Staff at store was not friendly and your idea of having only self check and have 5 employees watching is so bad for customer experience. Please train your managers to always be patient and kind to customers. I will never go to this store again I will go to one 1/2 mile away that’s 10 times better.

Well I will never shop at a circle k again self check out machines while u pay 2 rude ppl to sit their and do nothing but talk! Money well wasted! I’ll go where they have people that actually work for there money. Not people watch lol what a joke speedway, Quiktrip, quick mart, shell and sheets will be getting my business

I wish I could give it zero. I am not an employee why am I being told corporate wants them to make customers use self checkout? I am going to call corporate and ask them if they will be paying me to do an employees job.

I will NEVER spend another dime at this location. If you wish to purchase ANYTHING here, you are forced to use the self scan checkout. Personnel behind the counter is not allowed to take your money. Which of course means most of them are rude and have no concept of proper customer service. The owners of this place do not deserve to be in business.

Manager fixed a small computer glitch on a gas prepay and really went the extra mile to show he cared. My new favorite store.

Clean, modern station that sells ethanol free 90 octane gasoline, this is great for lawn equipment, or any carbureted engine!

I will do my best to avoid this location, after my latest experience. I stopped in on the way to work and tried using the self service register and it was having issues. There was 3 people behind the counter chatting it up, I ask the guy if he could ring me out and he said no use the self checkout. No thanks I left my merchandise setting on the counter and walked out.

Automation has ruined this location for me, by replacing nearly all the workers

Clean store...however it is clear that some of the staff do not enjoy working there and behave like all the customers are a nuisance

This place is always out of Sugar of the Raw. They claim they can not get it in but the other Eastlake location always has it in stock! They make you use the self checkout which never wants to scan properly. You have to wait for assistance to get cigarettes and the gas pumps outside do not let you scan the app on your phone for your points. If this place wasnt the closest to me I wouldnt use them!

They use to be great now i dont know what happened they only have one person at night they never can make pizza anymore thats what i use to go for now they only have dry slices in the morning BRING BACK COOKS AND CASHIERS

Rude customer service on 3 seperate occasions. I have no problem with the employees that work day shift. But night shift when im the only customer in the store, gossip with the fellow employee comes first. Then followed up with rude service bc I interrupted the pow wow.

Went in to pay cash thinking Id save a few cents on the price per gallon. Waited in line because everybody getting their coffee or their snacks for the morning. Gave them the cash for my gas and still had to pay the credit price. I will not return.
