This location is located conveniently near I75 near downtown Chattanooga. It offers a wide variety of hiking, hunting, camping and fishing gear as well as boats and recreational vehicles.The store has a unique environment as all locations do. The wildlife displays are beautiful and inspiring.

Once again employees are more concerned with talking with one another than helping a customer. Cashier that rang us up really didnt want to be there. I finally see why most Americans are ordering EVERYTHING from Amazon online. Vote with your wallet. Been a customer of Bass Pro and Cabelas for the last 10 years. Good-bye!!

My family and I came to Bass Pro Shops 2 Fridays ago with intentions to purchase a side by side. We walked around the store, and found the one we wanted. The salesman came, and we told him we were interested in purchasing that day. After some general conversation he asked if we wanted to go home and discuss it. He acted like he didn’t even want to sell us the machine. We already had our mind made up as long as the numbers worked out. We filled out all the necessary paperwork, and we were told we would get a call 2-3 days from then on whether we were approved or not. We thought that was very strange, and didn’t understand why it would take that long. We ended up finding another side by side the very next day at Mountain Motorsports in Marietta. We got the financing all handled within a couple of hours, and the machine came home with us. Last Monday at 12pm I just received the phone call that we were approved for the bass pro machine. Very disappointing experience when we were ready to spend our money at Bass pro shops last Friday.

Of course we knew before we went n how expensive they are.From others weve been n.But I lucked up, found husband shirts for church. 14.95 an 15.95.So bought several... yeahhhhh

Bought a brand new pontoon here In May 2020. Had to have the flooring replaced in March 2021. The Tracker Marine shop at Bass Pro put several dents in my boat while it was in their possession and now they refuse to fix it.

Very disappointed with the selection of items I wanted. On top of the fact if I needed a performance bass boat today, I couldnt have gotten it. Better lure selection at the Dayton Boat Dock in Dayton tn

How about restocking your store cant spend money if they aint nothing to buy

We bought a new pontoon and so did 28 others, but, and theres always a but, we never wouldve known because we were treated like we were the only ones. They do all of your paperwork, go over your complete owners manual, and take you to your new boat and show you how everything works. We havent had one complaint, and thats saying alot nowadays.

High prices but you can find better quality parts than other chain stores (Wal-Mart). If you get a marine fuel line or parts Do not go cheaper....Bass Pro parts work. Very good staff gave me great advice and pointed me to what I needed and they were spot on. Great variety of tackle.

Great staff. Always helpful and friendly. They are so sweet to our baby girl.

I go here when i want experts for my hunting needs. It may sound cliche but I go where the pros are. I absolutely love to visit the fish tank and their classic specialty candies always satisfy my sweet tooth.

Overwhelming!! Plus, all woman are not skinnyminnies. If you can carry large & extra, extra large sizes for men, you should expand your sizes for women. ⁉️

I went in to the store the other day to get some help with a boat that I wanted to have rigged for tournaments. As I was in the shop. There was a fellow named Jeff who appeared to be in charge. Let me tell you. He was AWFUL to his employees. It was hard to watch. I have been around boats for a long damn time. And that man didnt know ANYTHING. He was incredibly ignorant and was an absolute ASS. He was no help at all. O will be taking my business elsewhere because of this man. Ive used basspro for 20 years now, I spend over $80k annually for professional fishing, but I will take my business elsewhere. I spoke with the manager but he just brushed it off. What a DISASTER, those numb nuts dont even have an HR to speak with. Moral of the story, if you go to base bro and encounter a man named Jeff. Turn around and walk out.
