I went into Status yesterday and today to try on / purchase a suit, shirt, tie and shoes for my sisters wedding this Sunday.I cant thank Michael and Katy enough for their professional help and advice they were both amazing their customer service and the way they treated me was incredible and by far the best customer service Ive had in a very long time.Ill definitely be going back and purchasing more items of clothing and shoes with them.

Purchased a number of items for my Husband, one item didn’t fit. I called into the shop today and exchanged for other items, Nigel was very helpful as always. I highly recommend Status, great range of clothes/shoes and nothing is too much trouble.

My boyfriend and I have been coming to Status for a few years - they have an incredible level of customer service and really care about how their clients look, rather than focussing on selling things. Not only have Paul and Kate patiently helped him find the perfect suit and explained what to look out for, theyve actually saved him from committing a fashion faux-pas by shortening a shirt that didnt require it ahead of a wedding! This shop is really special - you just dont see service like this any more.

Went to return a £460 unworn suit jacket with the receipt in its original packaging but unbeknownst to us (as it was never mentioned!) the store do not give refunds - only store credit. This is illegal and against consumer rights. It really doesnt make any difference to them to give us a refund as they could go on to sell the suit jacket but instead they are keeping our wedding money. Reported to Trading Standards.

Excellent personal service with a wide choice of high-end Mens designer clothing... also a good choice of shirt fabrics so, I was able to select combination of fabrics for my shirts... obviously, I will have a short time for the final product and it will be worth the wait...I have been shopping at Status for over a decade and have always been completely satisfied.... a very satisfied customer..

Brilliant service from a top team. Recently they helped me with a suit that was badly damaged by a rogue dry cleaning company. They are friendly and really know their stuff!! Couldnt recommend them more highly.

Had most of my shirts from here. Been fine until I had an issue with one. Wouldn’t accept a return for a valid reason. Never had an issue like this with any other shop. Will go elsewhere from now on

I visited this place after a recommendation from a friend.The guys in there were super helpful, giving me great help and advice on my purchases. I went in for a couple of shirts, but came out with four, and trousers also. Shoes and Jackets looked great too.This will now be my go-to place when I need anything.
