Awesome store. Fabulous customer service. Really smart and experienced staff. Just the best store to get stuff for your boat.

Always good. I went there for charts and an American flag. But they have good marine hardware and a good selection of marine clothing.

Use Amazon. To expensive.

My biggest problem is they more often than not, dont have items that I would think theyd stock religiously. We can order it though is not what you want to hear from a retail store

Most rude service I’ve encountered in years. On a Sunday afternoon, an older gentleman who works here cost this place my business for good. Will be continuing to buy from Kent island location.

Its the worth West Marine store I have ever been to. The store almost empty and the manager ( Carl) it absolutely unhelpful. He just should not be in consumer service. He also stated I should check items online since it cheaper after he refused to help. I wish there would be other marine storenstore in theathe but will try to avoid this one for sure.

Masons Restaurant is a highly refined,New York style establishment of a very high calibre. I spent the Valentine dinner hour 2018 having a delightful meal. A great meal ensued of Cauliflower puree,Bib lettuce salad with a fresh grapefruit vinaigrette and of course the Cod,perfectly prepared

Its a West Marine; they sell what you need where you need it. Smallish selection, usually only one clerk (so no one to help you at your area) who is pleasant and varying degrees of knowledgeable.

People are rude and will not help you poor customer service

This store is always good . They are very helpful and go the extra mile to find what I need. . Im in there a couple times a week . They have a large selection of items for all things water related .

Still the only local marine store to shop...hence, the higher prices.Typically cannot compete with online marine supply houses.

This is retail.....the sales persons dont have any idea of professional needs. Enjoy your drink holders.

Staff was very helpful

They never have what we are looking for...a natural real sponge...rail clips for fenders...a sham to dry the boat....it is not like we were looking for something unique...3rd time we have tried to find something..will just order on line...cheaper and certainly easier

You can get what you need. If it is a little different, the salesman will help to find what you need.
