I ordered two breakfast sandwiches they were both decent. There were only two pieces of bacon on the sandwich I could hardly taste it, and the sausage patty on the other was pretty thin.
What a wonderful restaurant for Breakfast.Very friendly service.Food was fresh and well cooked.Best of all not your typical diner fare. I had the Country bowl. Very filling and excellent thick cut bacon. My wife hade the eggs with perogies, which sounded a bit strange, but was delicious.I would highly recommend this place and will be making the 40 minute drive to go back and try their lunches which looked really good.
Absolutely delicious! Picked randomly as we passed through town and it was 100% worth getting off the highway. The visual presentation was fantastic. Kids pancakes were stacked artistically, eggs were perfectly fried, hash browns were crisped to perfection, etc. There was an interesting Jamaican twist to the menu, and the cook was spot on with every execution. Even the coffee was fantastic. Kudos!
Ive visited many diners but this one is truly a rare gem! The home fries are the BESTTTTT Ive had ever. Kudos to the cook! The food all around was beyond delicious. You can actually taste the love they put into each dish. Thank you DDs!
I stopped here with my family while traveling through East Stroudsburg. Everyone enjoyed there food and we were really happy with our visit.I ordered the Signature Burger which came with a half pound angus beef patty, bacon, an over medium egg, provolone cheese, and garlic aioli on a toasted brioche bun. The burger was well cooked and tasted fantastic. The standout component was the garlic aioli. The meal also included a side of fries that I upgraded to sweet potato fries (ended up being perfectly crispy and delicious).Overall a great experience. Further - the waitress who served us our food was attentive and helpful.Thanks DDs!
The thankfulness shared on the menu was beautiful. The environment was clean the worship music was beautiful. Thank you! I have to share I wish the server was a little more attentive besides just taking our order and delivering our order. We had to ask for utensils and napkins. We got a packet of salt, a pepper shaker with enough pepper for three shakes each, and ketchup in a tiny cup about an 1/8 full. It felt that everything was about cost control, which I do understand but just seemed a little weird.

FRESH, CLEAN & DELICIOUS FOOD!! My boyfriend &I just moved to east Stroudsburg a little over a year ago however I know this area like the back of my hand from previous years and this place used to be some thing else that I never stepped foot in so I cant compare it for anybody BUT... we went here and we were absolutely delighted by our food and the service.... The Reggae omelette was BOMB.... also I encourage you to take the time to read the owners message that she has on the front of the menu- I am all about supporting small business & this woman sure earned every bit of the 5 stars I gave!! We were just saying last night that we cant wait to come back and try other things on the menu!!
I called for a reservation and the manger said she was able to accommodate over the phone. However, when I arrived my party members who arrived before me was met with nothing but hostility. The manager was very short even after I asked her why she behaved in such a manner to my party.

Rude but food was good. There was a sorority reunion and just 2 of us wanted to be seated away from the crowd BUT because the table we requested was for a place of 4, she rudely told us just that. We wont be back.

DDs is a cute Diner in the cut in Stroudsburg PA. The food is awesome but the service is not desirable. During my meal I thought I would get some workdone but the waitress kept interrupting. She also gave me my check not asking me if I wanted anything else I felt thus was a way to say she was ready for me to leave. The second time I believe my grandson was challenging customer and she did the same thing again giving me my check before we finished our meal and then the owner came out and watched us eat. Its was not a good experience. I will not be returning because I want to be comfortable when eating my breakfast that is my reason for visiting there. The quiet background and to enjoy my meal.My star will 2 1/2 the half for the service.
Found miracle dinner on Maps and it was awesome. Loved the specialty bowl menu items. The jerk burger was great. Unique menu items so many to try. Service was spectacular. Highly Recommend, good prices, large portions.
Today 3/13 my husband and I drove up from and for the day, I had the country breakfast with the cabbage and sweet plantains.. he had a cheeseburger. BOTh were absolutely delicious!! We will definitely be back again very soon👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you for the great food🥰🥰

Came into this place and was a great blessing! Reading DDs story on how she started her business was a blessing and inspiration to both my boyfriend and I. We had breakfast and it was great, he had the eggs with cornbeef hash and grits he loved it I had spinach feta omelet with home fries. Service was prompt and nice quiet place.
We came for breakfast and enjoyed it very much. The food was fresh and tasty, their coffee was surprisingly good. The cherry on the cake was that they served ice in their orange juice. I know its a strange thing to be happy about but a small detail we really appreciated. It advertises Jamaican dishes but reminds me of a wonderful cafe in Puerto Rico I enjoyed. Nice little place.

Visiting from Connecticut, chose this place because of the unique menu items paired together. Service in beginning was great. We were a party of 5, I was last to receive my food, I ordered 2 items. My food came out when the other 4 were nearly done eating. My 2nd item came out about 4 mins after receiving my 1st item. No apologies from server for not bringing all items out together and some items were missed from 2 of the other people in the party.Food taste was regular, for breakfast items no special twist. Place was exceptionally clean including the restroom. Would think twice about visiting again if in area.
I love there food its delicious but I call because I noticed that the oxtail are no longer on the doordash menu so I call some lady with a real nasty attitude got mad cuz I ask what happened with doordash and she said iam asking personal questions so rude I just wanted to know about why the oxtails no longer on the menu and were they still working with doordash cuz I was gunna oder food ...

They waitress was pleasant and happy. The restaurant was extremely clean and cozy. The food was homemade to order it took a short while but when the food arrived it was hot and delicious. BEST OMELETTE EVER!Why have I never heard of DDs Miracle Diner before today!? As soon as I looked at the menu, I saw where the MIRACLE comes in... They serve Jamaican food! 😍 We came for brunch. BEST OMELETTE EVER! But, we will definitely be back for the Jamaican food! And, oh my! That Mahi dinner sounds amazing, too!

We really loved dining here. Service was excellent, food was delicious and we love her story. Just sorry we found out about this spot when we were heading back to NYC. We will definitely go back when we visit the Poconos.

Food was fairly priced, but nothing to write home about. The food wasnt bad, it just wasnt anything spectacular (Although the DDs Benedict was an interesting entree).Breakfast entrees didnt come with toast or meat (can be ordered as a side), which is unusual.The wait staff were very polite and brought out our food and drinks in a timely manner.
Had a great egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich for a very fair price. My wife really enjoyed her chicken, egg, and cheese sandwich as well. The diner was spotless (including the bathroom) and the service excellent. We will visit again the next time we are in town.
Hostess is very professional and sweet. The energy of the place is mellow and warm, now for the food.. my dad order chicken wing basket and it came with 5 whole wings.. not even the Chinese food spot does that anymore, I ordered the shrimp basket and everything came out hot and fresh even down to the coleslaw!! Will be coming here again soon.. great addition to the neighborhood!!

Stopped in for lunch not knowing the restaurant has new owners. Ordered food and everything was great !! This restaurant is very clean. Our waitress was very friendly and answered all our questions about the new management. After finishing our meals, my buddy ordered grits and shrimp to take home for his wife.. she ate it for supper that night and said it was great. So I can only imagine how good it must be if you eat it when it was prepared instead of heating it up. If you ever have the chance to experience this establishment, do it ! You won’t be disappointed. Hats off to the new owners and I wish you great success. We will be back

We were on vacation and this was one place we went to have breakfast. The place was clean, and the food was served hot, fresh and very good. I had cornmeal porridge for the first time and it was like having dessert for breakfast. My mushroom cheese omelette was cooked perfectly and the link sausage was delicious. The Farmers bowl was the most flavorful with everything in it from ham to onions and potatoes. Juan was very friendly and it was a pleasure to eat at this diner.

I genuinely love this place. I get meat loaf and I swear its some type of chemical balance in myself that makes it so fantastic. They are nice, respectful and courteous. Its clean and very well kept together, along with being quaint. My only gripe is the parking lot. That entire parking lot is bad news for all those businesses, just because of how heavily cramped it is.But yeah, go eat at DDs if you can. Its great.

I will never return. I took my mother, 3 daughters and grandson for breakfast. I love to support local businesses. We were not greeted when we came in. We were not given silverware/placemats. The customer service was lacking and just the basic attentiveness. The food was terrible. Very small portions, toast is an extra $1.50, eggs were full of white slime I sent it back 3 times. The 3rd time of it looking the same I just left it alone. Three of us were so nauseous and sick after the breakfast. If looking for a good breakfast place I recommend Comptons or the Huddle House.
The jerk chicken and oxtail was amazing. Very nice staff. The jerk chicken sauce should be bottled. It was a happy surprise for lunch on a Saturday. Tastes like homemade!

The overall experience was unpleasant. The menu says that they offer Jamaican influenced breakfast items daily, but after asking the waitress, they only serve those items on the weekend. The coffee was cold and watery. The only waitress, although nice, lacked basic customer service/waitress skills. The cook, after giving him eggs to be cooked well three times, returned the eggs with the same white slime as the first time . I personally will not recommend anyone to go there, and I do not plan on returning ever again.

We have been here twice now and will be going back with our daughter and her friends.We found DDs by accident and couldnt be happier that we did. Not only is the food outstanding but the staff is wonderful and restaurant immaculate. Portions are large and everything is perfectly priced.You can literally taste the owners love in every bite of every dish they put on the table. The pancakes are fabulous and taste like cake. The pork sandwich is an awesome delight as are the shrimp tacos. DDs burger is not only huge but delicious to the last bite and they have the best iced tea anywhere.Dont miss this gem.

We have been going to DDs sence they opened their doors. The food is always awesome and hot. The people are terrific. My wife and I drive over 90 miles Fridays to our camper and ate dinner as well as breakfast several times. Best dinner in Stroudsburg. I wish them continued good luck.

It was hot and humid out so we went there to cool off. I wanted a light meal so I settled for my Sorril drink and the Mahi Go Crazy, a protein fish done to perfection. The vegetable was green and yellow zucchini with tomatoes and the fish had a lemon Bechtel sauce.

Been there four times...food is not consistent. Male server brings you your food and you dont see him again until he drops off your check while youre still eating. I was out of water, started eating the ice and he walked by, dropped off my check and didnt even ask if I wanted another drink. Not returning
