Maria Louisa one of the employees there was amazing in helping me out. I was needing to go to a convention and spilled coffee on my self half way into SF. I found a new shirt in Target but the rolled were showing because it was new. I asked an employee (Maria Louisa) if there was a possibility of using an Iron and she steamed it for me on the spot. I wanted to give her a tip but she refused saying that she works for target and she wont except it. Take care of Maria Louisa, she is one of your best employees.

Today I visited taguet with my child, and my child looked at the strawberries and asked me when he saw them they were in very bad condition well I thought Ill take out the rotten ones and when I look at the prodrus manager he told me he cant take out the rotten ones you have to buy rotten ones and Throw them at his house. I told him but how am I going to turn you off for something that I am going to throw away and he answered me those are the policies of taguet buy them like that rotten I dont know how they train their staff like that

I did a curbside pickup and I was in my car for 20min before anyone come out... I could have gone in and got what I needed faster.... my kids where sick so I kept having to look at the clock and they were a little over 20 min before they brought me my things... target should time them or we should write a review right after...

Stuff was out of stock all over the store, like literally random sections of shelves were just empty all over the store. This store has no cashiers. It is self checkout only and they only keep like 3 self checkouts open. The least they could have done when they eliminated cashiers was give a sufficient number of self checkouts. I recommend going literally anywhere else.

The worst Target I have seen. Always lines, shelves are empty. I know, it may not make sense if there are long lines that they might sell something. No. It because they have a contest who serves slower 😆.I was watching a cashier and it was like in a slow mo. So, if you have entire weekend off you may want to treat yourself with this Target.

This is a smaller Target store based out of the mother store in redwood City not quite as many items selections however they do have for food section not quite as large about a third of the size but this do have something in every category and they do keep through stalcup up for the most part as far as customer service I give it a five not very helpful not very knowledgeable do you have to go in there already knowing what you want

Great target. Im sorry I didnt catch his name, but the young black man working in electronics/games was delightful, knowledgeable, and helpful! I dont give 5 stars unless my experience was far superior to normal and this guy really earned this 5-star review for the store. The ladies at the returns counter were swift and kind as well.

Doesn’t have anything you ACTUALLY want. Most shelves are always empty. It’s not just some times. The inventory management is pretty bad.

Okay, I just literally got home from visiting the EPA store with an e-coupon that I totally didn’t know how to pullup on my iPhone 6S (old phone). I guess you are supposed to get a barcode e-mailed and it would automatically prompt the barcode for the cashier to scan. I tried and tried to pullup my account on my iPhone but forgot my password. I was holding up the line and getting nervous and about to leave, but the manager honored it! Thank you, Maier, I hope you get recognized for this kind act. When I reset my password when I got home, the darn barcode pulled up…ugh.

Monday October 19 I went to buy groceries with my husband. It was around 9:30pm and we were waiting for a couple who was scanning at the self checkout. We were aware of an open cashier but since we have been trying to avoid human interaction as much as possible we wanted to scan our own things. An employee; Hispanic woman in her late 40s or 50s makes it a point to tell me there is a cashier open. I tell her i am waiting on a self checkout when she says “Nope, there’s a cashier open go check out over there” my boyfriend caught her attitude and told me to just go check out at the cashier. I do not think that was very professional of her especially during a pandemic. We could have been avoiding cashier for many reasons. (Since when is it up to them if we do self checkout or not?)

I looked online to see what targets had my product. I saw this target only had limited stock of it so I called to see if they still had some in stock. I was told that they did have my product and it was available for purchase. I drive 25min to get to this location only for them to say they don’t have it.......it was a waste of time.

Velia Robles provided the best customer service. She was super sweet and knowledgeable. I forgot to scan my barcode of my clipped coupons/offers from my Target app on a previous transaction visit. I returned back to the store 2 days later where Velia had assisted me with navigating through the Target app to view my previous purchases without having to bring my actual receipt and she wrote down the Store Item # that were applicable to the coupons/offers that I had clipped on the app, which resulted in a refund of ~70 bucks that day. She was extremely patient with helping me even though there was a long line that was forming in the Returns line.... Yes.. I was that lady 😝 but gotta save as much money as I can during these times. And the conversation with her was pleasant as well.

Great shopping experience. Stores are always clean and I feel safe, health wise.

I walked into target and knew exactly what I wanted and ended up purchasing more than I expected. Such a great experience in only wanting to purchase a bottle of Rose. I also purchased a dozen or roses. What a great, fun and fast shopping experience.

This is one of those mini Targets with limited items. Check their website first to see if they have what you need in stock.This Target seems newer and is nicely lit. Even has a cute rollable small basket with a security tag on it. I guess some people steal the baskets at this Target?I drove in and was scared how many people were just standing around next to their car with their doors open. What are they all doing? When I came out of the Target, there was a lady asking for money. Then there was even a guy standing next to my car.Im not coming back. I didnt feel safe here at all.

Stopped in here because I had to charge my car and needed a shirt. Ended up with two shirts and two pairs of shoes, cheap and very comfortable. Thanks! if it wasnt for Target being so friendly to electric vehicle charging, I dont think I would have thought to stop here at all. Good job Target!

I was in out and out of the store rather fast. I was in a bit of a hurry due to a last minute request in the early morning and once I arrive to target I was able to pick up an item that were plenty in stock and used the self checkout register which was amazingly speedy. Such a great way to purchase items. Love it!!!

I purchased three items and every single one rung up higher than marked on the shelf. I would have gotten an employee to help, but none were in sight. I also went in for five items and you only had three of the items in stock, the rest was just bare shelves. Everyone needs to watch their receipts because every single time I have gone to target (any of them in the bay area) I have been overcharged for at least one item. Its a scam and Im sure theyre doing it nationwide as well

Convenience is This Stores game.Nice Clean Store.Small Store Small selection. Didnt like the Service in The CVS inside the Store. They let me know that they are separate. (I wanted to transfer my prescriptions to the store). Reminds me of a Larger 7-11 with a Starbucks? But theres a Starbucks in the same Shopping Center?Loads of Convenience Foods For The Single People or If You are missing something For Dinner. Liquor etc.Would be a better Store, if They would expand Their FOOD Dept. Because the Mexican Store (next to the Starbucks) is limited. Unless you are Hispanic.

I was satisfied with the item I purchased. Plus the staff was very helpful.I have nothing negative to say. Only keep doing what their doing.

I rather give it no stars. The management is horrible to their employees, and lack customer service, I guess they forgot customers have eyes and ears. They cant seem to keep anyone.All the great staff at the Target starbucks, left and can now be found at the Official starbucks in the same complex. So what does that tell you?The shelves are bareWhen you call, NO ONE ANSWERS!!!I dont see this place lasting if they dont do a major turn around.

I really enjoy this little Target, has most of what I go to Target for. My only knock on the place is a lack of shopping carts, Ive gone a couple times and havent been able to find one anywhere. Even had to borrow an employee cart one time.

Very good stuff

While it is a nice new store, I was disappointed, because it was lacking basically everything I had on my list or just small packages of it. Definitely not worth going to unless you want a diaper pack of like 10 diapers for emergency and not the 90+ packs. Not much choice either for paper towels. I mean seriously who buys only one role at a time. Thats not what Target is for.

The service here is usually pretty good. The only issue I have with this Target is that it isnt the huge Super Target kind. Anyway, it usually has what Im looking for. I love Target in general, so 5 stars for being a pretty darn good Target.

I only shop here cause it is close to work and I am from Minnesota. This store opened two months ago. The Management that opened this store where rude and walk around acting like there first customers don’t matter. Just concerned with there bs white collar jobs. I know this people are probably not from Corporate Target in Minnesota. At least I hope not! Pick better Management and I will give better reviews. I can just spend my money somewhere else but I support my home State!

I love going in to my local target, great customer service and products.

It’s cool there is a target in between the rwc and Mountain View’s one. Basic items are carried albeit very low stocks and not a diverse selection. Finding a staff can be more frustrating.

Ill give it 2stars, they dont carry any hair color for black women. The shelves in a couple of areas are empty. My biggest problem is Ive purchased bad food first time it was shrimp, second time it was pork and today it was beef stew meat, and the chuck steak. That is so upsetting.

The WORST customer service I have ever received. I had to bring up what occurred with a manager and was compensated for the issue, however, the employee who caused such havoc, harrasment, and embarrassment was not penalized. I have been a reoccurring customer to Target for years, but due to this incident, I’m not sure if that will continue.
