Totally impressed, and thoroughly happy!!! ... That describes our experiences with “Design Floors” of Easton PA. We are not easily impressed, but this business definitely deserves the 5-star rating that we gave them. We needed a new kitchen floor. They have many samples on display in their showroom, and we were able to take home samples to see how they look in our surroundings. Design Floors was actually the last place we checked after visiting a long list of other dealers. We were disappointed with the others, so we were almost ready to give up on this project. But Henry and Robynn both had great patience with our many questions. We decided to go with Design Floors, and we’re glad that we did! Their installation crew members were personable, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. They showed up on time, worked non-stop, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up completely. Our next project is a new floor for our laundry room, and it too will be done by Design Floors. We will continue to recommend Design Floors to our friends and neighbors, because they truly are that good!
