak 21psi boost and hold around 15 now I peak 15 and hold around 12. So they essentially made my car slower. Thanks.At this point I am complexity done with your dealership.Ive gotten a response from the gm and he apologized profusely However that does not fix a slower car, a coolant tank that still isnt fixed and the fear of returning to have any other warranty work done to the car.Garbage. Fix it again, tomorrow holds true. Guess I should have listened.

The customer service at this dealership has been wonderful. I was shopping around for a small SUV and the Jeep Cherokee was one of the contenders. I worked with Scott and he was very informative and helpful. I came back to this dealership because he didn’t put pressure on me to make a fast decision. After looking at several different options and prices to lease a Cherokee, I finally decided on a certain vehicle that had the engine that I wanted. After driving the car around for a while it felt sluggish and did not have much pick up on the highway. I finally realized this vehicle did not have the motor that I was under the impression that it had and that I chose. I went into the dealership and spoke to the manager, Shane. Right away he was able to work to solve my problem. Within a day or two I had the car that I thought I purchased with the right motor and all of the bells and whistles that I wanted for the same price. The only problem was, this car now had small black and white stripes on the side. The new salesman, Dominic, that I was working with very quickly worked to take care of that as well. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful in this process. Although it was a bit of an inconvenience, the dealership worked to make the situation right and I am very grateful for that.
