Today was a good day ATT. I Chose to get my newpln one day early and Phillip helped me with that along with getting a ten foot cord for home and a charger for my van. The reps at the Miford road store are the absolute best. Very patient with me and my husband. As a senior, I find todays technology hard to grasp, but the reps at this location always make me feel at ease. A big thank you should go to Phillip,Bruno, Travis and Dominique. customer service is a very important part of sales and these sales pros go that extra mile. Thank you guys you are truly the best.

Andrew and Phil were super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and made sure to tell me about all the current offers. I went in to get new phones for my daughter and I and left with both phones as well as ATT TV service. More importantly we entered the store minutes before they closed and they stayed open to help us get exactly what we wanted. Super personable, super friendly. We thought they closed at 9pm and they never even mentioned they were closed till almost 8pm. What exceptional service - meeting the customer where they are at. I will only go see them for my future needs. Kudos to them both.

Andrew went above and beyond to try to make me feel safe and welcome in the storeI had just recently experienced something traumatic and Andrew went the extra mile to get me the best deal he possibly could. I felt more like I was hanging out with a friend than I was shopping for a phoneI went home and did a painting in honor of how Andrew and Paulina made me feel and brought it in the next day. My experience at the At&t Marshalls Creek store with Steven and Galvin was tremendous! I lost my phone and was headed out of town. Anyone who has left less than a 5 star review here clearly has this confused with another store. I have been coming to this location since it opened back in March and have had nothing but awesome customer service. Steven the manager and his team really know how to take care of you and give you exactly what you need. Never try to push anything down your throat but they always let you know the new things they are offering and how it can benefit your account! I’ve had problems on my account from other stores which is why I made the switch to this location. ( it’s also closer to my home!) Any problems I have, I call and they fix them right away and explain everything. I bring my whole family here and tell anyone if they want a hassle free phone experience, go here!! Steve was very professional and had EXTREME patience. Even though people kept coming in he didn’t rush the customer he was with, however he let other customers know he will be with them shortly. Add to come back next day and he walked me through everything with my new phone until I was comfortable and let me do it myself. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Walked into your AT&T store thinking about getting my phone fixed, not interested in a new phone at all. The store retail sales consultant MASI convinced me with his kindness, with his knowledge and the fact that he treated me with respect. This attitude convinced me that a new phone would be better than trying to fix the old one. We need more workers like him at the company to keep it going and the great things he did for me and my pregnant grand-daughter.

Monday 1/18@ 10:49am: Store Manger Steven and Andrew ; provided us with beautiful service as we purchased an IPhone SE . They were very helpful and informative . And I am looking Forward returning back to the store for future business .

They can’t help me. All of them sitting down I opened a new account, told them is a business, but it went as personal. So when I went to explain that I need to change this to a business account. They said they can’t do it. They just want new accounts easy.

Came to this AT&T store from my sister referring me to go see Steven and his team.They were absolutely amazing, super informative and hooked me and my kids up with the iPhone 12 promotion. Steven, Galvin, and Masi were so sweet and gave me some of the best customer service ive ever received. I had a wonderful experience today at this AT&T store. Both Steven and Galvin were so knowledgeable and friendly.

Very horrible store do not recommend going there!!! The manager is very rude always smoking trying to force customers to buy TV or add a new line. This store deserves to be shut down. Go to the Stroud mall or Bartonsville to get a better customer experience.

I’m normally not one to leave reviews but I always like reading them. Reading these past 2 reviews made me write this one. I have been a customer with att for 10 years. Never any issues. I have been going to this store monthly since it opened. I have NEVER had any problems, store has NEVER smelled like any type of weed and the customer service has been beyond my expectations. That’s why I keep coming here and recommended my family and friends to this Marshall’s creek location as well. The man I always see there who always helps me is named Steven I believe and he has never shown me anything but the upmost respect. I am a health care professional so I know what it is like to be treated rudely and inconsiderately. I come to this location solely for him as he never gives me any problems or issues. He mentions promotions but does not push them down my throat and force me to do anything. I appreciate his service and will keep coming here and recommending my friends and family to this location and to see Steven. We have never had any problems and like i said I am at this store often. I’ve never seen him smoking there in my life of going to this store. It makes me upset that people need to write reviews that are not true. I would have seen him smoking or “ going in and out of the back room” i have seen him managing multiple people in the store amazingly. Making everyone’s experience quick, painless and easy!! Not sure if those other reviews may have had the wrong location because it is definitely not this Marshall’s creek location!!! I will forever keep coming to this location as long as I can have Steven as my sales rep! Awesome store, awesome location, awesome staff
