Very good food but... I have a problem with cleanliness of they place. Everything looks clean as far as dishes and such, but the floor hasstra wrappers and buts of paper and stuff everywhere. We were there about 1&1/2 hours and 3 tables around were never cleaned off while we were there. The food and service are always good though.

Schedule appointment to switch out my cell phone battery went down dropped it off they told me to come back in 2 hrs, I went back to pickup my phone they said they never had battery for it..what a joke I wouldnt recommend this place at all

Ive always had great customer service. I always take my watches there for new batteries. $10 for a new battery and they do all the work. I also take dead batteries there for recycling.

Jennifer was amazing. I had a previous phone that would not turn on I needed to get an old voicemail off of. She found out what was going on for me and got it on. Since I didn’t need the phone necessarily, she let me get all the info off of it that I needed. Also, didn’t charge me anything. So sweet and I couldn’t be more thankful for her helping me save such a precious memory!

This place is a joke. I made an appointment for 10 am on a Saturday morning. I had a good hour and a half drive to get there upon arriving they told me I had a 2 hour wait because there were people ahead of me. I told them that I had made an appointment that didnt matter I would still have to wait. 3 plus hours later they finally had my phone done but when I went to pay I was told I would have to wait because they had no way of figuring my bill because their internet was down. Stay as far away from this place as possible. THE SEALING TIME HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. WHY DID YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 10 OCLOCK PER MY PHONE CALL WHEN I ORDERED THE BATTERY AND CASE THEN TELL ME I HAD TO WAIT BECAUSE PEOPLE HAD WALKED IN AHEAD OF ME!!!!

When you bring someone your phone to work on, trust is huge — and you can trust this store. Everyone is extremely helpful. My daughter’s phone was dropped in water, and Technician Jennifer was kind enough to open it, assess the damage, and offer her opinion on whether it still had trade-in value. I was trying to get to the store before they closed and I was literally calling them at 3:59pm as I was about a stop light (or 2) away. They were beyond gracious to help me -I was picking something up they had fixed. So not only was I happy they fixed my issue, I want to give them a huge shout out for their exceptional customer service in waiting on me at closing time. The girl (I’m so sorry I am forgetting your name), was beyond patient, explained everything thoroughly and did not ONCE make me feel bad for being that “right at the end of day” customer. Ive been there twice in the last few months......during the pandemic.....to buy batteries and both times I was helped efficiently and promptly.

As I was waiting to pick up my phone there were 2 other people there complaining about there phones not working properly after Batteries Plus worked on them. Then after I got my phone back started using it the phone keeps shutting off. My repair was a simple charging port replacement now I have to take the time to bring the phone back and have it looked at again.

I went to this batteries plus to get a new key fob and key for my Chevy Traverse. The staff were very helpful and had me in and out in about a half hour.I ordered the key and fob online and I thought the parts were in stock but they were not. I think the email could have been worded better. Its fair to say that I misunderstood. I did drive 40 minutes to this location twice as the one 5 minutes from my house didnt offer key service. Had it not been for my travel and misunderstanding, this would have been a quick and painless process. Still, this was better than paying more than twice as much as the dealership.

I set an appointment through their online channel for an iphone screen repair at 9:30 am. Drove 30 minutes to get there, and was told they couldnt do it until 12:30. Three hours later. He asked if I wanted to leave my phone with him or come back. I asked why the system allowed a 9:30 appointment when that wasnt an option. He said, It just does that. Not only was it frustrating to me that they couldnt live up to what they committed to, his complete lack of concern and inability to make it right was what is unacceptable. Boo! Zero stars if Google would allow it. Would NEVER go back!

DO NOT BRING EXPENSIVE WATCHES HERE! Brought in a Rado and a Tissot to have the batteries replaced. They cracked the crystal watch face on a $1000 Rado and they nicked (causing sharp burrs) on my titanium Tissot. They sent the Rado off to be repaired two weeks ago, and they have been unable to give me updates on the status of my watch. Lesson learned, battery shops are not watch shops. In addition, their customer service is terrible. The older man at the front desk is rude and acts like Im inconveniencing him when I was in the shop originally and when Ive called for updates.

Went there looking for a battery for my laptop. I was quoted $100 for the battery and $9 for shipping. I bought it online for $16.99 and no shipping. Thats pretty ridiculous.
