If we could provide 10 stars to Chris we would. After a poor experience at a competitor we were fortunate enough to find Chris at Kitchen Creations. Chris goes above and beyond in anyway possible not only in the design phase, but the order and install. There was some factory defects, and there was zero hesitation on Chriss part to replace, not attempt to work with what the company sent. He was very patient, extremely friendly and his suggestions were always welcomed. Of all the contractors we dealt with on our recent new construction, Chris was at the top of the list service wise. He also only sells quality product, steered us away from other brands without ever being pushy. He also helped us save where we could, and suggested we spend in other places that mattered. I have already referred several people to Kitchen Creations and will continue to!

I worked with Jocelyn who was an amazing and knowledgeable professional in the area of kitchen design. I could not have dreamed a better outcome for my kitchen and any hiccups we ran into Kitchen Creations was all over getting us back on track. Chris even came out personally to help install my refrigerator panel - that type of service just doesnt exist much anymore, it was so great to see and experience. If you are looking to remodel your kitchen - call only kitchen creations!!!

Chris has been an outstanding professional. Sixteen years ago an error in the design of our cabinet doors was made, in part due to the manufacturing company and miscommunication. He made us 100% whole on the transaction with the correct door design and we were able to keep the wrong styled cabinet doors as well...some of which we eventually used elsewhere in our kitchen. Now, for the second time in 2 years one of our hinges has gone bad (not the same one) and Chris was right on the spot at our home last week changing the hinges personally. In addition, we now have 6 new sets of hinges in case we need more in the future. As you may imagine, the manufacturing company stopped making the original hinges but we are covered for the future..

We built a new home in Easton in 2014.. Chris guided at every step.He advised us when to buy top of the line cabinets and suggested where we could effectively use lower cost lines. He designed the layouts and the plan of the drawers.Kitchen Creations has a wide range of cabinetry and counter tops and Chriss expertise has given us a kitchen and bathrooms with which we are very happy. We get many compliments about the kitchen which he designed. Chris worked closely with our builder and made trips to the building site to confirm that the measurements in the field were the same as those on the plans. This assured that everything would fit properly when installed.Chris also gave us valuable advice on the selection of kitchen appliances. We highly recommend Kitchen Creations.

It is weird when you read a review that says they find a company gave poor service but does not explain what that service was and why they gave them a poor rating.My wife and I used Kitchen Creations to remodel our kitchen. Chris gave us ideas that we could not have thought of on our own, he was very professional, listened to all of our wants and needs, and incorporated those into our design. The people who cam out to measure everything did an excellent job and the install took less time than Chris told us it would.While we paid a little more for quality than we would have going to a big box store, we certainly got more than we expected for our investment. I would recommend Kitchen Creations to anyone.
