At work he was assigned to set over a dozen homes in the spring in our park. It wasnt until the FALL he started moving homes. When he started setting the homes, the skirting was done HORRIBLY. Piers werent done properly and wouldnt have passed inspection. He took the money and ran. He also promised work for a resident here, and charged her, and never came back and did the work. DO NOT AT ANY COST GO WITH CLINT.

Possibly the worst business experience I have ever had. He advised us badly, kept us waiting, left a big mess, did not come back to finish some really horrible work performed on the mate-line, and he got paid for an inspection he never performed and did not return the $500 he charged. The basic trim carpentry he did looks like he never used a miter saw before. Basically he held us hostage for four months, left a disaster and kept stringing us along until I had enough. Having said that, good luck finding anyone else to set a factory home in this part of the country. If you use Set Right, I hope you have low standards, because that is what you get in return.

Was only there for Uber pickup, BUT it was most amazing trailer park I ever been too!!
